Since then, my tree branches have grown back so much that they were touching my home. I ended up buying a pole saw to trim back myself. However, after many fallen limbs, we decided it was time to call out the experts. From the initial quote, to the day of work, they were professionals. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and they were very knowledgeable about all the trees. They started around 8 in the morning and finished around 4. We also had a large pine tree literally against the fence that they were able to take down! Then after cutting down all the trees they grinded our stumps all the way down. They even took down some other stumps from smaller trees I had cut myself. I big reason we decided to go with Laguna was we wanted a professional arborist to take a look at our front yard tree for trimming. The informed us that it wasn't the best time to trim and that they would come back in a few weeks when the tree would be healthier to cut. Of course I took their expert opinion but they did offer to trim that day if we really wanted to. I will definitely use them again, they were well priced and absolutely worth the cost!

He got back to me right away, drove by and gave me a fair quote to remove my tree and the wood, plus grind the stump (after utility marking). Not the least expensive, not the most expensive, but he is licensed, bonded, insured and has a boom truck. I also want to mention that Wesley, his foreman, is so experienced. He operated the boom and did all the high cuts. He was so careful about watching for traffic (I'm on a busy corner), where his guys were on the ground, etc. The team did a fantastic job, were fast - done in under 2.5 hours - and cleaned up nicely. I contacted this company to get an estimate for tree work on my property. My first impressions were…read morequite positive: the estimator arrived early, texted me to inform me of his arrival, and provided thoughtful feedback regarding the work we needed to have done as we walked around the property. He informed me that a detailed estimate would be sent to me via text message later in the day/week and just as promised, I received it within hours after his departure. So what went wrong? Lack of follow through. I replied to the initial estimate indicating that I would need time to review the bid and would get back to him shortly. I received no reply, but that's OK as a reply to such a message is not necessary. After reviewing the estimate, I followed up with several questions, but never heard back. This is not OK as it prohibits us from moving forward. It is not clear to me why a company would take the time to provide an estimate if they are not willing to follow up with their customers. It is a waste of their time and the customer's, does not reflect well upon the company, and results in the loss of future referrals. If the company is too busy, would much rather have them state that they are inundated with jobs at the moment and cannot take on additional contracts until xx weeks or months rather than taking my time for a useless estimate. In the end, a different company provided an estimate later in the week and was hired for the job instead.

A'SAP Tree Care lived up to their name! I texted Wednesday and Jacob responded the same day via text and I was able get a written estimate the next morning. The price to trim the entire large tree in front of my house was comparable to other estimates but he also offered to take the branches we have left on the side of our yard and fix the shotty job we did on our smaller tree. I think with the extras, the price was great and I needed it done soon so I scheduled a trim on Saturday. The team came at 1:00pm, confirmed what we wanted and they were finished by 4:30pm. I saw a huge difference. They did an awesome job giving my large tree a haircut all around and made my smaller tree look neater. No more branches overhanging the roof and a clear sky view. They had a huge chipper that ate all of the branches with ease. The team even did a great job cleaning up the area. No excessive leaves on my lawn or the pavement. You couldn't tell that they were even there. The final price was the same as the estimate and they listened to what we wanted and followed through.
