However, after many fallen limbs, we decided it was time to call out the experts. From the initial quote, to the day of work, they were professionals. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and they were very knowledgeable about all the trees. They started around 8 in the morning and finished around 4. We also had a large pine tree literally against the fence that they were able to take down! Then after cutting down all the trees they grinded our stumps all the way down. They even took down some other stumps from smaller trees I had cut myself. I big reason we decided to go with Laguna was we wanted a professional arborist to take a look at our front yard tree for trimming. The informed us that it wasn't the best time to trim and that they would come back in a few weeks when the tree would be healthier to cut. They are very prompt and very thorough, I'll give them that. The front and backyard trees were getting out of hand and unacceptable - and our neighbor's massive tree, had a big branch that even fell over to our side. Not only did the trees look unsightly, but they were getting too low, and I was getting increasingly worried that it would pose too many safety issues for me and other people living at our place. They took care of my front and back yard tree branch requests, picked up leaves, as well as whatever branch debris there was. Very good service. The charge for our service was $350. I think I will continue to use them in the future, very thankful for finding them. They also can only do weekdays, I think between only 9-5. We are renters and our landlord hired this company to cut the trees. We were so excited to have the trees cut and our yard looking great for Christmas. We ended up really disappointed, the large concerning tree in the front we were hoping would be cut back so any falling branches would be less likely to fall on our cars and neighbors cars. They did cut some of the dead limbs off but it didnt really meet our hope. The most disappointing part was what happened in the backyard. Our neighbors vines have become overgrown and started smothering the mandarine tree and the weight of it all caused part of the tree to break. When they cut the tree they ust butchered it and left the dead vines sitting on top. We had hope that the trees would be left look at least like separate trees with all the dead stuff on top pulled off. Instead it looks like a bad hair cut ir something my child would have done. There is no shape and the vines were cut and left hanging off the top. They also moved our bench in front of our sliding glass door and did not move it back. So I had to struggle and move the bench myself to let my dogs out. It was.just such a disappointing experience. read more

We hired Laguna Tree to cut the 2 Italian Cypress trees infront of our house and grinded the stump. We are so pleased with the work they did. It was seamless, thorough and clean.
