I couldn't be happier with the incredible work Edward and his crew did at my property this past month. They efficiently removed seven large trees in just two days, which was an impressive feat. The team was exceptionally kind, hardworking, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. Not only did they complete the job safely and quickly, but they also did a fantastic job cleaning up every bit of debris, leaving my yard looking immaculate. I highly recommend Edwards Tree Service for anyone looking for reliable and professional tree care. read more

We hired this company for a full-day tree trimming job (split with a neighbor) and the experience was frustrating. They didn't arrive until 8:30am and spent a significant amount of time at the start unclear about which trees were included, even though we walked the property with them. They took a one-hour lunch break, and by 3:00pm they wanted to end the "full day" with one tree still unfinished -- and asked us to pay for them to return another day to complete it. They also spent the last hour cleaning up, which took longer than it should have because the worker stationed at the wood chipper was on his phone much of the day. In total, we were charged for a full day but received about 6.5 hours of work, including the hour of cleanup and the time spent sorting out the plan. Overall, it ended up costing more than a more straightforward company would have, and I wouldn't choose this service again. read more

They came on time removed 5 big oak trees Safely and clean up job site. Good job at a reasonable price read more

They butchered my trees. Worst tree service I have had in 38 years at this house. They were to remove dead wood and shape the trees -- they cut ALL the branches on one tree to the very top. DON'T USE THEM!!! I hired them as they were doing a neighbor's home -- don't make that mistake. I checked my review & it showed me in Hawaii I live in Roseville CA. This is the first time I have ever given a bad review for any service. read more

Timely response and great service overall! Friendly and professional tree trimming and removal. Highly recommend! Thank you EG Tree Service!

Elmar and his team always do a great job. I've had them remove trees three years in a row, and this time it was to take down a 65 foot tall London Plane, grind out two stumps and trim a 50 foot tall oak. They were able to do that in just a few hours. Expert work and very reasonably priced. read more

Elmar was not only the quickest and easiest to get a quote from via text, he had by far the lowest quote. He came out literally the next morning, cut the tree, ground the stump, and mulched the area. This is one of those unicorns where you get more than you pay for. read more

EG tree Service did excellent work. This is the third time I have used them and this time I requested to cut the trees away from the house and they did it just right so that the trees are now a few feet away from the house but it looks natural, almost as if it was not cut. I highly recommend EG Tree service! read more

everything was done exactly how we discussed it. the clean up was great. highly recommend them

We had a bad wind storm and one of our trees fell on our house. They responded very quickly even though it was getting dark. They were so kind and worked quickly to remove the tree from leaning on the house. They came back the next morning and finished the job. The yard looked great. I am so happy with their work. read more

Excellent work, and clean up. All done safely. Good pricing. Elmar is a very nice and kind person. Highly recommend EG Tree Service!

Eduardo is excellent in communicating tree trimming recommendations and follows my detailed requests. He is always personable and reliable with a competent team. Prices are reasonable. We hired EG Tree service to remove a 50-60 foot pine tree. Elmar came out very quickly to see the tree and provide an estimate. Once we were ready to commit, they were available within days. A four-man crew came out and removed the tree over two days. The guys were friendly, professional, and worked very hard. There was an issue with a neighbor who was mad at me and Elmar talked to him and smoothed everything out. The price was really reasonable, too! I will note - I hated the thought of removing what was once a beautiful tree. And the EG foreman said it breaks his heart to cut down a tree. This old tree was diseased and had a parasite, and was threatening out house, so it had to be done. We will re-plant for sure! read more

We received multiple quotes, and 'EG Tree Service' was the most affordable. To top it off, they were the most helpful and courteous. They explained the entire process to us, and they scheduled the service work several days after the quote. They cut down two very large pine trees, and they were both cut down the same day without any issues. It was quick and easy. Moreover, the workers worked real hard in the blazing heat without one complaint. They worked for roughly 6 hours continuously. Impressive! I highly recommend this service if you need trees cut down! We will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Great tree service & absolutely recommend!! I contacted EG Tree service through Yelp and was given a quote the next day by Elmar. He came on time to meet with me and check out my trees and gave me the best price out of 4 other companies!! His crew was ready to trim 2 days later and they did an excellent job! They are efficient, hardworking and they know what they're doing. I appreciate their skill and strategy. They trimmed 5 palm trees, 3 of them were almost 60 feet tall and 1 massive, mature pepper tree. Two of my neighbors yards were messy with branches and debris and they cleaned that all up, as well as my yard with the leaf blower. I will be calling them for all my future needs. read more

Elmar and his brother along with one other guy came by today to remove 6 bushes and a tree for me and they got everything done in 3.5 hours. They worked extremely hard and got the job done. At first I hired them to remove six bushes I had. I wanted them completely dug out and gone and they gave me an unbeatable quote for those bushes. While they were here, I asked them for a quote to remove my tree and again, it was a price I couldn't refuse. They were all extremely efficient and professional and nice. They are definitely the best price on the market. One place quoted me an outrageous number for the tree alone and it was appalling at how much others are up charging compared to EG Tree Service. They arrived on time, came with their equipment, and got to work right away. They removed all 6 bushes, chopped down the tree, grinded the stump, dug out the roots, hauled everything away, swept up, and smoothed over the dirt. They cleaned everything up so well and it was like the bushes/tree never even existed. I couldn't have asked for better service and am incredibly happy with the work they did for me and I totally will recommend them to everyone I know. Don't go with anyone else! Call EG Tree Service. Elmar and his brother and their crew get the job done, done right, and they're the best price out there!!!! Thank you Elmar and crew. I'm very happy with the work you did for me. read more

