LD Tree Care was so easy to schedule and work with. We had a large Chinese Elm tree that was overdue for a good trim - branches were crossing everywhere. I was able to schedule a consult and tree trimming service within a week. They were able to do all the trimming work within a few hours. The tree looks great and so much healthier! We will absolutely call LD Tree Care again for future needs. read more

Super happy with their service. Front desk scheduler got us a quote within 24 hours and had us scheduled for service in a very short time. We had a large backyard tree that intruded into our yard (neighbors tree). I worried it would come down and damage our fence, house, or worse, our dogs. They took care of that trees overhanging large branches and more branches from another tree touching our roof. We put this service off because we dreaded the expense. Reasonably priced and they cleaned up well afterwards. read more

I've used this company twice and would not consider anyone else. They just spent two days trimming many of our trees and we discussed pruning our fruit trees and Japanese maples this winter. A family company, Eswin is great to work with. They take pride in their work and are reasonably priced. I only have high regard for this company. read more

Got two medium sized evergreens completely removed and one large tree trimmed. The evergreens, I can't even tell they were ever there! The large tree was blooming with billions of tiny flowers, looked like winter. By the time they left it was all fully cleaned up. They stuck true to the quoted price despite having to compensate for a non cooperative neighbor (branches extended way into their property line). Honest, dependable, hard working crew sent to Wulff Ln! read more

I've already reviewed LD Tree Care once and I'm reviewing again because I really do appreciate this company. I needed some trees cut back in the backyard that were overhanging a neighbor's yard. I showed them the issue and had to leave to go back to work. Everything was done as expected and perfect cleanup. Price was very reasonable as well. I've called them back for at least 2 jobs since my original review and not sorry once. The owner and his crew are honest, thorough, and always cleanup after. The scheduler Paula is top notch too! read more

These guys were great! They removed two palm trees more than double the height of my 2 story house. They were polite, thorough, and fast. Plus, everything was removed and left looking great. Would recommend and use again! read more

Very prompt response to my request for an estimate. Their quote was significantly less than the first estimate that we got. Eswin is experienced and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, were polite, respectful of our property, did what we wanted, and did a good job of cleaning up. We had two large oaks thinned, a branch removed from each, one oak tree removed, and bushes trimmed. We highly recommend LD Tree Service and will use them again. read more

I encountered a very good team of knowledgeable, hard working, and honest people. It was easy to communicate with, and they were very efficient. Even when accidentally a sprinkler got in the way and needed to be repaired, the problem was easily fixed. Overall, very nice experience. read more

Great service and value. Highly recommended. They are good communicators, clean up thoroughly and promptly.

We are new homeowners. The house we bought has a giant tree in the front yard that scared us this winter. This tree trimming company gave us a amazing quote and we're at our house within the week. I had a 45-foot amber tree making a mess of my backyard. They came out and gave me a very fair price for removing a lemon tree, the amber tree, and a large shade tree. We scheduled a time, and the crew was professional and respectful. They answered questions and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them as they did an excellent job. read more

Punctual, fair priced, and responsive. 10/10 would recommend, and would hire them again.

I contacted the business and they were quick to send out an arborist/estimator. The job estimate was reasonable. We scheduled a date and the crew was professional and respectful. They did a great job and asked for my input during the process. I would recommend LD Tree Care to others. read more

Eswin and his crew did a wonderful job of removing our sick old red oak tree, and pruning our incense cedar tree. They removed the oak from our backyard in pieces, taking care not to do any property damage to our home or our neighbors. They are clearly professional, using all the safety equipment necessary to their trade. They ground the stump, leaving the area clean and ready for replanting. They did a beautiful job trimming our cedar tree, removing dead material from top to bottom, and carefully removing low hanging and crossover branches. They have a great sense of aesthetics in regards to trees, understanding how to remove what is necessary to open up the beauty of the structure without making it look like it was just cut back. Friendly service, good communication, and quite reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree service. read more

I had 5 companies give me estimates and LD was by far the best pricing. I was a little skeptical because of them being so much less. After reading reviews I decided to go ahead and use them. Best decision ever. They were quick to respond, very efficient, and did a great job! Definitely recommend! read more

We had 4 hardwood trees removed and one very tall Redwood thinned out. A crew of three spent the entire day working hard. They were the lowest bid and on time for both the the estimate appointment and the day of service. I would recommend them. read more

What an awesome experience! The LD Tree Care team was out to our house within one day of our decision, and efficiently trimmed several oaks, removed a tree and another stump, topped an amber and cleaned the deadwood in our redwood. They climbed up the trees to ensure all deadwood was removed, even from the very top. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and thoughtfully. The whole process took 6 hours, and was very reasonably priced. We would DEFINITELY use them again! (...and they were friendly!) Thank you, LD Tree Care team! read more

They did an amazing job on my trees! They were reasonable in price and the customer service was impeccable.

