I have 8 trees on my property that I have to admit I'd neglected and not had trimmed in almost 15 years . When the largest tree started hanging over the back and side fences, I decided it was time. After meeting with three different companies, I decided to go with Ceballos Tree Services. Eulesis was the only one who took his time and evaluated what needed to be done and verbally laid out a detailed plan while he was here and took the time to explain the reasoning behind each part of the plan (I also requested a written estimate which he sent later that day matching what we'd discussed.). Ceballos Tree Services was not the lowest bid I received, but I decided to go with them because of the great communication, professionalism and attention to detail that Eulesis exhibited when we met. It was 100% worth it! All 8 trees took about 4 hours, the team was efficient and didn't leave a stray twig behind when they left. Their safety practices are also top notch. Eulises Ceballos called back within just a few minutes of me contacting him. We urgently needed help to remove some big tree roots, in order to plant some new trees that are going to be delivered soon. He and Jorge came that same day within just a few hours and got rid of the roots and made a clear opening so we can get the expensive trees planted. From the initial phone call to the final walk through, there was nothing but patience and knowledge. I didn't want my mature trees butchered. He made it clear that they would be handled and pruned with care, leaving them looking great. He didn't lie! I was very impressed with the knowledge of the owner and his team. They knew how to trim a variety of trees in a way that prevents over growth at the trim site. The team trimmed my trees away from my roof line, allowing more light into my yard without damaging any of my plants that surrounded the trees. Eulises and George did a fantastic job trimming our overgrown orange tree and crepe myrtles in our backyard. They're both incredibly knowledgeable and explained why they prune the trees a certain way, why the time of year was appropriate for this service, and how they will go about trimming the orange tree next season. They also trimmed some dead branches off a neighboring redwood tree that was hanging over our property along our roofline. Eulises was great at communicating and talking through what the project would entail while giving knowledgable insights as a certified arborist. The first job Ceballos Tree Svces did for me was to remove a persimmon tree and almond tree and grind the stumps. Everything was hauled out and clean up was great! Second job was trimming two large mulberry trees. It was a lot of work but the trees looked SO much better when they were done. Over the last two years Eulises has cut down my dying/dead cherry tree and done routine pruning of our other trees including a crêpe myrtle, a chitalpa, and two privets. When the January 2024 storm blew down a huge tree in our backyard, Eulises and his team promptly attended to the urgent task of getting the tree off of the neighbor's roof. Then they went above and beyond, making a beautiful bench and table out of the trunk of the tree. It was sad to see it go, but I must let it go. They arrived on time and did a very good professional job on cleaning up and hauling everything away. My first review on YELP, but wanted to highly recommend Ceballos Tree Services. I had two 40+ yr old trees removed, trees were a mulberry and pine. Way too big for a residential yard. Mulberry roots pulled and broke up the driveway and sidewalk. Learned when I called, Eulises and George (co-owners) are both arborists, one is a Master Arborist and had many years of experience working in logging and for the City of Sacramento. They completed 811 call to mark utility lines for gas, electric and att. Stump grinding was performed, manually dug a number of mulberry roots that were too close to the gas and electric lines. Also beautifully pruned and shaped two overgrown bushes that reached up over the roof. It was a big job. Sent and called with updated before and after pictures. Left it all cleaned up! Very polite and professional. Provided advice on type of new trees, size for the yard size and where to plant. Will have them plant the new trees once SMUD delivers! Perfect experience. read more

Absolutely delighted with this company from start to finish. Able to get a quote via text after I provided description and pictures of the job (tree stump grinding). They were able to get out the very next day during a break from another work site. Owner of the company has a lot of experience with tree services and possessed all pertinent credentials. Job was finished in under 25 minutes with safety protocols in place and cleanup of job site. They raked and leveled the spot where the stump was and cleaned up sidewalk and driveway.
