Super happy with their service. Front desk scheduler got us a quote within 24 hours and had us scheduled for service in a very short time. We had a large backyard tree that intruded into our yard (neighbors tree). I worried it would come down and damage our fence, house, or worse, our dogs. Eswin and his crew did a wonderful job of removing our sick old red oak tree, and pruning our incense cedar tree. They removed the oak from our backyard in pieces, taking care not to do any property damage to our home or our neighbors. They are clearly professional, using all the safety equipment necessary to their trade. They ground the stump, leaving the area clean and ready for replanting. They did a beautiful job trimming our cedar tree, removing dead material from top to bottom, and carefully removing low hanging and crossover branches. The LD Tree Care team was out to our house within one day of our decision, and efficiently trimmed several oaks, removed a tree and another stump, topped an amber and cleaned the deadwood in our redwood. Last week my wife and I decided to use the break in storms to access any/all damage to our yards and clean them. We were lucky and did not have any major damage we could not clean up ourselves. We noticed our five, what we thought were Cypress trees, were beat up from the storm and they were dying fairly rapidly. We hate these trees as they block a lot of the natural sunlight our home gets and the previous owners planted them in an odd placed in the yard. We decided to take a chance and see if we could find a tree cutting/trimming service that was available with all of the damage the storm did to our community. My wife spoke with Eswin and within 24 hours Cody was at our home providing a free estimate. Cody was personable and friendly. Cody informed me the tree were actually Italian Cypress trees. Cody also noticed our embarrassing "baby" palm tree in our front yard that a bird brought into our yard via seeds and asked if we wanted it removed due to its horrible location. I asked how much extra and if it would take longer than the job I was just quoted for in regards to the Cypress trees. Cody stated it would just be a bit more and the palm tree would be removed the same day. The quote very reasonable so we took it. Eswin and his crew arrived on time. Cody stated the job would take all day but they were done in four hours AND they cleaned up their mess! LD was available when we needed them! January 2023 brought some wicked storms with incredibly high winds, which ended up knocking a tree down at our home. Esvyn and his crew showed up just hours after initial contact. It took them an hour to remove the tree from our yard and off of the neighbor's house. They hauled away the tree and cleaned up the mess in the front lawn. Overall, happy with the service. They still have to remove the tree stump since the ground is currently too wet. Esvin and his crew are top notch! I live in El Dorado County and mistakenly sent a tree trimming quote request via Yelp to multiple companies instead of the one local company I intended to. LD Tree Care got back to me right away, and said they could come to my house in 2 hours to give a quote. And this was on a Saturday! I expressed concern that the job wasn't big enough for him to travel from Roseville, and he assured me it was fine. Esvin showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. I immediately felt at ease with his knowledge of tree care. He gave us a VERY reasonable quote and said he could complete the job in a couple days. On the day of the job, Esvin and crew arrived and completed the job exactly as we asked, in a very quick time. He even took down a couple smaller trees we missed in our original quote, at no charge. These folks are wonderful. A neighbor ran into my oak tree with a moving truck, splintering a major limb on a Sunday morning. LD Tree Care came out within an hour and checked things out for safety, then came back the next morning and took care of the work to clean up the damage and give the tree some extra nutrients to help it with its injury. I used LD Tree Care for removing a tree and trimming mistletoe from another one. They did a fine job, but broke several pots, broke a chair, and left many large branches in the yard. They asked me to send a picture of the broken chair, so I did, but they never replied. I subsequently asked them for a bid on another tree. Without even sending a bid, they replied to me that they had applied for a permit from the city. I told them not to do that. That I had not authorized that. They did not reply. They eventually send a bid that was almost twice the price of another firm. When the other firm tried to get a permit, they were informed that LD Tree Care had already applied for one, and the city would not accept a new one. This was completely unauthorized. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, they could have withdrawn the application. I called them and texted them and they never responded. This is not a trustworthy company. read more

Esvin and his team were excellent! We had a total of three trees (2 redwoods and 1 palm tree) removed for a reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. We contacted Esvin on Friday and he came out on Sunday to give us a quote. We were scheduled same week on Tuesday. He and his team arrived earlier than our scheduled time. Esvin was extremely knowledgeable about the different trees in our yard. We were originally quoted for the two redwoods, however while reviewing the plan he mentioned our palm tree would cause issues with the foundation sooner than later. He quoted us an extremely reasonable price and couldn't pass this up! He also provided feedback on how often trees should be be trimmed, etc. He also provided our trees with vitamins. I looked for a tree company online because I had five humongous redwoods in my backyard that needed trimming. I found LD Tree Care and was impressed by their reviews on Yelp so I hired them to trim the trees. They were on time, did an excellent job and really cleaned my backyard up well after completing the work. As it turned out I decided to have the trees removed-after they were trimmed I saw how nice it would be just to have them gone.
