Absolutely outstanding work. I had several tress I wanted removed, and five I wanted trimmed and shaped. The crew at Doni's tree service did an excellent job. I got several bids for the work and their price was very competitive. I also felt very confident after meeting with them that they were the ones I wanted to work with. I could tell me understood my needs and would do a great job. And they did. On the day of service, they showed up right on time and got to work. He had a crew of about 5 guys. Everyone was friendly and professional. He went over everything with me that morning, just to make sure we were all on the same page. Then they got to work. I had a dead tree I felt needed to be addressed before winter arrives. They were really easy to communicate with, showed up and gave a quote that same day I requested one and were back the next day to complete the job. They even took on the extra request of cutting it into firewood for me - at an additional cost, of course, but FAIR! This was all worked out prior to them coming back. They jammed through the job quickly, even nicely stacking the firewood along the fence line for me, and cleaned up the area before they left. Pricing was very reasonable. I came home on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving at 8PM and found that a large branch fell off of my tree. I was anxious about having the tree around when the family was coming over for a large feast that Saturday. I sent out a bunch of bid requests. Arsenio responded in 5 minutes with a quote, and a willingness to start the next day on Thanksgiving. I moved it to Friday, and the crew arrived early, and had no problems manipulating the felled branches through both mine and my neighbors power lines. Truly an impressive feat! He was also willing to work with me to accommodate unique requests. Excellent leadership, and a hardworking crew made my Thanksgiving that much less anxiety provoking. We recently purchased a house and were required by our insurance company to have some tree work done. I submitted a request on yelp for quotes and probably received in the neighborhood of 11 or so. Arsenio from Donis Tree Service came in the lowest by far. The Donis team showed up right on time, removed a rather large fruitless mulberry tree from our front yard, including the stump. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job. We had a GIANT sycamore tree in the back that we also had received quotes on but once again, Donis came in the lowest. When they came back to do the sycamore, they were amazing. This tree was probably at least two or three stories tall. This was the same day that we had that weird storm recently, and while they were working on our tree they noticed the tree in our neighbors yard had been damaged and was a hazard to them. Arsenio went over and alerted them to it, just out of kindness. We are also renovating our backyard and he offered to give us wood chips when we need them. Arsenio is just an all around great guy and Donis is a fantastic business to work with. The crew shows up on time, they work extremely hard and are by far the best deal in town. His team was kind and considerate to cut the larger pieces into smaller pieces for us. I've decided to keep the wood for the fire pit in the back but he took all remaining that I didn't wanted. Project consisted of trimming 2 modesto ash trees of excess weight and mistletoe; trimming tall oak tree; and removing dead branches from a Chinese hackberry tree. The crew arrived right on time and had the right equipment and knowledge to do the job thoroughly and competently. They cleaned up everything, plus I opted to keep the wood chips from mine and a previous job which I can use in my yard at no extra cost to me. I sent a request for a quote between Christmas and New Year and received a response that day. My schedule was pretty busy for the holidays, but Arsenio was able to fit into my schedule to come out and take a look. I was worried about the location in the back of the lot, but he seemed very knowledgeable and confident about how they would be able to get out the oak tree that was causing problems in the yard. I told him I was going to get other quotes and after I did, I decided to go with AS Donis because of how he described how they would do the removal. I told him we were flexible with timing and that he could fit us in when they had an open spot - they were able to come out the next day! They were amazing in how they very expertly cut down the tree, not damaging anything in the yard around the tree or along the way where they carried out all the debris. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely and they were on their way, taking less than two hours. The team worked very well together and were very professional.
