Very professional and safety minded crew. Did not hack away, but sculpted the trees to grow properly and create a nice canopy.

We had a wonderful experience with everyone that worked for this company. We had a huge tree in our front yard that has not been maintained and all terrain showed up quickly within minutes to give me an estimate and walk me through the process. Their customer service was five stars. They answered all my questions and they got me on the schedule quickly and there crew showed up motivated to help me make that tree safe and gorgeous. The arborist did some artistry on my tree and made her look wonderful on top of being safe for the potential El nino winds that are coming our way. They worked really hard and cleaned up all their mess were super friendly and you could tell they were educated and knew exactly how to care for the tree. I'll definitely be keep me reaching out in four years to maintain this huge tree. Five star experience. Thank you! read more

ATTS / Jon explained clearly what they can do when giving me the estimate. The cost is very competitive and I really love Jon's clear communication and expertise. They made sure there is no utility lines before their work. The work was done very well (my backyard looks cleaner than before their work started - thank you so much) and I appreciate ATTS being able to address all my trees and more. read more

FIVE STARS! Here's why... We needed a tree in front of our home removed ASAP because its roots had grown underneath our house and were damaging our sewer drain pipe. I sent a request through Yelp, and Jon, the owner, responded within TWO minutes! Now that's fast! Jon came out the very next day, gave us a very reasonable quote, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done--including grinding the visible roots on our lawn. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We met with Jon on Sunday and he had us scheduled for the following Friday 1pm. On the day of service, the crew even arrived earlier than expected! They were extremely careful with our property, and the crew member operating the stump grinder was incredibly precise when grinding the roots along our driveway and sidewalk. The job was done exactly as promised, and they cleaned up everything afterward. Professional, efficient, respectful, and reasonably priced. If you need tree service, look no further--ATTS is the company you want! We wouldn't hesitate to call Jon again. Thank you, ATTS, for a job well done! read more

Jonathan is a great communicator. The project was stump grinding of 2 very large (~60 inch and 80 inch edge to edge) root exposure and stumps of 2 sycamore trees. The amount of grinding dust was extreme (see photos), so after my personal/secondary clean-up I noticed a two spots were grinding was missed, the team returned and took care of it without issue. Rates were competitive. read more

I had Jon come check out a large oak tree to see if it's feasible to prune or cut down. He assessed the tree and determined that it was sick and it's best to get it cut down. This diagnosis was confirmed as I spoke to other companies before. He gave me a reasonable quote and I sat on it to see if it's something I could handle right now. A week later, a large branch snapped and was held back by another branch, posing a very hazardous situation. I called Jon and he came the same night. He told me he could move some appointments around and come the next day because it was an emergency. He honored the original agreed price regardless of his crew coming on quick turn around. It took about 3 days and him and team cleared the tree. His crew did great work and avoided any damage to the property especially since the tree was in an awkward spot in my backyard. I am super impressed with the professionalism and also taking a stressful situation and making it work out. Him and his crew prevented this from becoming a worse situation. Highly recommend! read more

John and the team did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They finished to job from start to finish quickly and beyond the tree being taken care of, you wouldn't even know they were there! They made sure to double check before hand what I was looking for and once finished, was happy with the outcome. I will be calling them again for any future projects. I also recommended them to my next door neighbor as well. 5 stars! read more

Jon was absolutely fantastic to work with. He always called back, communicated clearly, and was incredibly easy to coordinate with during our homebuying process. He even provided quotes upfront, worked around my schedule, and invested time before I officially gave him the job. We really appreciated his honesty, he took the time to sit with us twice, walk through each tree we discussed, and explain both what he was going to do and what we should plan for next. He also brought us wood chips and followed all the directions we gave him clearly. His customer service was beyond amazing, and it genuinely felt like we were in good hands the whole time! We had a huge oak tree removed that he had to coordinate with our neighbor to access. He was nothing but professional, we also had five large trees trimmed. I've been working with a lot of service providers who were all referred from my network, I can't believe I found Jon on Yelp. He was one of the best I worked with! read more