Extremely happy we found EG Tree Service! They just finished trimming our two large palms and an ornamental plum in our backyard and did a tremendous job! We had initially received a quote from a company we had used in the past and decided to shop around a bit. I am in incredibly happy we did as EG Tree Service was able to give us a much more competitive price. (Without giving specific numbers, their quote was almost half the price of the other company's estimate!) The team was able to finish the entire job in just a couple hours, on an extremely windy day. They took extra care in cleaning up and were extremely polite and professional! Thank you so much for the great service! I would highly recommend and we'll be definitely using this team in the future! read more

Was looking to remove two medium size trees and a stump in the backyard so reached out to a few local tree removal services. While the others were booking into next month, Elmar was able to accommodate the following day. Elmar was the most responsive and very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes I received. I booked his services on the spot. He came out the next day to proceed a quote and the trees/stumps were removed promptly the following morning. The work took about 2.5 hours with 3 guys who went to work right away. Very pleased with the work that was done and area was well-picked up afterwards (see before and after pictures). Already highly recommended them to friends and family. Great job Elmar and team! read more

We reached out to Elmar based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Elmar was able to come out and provide a quote the next day and scheduled the work within three days. His crew showed up on time, they were professional and took safety precautions to protect our property during the removal of a large bradford pear and a large palm tree. They estimated the job would take six hours and they finished on time. The price was reasonable and completely worth it. We will definitely be hiring Elmar again. read more

I contacted EG Tree Service because of their numerous five-star reviews on Yelp, plus the company is licensed and bonded. I am extremely happy I did so because not only did they quote the BEST price in three estimates I had, but they also did a fantastic job! From beginning to end, Mr. Elmar (the business owner), his brother Walker and their crew did ALL he promised he would do for the price quoted. Their two-day work (on October 7th and 14th) was amazing, they had to cut down and remove a thirty-foot tall died tree in backyard, trim my neighbor's two big trees' branches hanging over on my property, and trim back many large and small bushes along three sides of fences that had not been trimmed in many, many years. They also removed a fenced-off-garden area in backyard that had become overgrown and in disrepair; with an excellent cleanup. I cannot say enough thank you to Mr. Elmar and his entire crew. We think they deserve a true five-star feedback, and we will definitely hire them again! read more

I strongly recommend EG Tree Services. They provided me with quick responses, reasonable price, and next-day service. They also are friendly, friendly, and skillful. Update in my review from 5 stars to 4 stars Elmer would still be the first person to reach out to if I ever need the service. However, I have to point out the incompleteness of the job he did. I just hired someone for landscaping who pointed out that all the roots were left out & charged me extra $ for having to remove them. ...unnecessary bucks I have to spend for stuff that should have been part of the tree/stump removal I paid for. Still 4 stars due to the amzing price Elmer charged for the job... read more

EG Tree did fantastic work for me today! I had 4 large Cypress trees trimmed down by 40%, a Diodar Cedar trimmed on the side that was overhanging my roof, a Bottlebrush tree trimmed/shaped and a small stump removed from the front lawn. They came by and gave a free quote within 24 hours of my Yelp inquiry and were back the next day to do the work. They were in and out in 3 hours and did great work on the trees plus cleaning & hauling away the debris. Their pricing is VERY competitive, about half of what I expected to pay. They didn't talk much, but they followed everything I asked and were super easy to work with. One thing to plan ahead for is that they're so efficient they tend to run at least 30 minutes ahead of the arrival time they give for coming by to do a quote and then the actual work:) I highly recommend these folks and will call them next time I need work done! read more

If I could give them a 6th star I would! They responded to my request right away requesting a picture of the project. They texted me a quote within an hour Of my sending the picture. It was BY FAR the lowest quote we received and their communication was very quick. They scheduled to come and remove our tree branches and shrub from a medium/tall orange tree 2 days after the quote. They removed all of the debris, used the blower for any extra mess, and were done within a few hours. I was very impressed! I recommend them for sure! I'm very fortunate to find this company. I placed a bit on yelp to cut down a palm tree, the estimates were around $800-$1,000, this company cut it down for no where near what the other companies were offering. At first, I thought it was a typo or I will get very sloppy people, but I was wrong. The crew that came out were very professional and skilled at what they do. They were on time, provided very good customer service, did a wonderful job cutting the palm tree and cleaning up. On top of that, this is a licensed and insured company. read more

The crew from EG Tree Service removed a giant eucalyptus tree from my yard over 2 days in June 2021. Elmar came out and gave me a very reasonable quote on a Tuesday and they were able to start the job Wednesday and finish it Thursday. A crew of three made quick work of this massive, messy tree that I've wanted to take out for years. If I'd known how efficiently they would remove it & how reasonable the cost was, I would have done it a long time ago! The crew were friendly and reliable, and they definitely knew what they were doing. It was a really interesting process to watch! So much teamwork! They took a lot of care to ensure the debris fell into our yard rather than our neighbor's yard. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the job they did and will be calling them in the future for removal and trimming of a couple more trees! Thanks EG Tree Service! read more
