When I checked, I discovered the company's contractor license is currently suspended. California law prohibits contractors from performing work with a suspended license, so I refused to let them return and demanded a full refund. They have not refunded me as of this date. Extremely poor communication, unreliable service, and operating with a suspended license. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and hire a properly licensed, professional tree service instead.
