We recently hired Tom Hardin's Tree Service to remove a large tree from our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The tree was located right along our fence line, so removing it was necessary before we could install a new fence. From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Tom demonstrated excellent communication, professionalism, and knowledge. His pricing was very competitive, which made the decision even easier. Tom and his crew arrived early, ready to work, and completed the tree removal and debris cleanup in just a few hours. They worked efficiently, safely, and left our yard spotless when they were finished. It's clear that they take pride in their work and value their customers. I highly recommend Tom Hardin's Tree Service to anyone needing tree removal or tree work. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable company that provides great service at a fair price, you won't be disappointed. read more

We love Hardin's and use them for all of our tree services! Great quality and safety!

Tom Hardin and crew arrived promptly to prune a backyard oak tree. The hardworking crew did an excellent cleanup job including entering neighbors backyard to clean up. I had notified neighbors earlier. Excellent work, prices are good and Tom is knowledgeable about the type of tree. Thank you, Tom and crew, you are our go to tree company. read more

Tom was very knowledgeable about the type of tree we have. He only works weekends, but that was not an issue for us. His price was competitive with other tree companies. read more

Tom and his entire hard-working crew did a fantastic job removing a large, unhealthy pine tree from our front yard. Watching them work from the safety of my kitchen window, or from the neighbor's yard, was like viewing an entertaining, gracefully-choreographed nature documentary. Like any great team, they displayed professionalism and great communication with each other while performing the job safely and carefully. What we appreciate the most was how respectful they were of our surrounding plants and landscaping; they truly went out of their way to protect even the plants that seemed impossibly close or in the way. The guys were friendly, amazingly fast without rushing, and extremely conscientious. It's obvious they each take pride in their work. Highly recommend Tom and his team. read more

The tech had a lot of great knowledge about trees. He would get a big smile on his face when seeing a healthy tree. I recommend if you are having tree concerns. read more

I've been using Hardins for years. They have always provided the best price, the best service and great communication. I had a couple big jobs that I had quoted with a number of companies. Hardins was the best price so I went with that. they have consistently provided excellent service as well. They have great employees and top-notch equipment. read more

Highly recommended and will hire again for our large sycamore. Tom was the first company to respond to my request for an estimate. He continued his communication via email until we met for the estimate. Tom was on time, knowledgeable, patiently answered my questions, and gave me a competitive quote (we had gotten five estimates from other companies). The day of, his crew arrived early and the entire job was completed in under two hours. Our tree looks great and the clean up was thorough. Give them a call! read more

ABSOLUTLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE OPPERATING IF THEY CANT GET CONTROL ON THEIR EMPLOYEES! Today I saw two hardin trucks pull infront of my neighbors drive way. Blocking/preventing them from removing their own vehicle from their driveway. I saw my neighbor go up and speak to them to ask them to remove their trucks away from his driveway. One of the drivers got out of the truck and shoved me neighbor and they got into an argument. While they proceeded to argue 5 other Hardin employees got out of their trucks and surrounded my neighbor on his property. One of them snuck up from behind my neighbor on the his property to try to tackle him to the ground. I heard a lot of shouting and called the police! My neighbor's wife was on the phone aswell. I assume calling the police.... When they noticed the cops where on the way 4 of the men got back in their trucks and drove off, leaving the one that was being handled to the ground by my neighbor. This bussiness needs to FIRE ALL OF THOSE EMPLOYEES IMMEDIATELY! read more

I reached out to three tree services this year for my three year old stone fruit tree. For the second year in a row, Mr Hardin arrived to look at the tree and give an estimate. He suggested for me to wait ANOTHER year. He noticed it was thirsty and gave me better instructions on how to care and told me to give him a call next year. Fast forward to the next two: yes, they showed up, but never suggested I wait, and each gave me unreasonable estimates of over $500 for a young stone fruit tree. I have several trees and will be loyal to Hardin's Tree Service. Thank you for your time, knowledge and integrity Mr. Hardin. So appreciated! read more

Tom Hardin carefully explained what his crew was going to do and what they did for the health of the trees they trimmed. I was very appreciative of the time he took to explain the procedures used. He and his crew were on time and carefully cleaned up all the debris. I would definitely use Hardin's Tree Service in the future. read more

I used Hardin's Tree Service to have my crepe myrtle trees trimmed and had a stump removed - working with them was so easy! They gave the most competitive bid I received, were able to fit me in the same week that I called. They did a great job, removed all the debris and I can highly recommend their services. I usually don't write reviews but working them was so stress-free and easy that I wanted to share my experience. read more

I have used several tree services in the past 30 years and Hardin's is unquestionably the best! I'm so happy I finally found them. They are skilled professionals who obviously love what they do. They were so careful to prep the area so none of my many existing plants were damaged. If they can't get to your job right now, wait for them. It's more than worth the wait. I don't usually post reviews, but I had to this time. I guarantee you'll be happy with their service. read more

Great company, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for tree trimming or related services.

