We recently had Valley Tree Solutions come out and top 4 of my Cottonwood and clean out some branches in the other Cottonwood, trim some dead branches out of a birch and Chinese Pistach plus remove a flowering plus. The 2 guys that came out were very friendly and knew what the trees were I wanted topped unlike a guy that thought they were poplar. They gave us a fair price so we decided to go with them. He applied for a permit from the city to do the job, which required a certified arborist, then just stopped replying to phone calls, texts and emails from me and the city arborist.