Jon of All Terrain Tree Service, gave us a great quote for two big maple trees , the service they provided were awesome, they were on time and promptly cut down both trees and mulched them up with their equipment. They proceeded to stump grind the biggest tree on my front yard and did a good job, but after they left I raked some of stump grinding chips that had coverup a part that didn't get ground up. We are so happy with the service that ATT provided us last month! They trimmed back 2 huge trees on the property but kept their natural shape and shade in our yard. They also took out 6 pruvits along the side fence and was able to grind the stumps down too. Their team was very hard working and cleaned our entire yard after their service. They also were able to avoid smooshing our other plants on the property when taking down huge limbs. They gave us a very good price and got our service scheduled the next week after our quote. We highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. read more

All Terrain Tree Service left a card on my porch and I picked it up. I had already gotten a price from another tree service to open up/trim our very large oak tree in the backyard. I called Brian Lozano of All Terrain and met him the next day. His price was lower, plus he had the confidence of doing the job right. He gave me a verbal price and a hand shake and he was hired. Brian and the crew showed up on time and were very polite and professional at their work, and they did a great job. All Terrain Tree Service will be my go to company for future work. Gary B. Jonathan and his team were amazing. I had been calling tree service companies, and I couldn't get my head around the cost of trimming all of our trees. We even had another pine that was slated to be taken completely out due to a beetle infestation, but we wanted to try and save it by removing one infested branch and treating the tree. All Terrain happened to be in the area so I asked them for a quote, and not only were they very reasonable, but the crew knew exactly what they were talking about which made me feel confident in hiring them. They started the following day with multiple tree climbers, got the job done better than I thought was possible, and they cleaned up and hauled everything away. I will use they again next year! read more

I'm writing to address and correct several misleading and unfair claims made in Arlene W's review regarding the pruning work performed by All Terrain Tree Services. The tree in question had been in poor health for several years. Its roots were infested with insects, and due to limited sunlight, the main trunk had grown at about a 50-degree angle, extending horizontally approximately 6 feet. Several dying branches extended another 8-10 feet outward, creating a serious hazardous situation. I even had to install two support posts to hold up the weight of the dying limbs. All Terrain inspected the tree, carefully removed the dead branches back to healthy joints--where upward, not horizontal, growth is still possible--and treated the compromised root system. Far from destroying the tree, they gave it a second chance and restored its vitality. While it's true that removing the dead limbs reduced the shade they once cast over Mrs. White's courtyard, relying on structurally unsound, decaying branches for shade is neither safe nor sustainable. Their crew, led by Louis and Alex, is exceptional. They are professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and hardworking. I highly recommend All Terrain Tree Services and encourage anyone in need of expert tree care to give them a call. read more

Kenny has an amazing eye for cutting trees. I had him cut about 5 oak trees and 10 redwoods. I read the review left by Bell F. on May 17, 2025. I had the exact same positive experience. Alexis visited within hours of my call, and his bid was half that of two other competing bids. My job was much more complex, multiple trees, steep slope, poor access, some removal, others carefully trimmed, and included work on my neighbor's side of the fence (with their permission, of course). I was very impressed with the clear communication, and direct supervision when critical work was taking place. I immediately recommended them to my other neighbor who needed work, and then recommended them to the next neighbor; so that's four houses in a row on my street! Thank you Alexis and team for a great job, and taking good care of my whole street!! read more

I would echo everything positive that has been said about these guys in past reviews -- I called them on a Friday afternoon to arrange for a bid for tree removal and stump grinding, Alexis was able to stop by that evening, he gave me a very fair bid -- less than half of what another company had just quoted me. They were able to come and do the job the next morning while we were out, and they did a perfect job -- the tree is gone, the stump is ground, and they left the property immaculate. I couldn't ask for better service and will definitely use them again. read more