I called them to get the family cat out of a tree. The cat had been stuck for four days, and we feared that she may be dead. The great guys at LD Tree came out on a Saturday and saved the day! Our cat is doing just fine, and we are so grateful for the quick response and highly professional service. LD Tree is now the ONLY company we'll call for any tree services. Last week my wife and I decided to use the break in storms to access any/all damage to our yards and clean them. We were lucky and did not have any major damage we could not clean up ourselves. We noticed our five, what we thought were Cypress trees, were beat up from the storm and they were dying fairly rapidly. We hate these trees as they block a lot of the natural sunlight our home gets and the previous owners planted them in an odd placed in the yard. We decided to take a chance and see if we could find a tree cutting/trimming service that was available with all of the damage the storm did to our community. My wife spoke with Eswin and within 24 hours Cody was at our home providing a free estimate. Cody was personable and friendly. Cody informed me the tree were actually Italian Cypress trees. Cody also noticed our embarrassing "baby" palm tree in our front yard that a bird brought into our yard via seeds and asked if we wanted it removed due to its horrible location. I asked how much extra and if it would take longer than the job I was just quoted for in regards to the Cypress trees. Cody stated it would just be a bit more and the palm tree would be removed the same day. The quote very reasonable so we took it. Eswin and his crew arrived on time. Cody stated the job would take all day but they were done in four hours AND they cleaned up their mess! We have more trees that need to be moved eventually and we will definitely hire Eswin again when the time comes. read more

LD was available when we needed them! January 2023 brought some wicked storms with incredibly high winds, which ended up knocking a tree down at our home. Esvyn and his crew showed up just hours after initial contact. It took them an hour to remove the tree from our yard and off of the neighbor's house. They hauled away the tree and cleaned up the mess in the front lawn. Overall, happy with the service. They still have to remove the tree stump since the ground is currently too wet. I'll update this review once that work is completed. read more

Very pleased, called back. Came and gave very reasonable estimate. Came on time. Very knowlegible. Stump grinder did break some bricķs on patio, but sent a guy to fix it. Will call again when needed. read more

Esvin and his crew are top notch! I live in El Dorado County and mistakenly sent a tree trimming quote request via Yelp to multiple companies instead of the one local company I intended to. LD Tree Care got back to me right away, and said they could come to my house in 2 hours to give a quote. And this was on a Saturday! I expressed concern that the job wasn't big enough for him to travel from Roseville, and he assured me it was fine. Esvin showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. I immediately felt at ease with his knowledge of tree care. He gave us a VERY reasonable quote and said he could complete the job in a couple days. On the day of the job, Esvin and crew arrived and completed the job exactly as we asked, in a very quick time. He even took down a couple smaller trees we missed in our original quote, at no charge. I referred my next door neighbor to LD Tree Care and she is very satisfied with the work and cost as well. When Esvin came out to work on her property we asked him how much to cut down two additional trees that were leaning toward our fence, and he again removed them at no charge. We will definitely be recommending LD Tree Care on our neighborhood Facebook page, and will be contacting Esvin for future projects. read more

We had to remove a 50" Tall Himalayan Cedar from our back yard, It was starting to crack our pool deck. Problem was no access, and it needed to be cut and roped down plus the stump needed to be removed. I called LD tree Care for a bid, They were very reasonable and were inline with most, Some were Very high and a couple were less. Those that were less just seamed to be a little shady. LD Tree Care showed up when they said they would, Did a wonderful job, Ground out the old stump and left the work site Very clean. I asked them about my idea for a replacement and Eswin made some Great Suggestions. I would highly recommend this tree service. 110% satisfied with LC Tree Care 5 Star PLUS read more

These folks are wonderful. A neighbor ran into my oak tree with a moving truck, splintering a major limb on a Sunday morning. LD Tree Care came out within an hour and checked things out for safety, then came back the next morning and took care of the work to clean up the damage and give the tree some extra nutrients to help it with its injury. Dealing with the insurance was a nightmare, but they were patient and kind about all of it. They did a great job and were really fantastic to work with. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. No call, no text nothing. Wasted an afternoon.

Had a tree that split in two. One limb fell on my yard and the other was still up but was about ready to fall into my roof. Fantastic service! Got lucky with scheduling and was able to receive both the quote and tree trim on the same day, for over $1000 less than the next best price! I used LD Tree Care for removing a tree and trimming mistletoe from another one. They did a fine job, but broke several pots, broke a chair, and left many large branches in the yard. They asked me to send a picture of the broken chair, so I did, but they never replied. I subsequently asked them for a bid on another tree. Without even sending a bid, they replied to me that they had applied for a permit from the city. I told them not to do that. That I had not authorized that. They did not reply. They eventually send a bid that was almost twice the price of another firm. When the other firm tried to get a permit, they were informed that LD Tree Care had already applied for one, and the city would not accept a new one. This was completely unauthorized. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, they could have withdrawn the application. I called them and texted them and they never responded. This is not a trustworthy company. read more

Esvin and his team were excellent! We had a total of three trees (2 redwoods and 1 palm tree) removed for a reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. We contacted Esvin on Friday and he came out on Sunday to give us a quote. We were scheduled same week on Tuesday. He and his team arrived earlier than our scheduled time. Esvin was extremely knowledgeable about the different trees in our yard. We were originally quoted for the two redwoods, however while reviewing the plan he mentioned our palm tree would cause issues with the foundation sooner than later. He quoted us an extremely reasonable price and couldn't pass this up! He also provided feedback on how often trees should be be trimmed, etc. He also provided our trees with vitamins. In addition to the excellent service noted above, one of the redwood trees was above our pool and they took the extra step to clean our pool! I highly recommend LD tree care! read more

Eswin & team cut down and chipped 5 trees for us, three were right next to fences, and they prevented damage for the future while doing no damage during removal. They also chipped some huge piles of pruning debris that had been accumulating over the last few years (at least 5 truckloads). Great work, guys! read more

LD Tree Care did a fantastic job helping us with tree removal in the front yard. Their customer service was friendly and responsive. After getting the estimate, they quickly added us to the schedule within a few days. The crew showed up early and worked efficiently, finishing the job in three hours. Then, they removed sawdust and debris from our property, even cleaned our neighbor's property too. We couldn't be happier with their service. Thanks guys! read more
