It's only about 15 feet as the crow flies, but there were lots of studs, joists, and built-in cabinets in the way. Both HOA CC&R and basic aesthetics say no to running cables along exterior walls - but that was the only solution the ISP installers were willing to offer. Enter Cable Shmable. Instead of giving a rough guesstimate, Karim came out in person to review the scope of work, propose a cable path, and provide a solid estimate. The very next workday, Alex and Yunus arrived to do the job. Having Alex and Yunus work on my project felt like being in a happy place. They showed up on time, brought all the right tools, gizmos, and materials, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Their cabling expertise was obvious as they masterfully navigated the fiber through every obstacle and got it exactly where it needed to go. When they finished, the work area was actually cleaner than when they arrived. As a finishing touch, Alex and Yunus are genuinely friendly, easygoing people to work with. They listened patiently to my layman suggestions, explained the intricacies of fiber optics, and ultimately proposed, and implemented, a cable path that was both technically sound and aesthetically pleasing. The name Cable Shmable really fits. It carries an aura of ease and a true "can-do" attitude. When it comes to cables and networking, there's nothing these guys can't handle. It does not matter what department you call, you just get some mentally challenged phone drone in the Philippines who says the words "dat wan" (that one) every ten seconds for no apparent reason. They won't solve your problem or escalate it to anyone who can. They just keep saying "dat wan" over and over and over and over. This will infuriate you enough to drive to this godforsaken "store" and you will then get to experience the exact same treatment in person. I just canceled my service and requested that they remove the cable drop from my house as I'm having the rotten siding it's attached to replaced. Their response was "so about dat wan it will be ayt hunned dalla for dat wan so you wan dat wan?" Took them down myself with a $30 pruning pole so what about that one? You like that one? What about that one?

When I moved out of the area was told by several CSR that, due to moving out of an xfinity area would not be charged the early termination rate. When I went to pay the remaining bill looked at the upcoming charges, and there is an early termination fee. The rep, when first reading the statement, said that if moving out of the area, the termination would be waived. After discussing this, I asked her to read again, and she read a different statement. So disappointed with this company. Service is okay, but the billing is gauging.

    I switched from Spectrum, because they are trying to sneak in higher fees without the customer…read morenoticing. AT&T ... fast internet for a good price. That's about it .. the customer service is horrible. The techs need to learn how to install properly. They tried to get me to switch my phone service, but like the other services they offer, it's only half-assed, they don't fully do everything, they only do just enough. I'd rather pay more with someone else, than be stuck with their phone service too ... because whenever you'll need help, there's not a REAL PERSON to be found! Only this a.i. that never understands the human element!! My recent internet problem ... they kept apologizing, but that's ridiculous .. it doesn't ever help anything! They needed to get my service back asap. Stop apologizing! Techs finally came out and didn't fully do the install .. only parts, so it'll probably go out again. The only thing this company was good at were their welcome gifts ... better than most , they gave 2 good gifts within the first month ... but everything else ..

Got a text yesterday that my internet is cancelled. Spent 4 hours with customer service and got absolutely no help whatsoever from 3 different reps who barely spoke English. Had to return to the store to reapply for the entire setup and now we have to wait for a new box to be mailed to us. Noone was able to give us a reason for the disconnection. Absolute worst customer service that I have ever received, bar none!