I am super happy I found Hardin's Tree Service! The previous owners of our home (or the builders) did a horrible job on the landscaping; a tree that was planted in the front yard up by the house grew crooked and has a VERY large root that's protruding out of the ground quite a ways is just in the way and looks horrible. We also have a few bush stumps and a full bush that we want removed so we can start fresh and do something nice with the front area (hopefully add on to the porch). I contacted them on Sunday night 2/28 and received an email that night saying he'd contact me the next morning to set something up. Sure enough, Tom contacted me early morning and we were able to schedule a quote appointment later in the afternoon. He came out on time, was SUPER nice and I got a really great quote, especially considering the amount of work involved. After having a few other tree service companies come out for an estimate, Hardin's was the best quote by far; half of what all the others were asking. I talked it over with my husband and a few hours later I was scheduling a date for him to complete the work - set for Saturday, March 12th. I can't wait to have the work completed so I can move on to the next phase of my project. Thank you, Tom. I look forward to seeing you soon :) Jackie & Jason M. (Will update once the work is finished) UPDATE - 3/12/16: Tom arrived right on time this morning which was very refreshing... He and his team got right to work on removing the tree (with a ridiculously large root), a full shrub bush and two stumps (that were previously shrub bushes, that I tried to remove myself lol). The entire job took them just a little over an hour, which included clean up and removal; and the area already looks 1,000 times better. I would highly recommend him, and as a matter of fact, I've already spread the word to a few family members that have previously expressed interest in some tree removal. I'm definitely keeping his information handy for possible future work. A million thanks, Tom! You really made it possible to start work on the next phase of our project to spruce up our little love nest. Jackie & Jason M. read more

This company is extremely professional, never talking badly about other company I had a quote from. They did such an great job on my trees that my neighbors asked for a on the spot quote from the owner (yes the owner was on site to work on the job also. ) and of course he gave him his quote and a business card. They no joke no exaggeration cut and stump grinned 6 trees in approx. 3-4 hours including clean up! These guys are just amazing! Thanks again for doing such a awesome job! read more

If you need any tree service (tree removal, branch trimming, stump removal, etc), stop searching and contact Hardin's Tree Service now. I did a lot of research and got multiple quotes the last time I needed a couple trees removed and they came in lower than anyone else, AND they were professional, prompt, responded to all my questions immediately, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterwards like nothing was there. Of all the contractors I have worked with on various projects, these guys are among the most impressive. Now that I need more tree work done, I contacted them again, and they came out same day for a quote, which Tom wrote on the spot. Tom and Wendy are a pleasure to work with and I won't use anyone else for tree services. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Hardin's Tree Service. We have a camphor tree that had a large amount of dead limbs, and an orange tree that was threatening world domination so had numerous services come out and provide quotes. While their quote wasn't the cheapest (nor the most expensive) we were impressed with the thoroughness of the review of what we wanted trimmed vs. removed and the knowledge on what would be best for the health of the tree as well as aesthetic considerations. Day of service, this crew shows up and immediately gets to work. They wrapped the wrought iron supports to my patio, took care to not damage the brick entryway, had safety cones in the street around the wood chipper, and two hours later, my backyard looks great. Following all the tree and limb removal, the yard was raked, all debris removed, and they even came through with a leaf blower on my front porch to remove any sawdust that had blown from the wood chipper. Summary: Professional, well priced, quick, and clean. Will have them back again for any tree service needed. read more

This was a great experience. The estimate was significantly cheaper than another estimate we had been given. Tom and his crew did a great job thinning out and reducing the weight load on a weeping willow, and expertly removed a large tree that was leaning toward and over our home. When they cleaned up the significant amount of branches and clippings, the yard looked cleaner than when they found it. read more

The owner, office staff, and other workers are very professional. I have experienced many clueless, unaware, disrespectful people working on my house. Its a breath of fresh air to hire someone that treats your home the way they would treat their own place. They were thorough and careful. They cleaned up and ran a leaf blower afterwards. Also reasonably priced. read more

Tom and Team are true pros in the business that will take care of all your tree needs. Tom came out right away to provide an estimate and Wendy even tried to accommodate us with a tight schedule. He brought out a large team to tackle trees I had growing through power lines and were out in no time, but left doing a great job. They clean up after themselves and make sure to check that your satisfied. Definitely will refer and use Tom and Team again in the future. read more

I had a mulberry tree that had actually been damaged by a hit & run driver. The vehicle left a huge scar where it had been hit.we tried to baby the tree & staked it for support but during a windy day..the tree came down thankfully not damaging our home. I called three tree services & one never showed, one came late for appointment with no apology. The third company-.Hardin's Tree Service came on time & Tom was very professional & gave us a great estimate. He & his crew removed the tree in no time..ground the stump.& we had our yard back. Thanks to Hardin's Tree Service for your professionalism & down to earth explanation to folk's that don't know a thing about trees. I have NEVER written a review, but I had to take a moment, to thank Tom and his crew for going out of their way ,to prune my trees to where they actually Look Good and are HEALTHY too!!! We received multiple estimates for our trees , but didn't feel confident with hiring any of them, because they really didn't seem interested in the long term affects of our trees and price estimates were too high. A year later we heard about Hardin's Tree Service and scheduled an estimate . We were scheduled within a week. They came on time and actully listened and answered all our questions and concerns clearly, professionally and with a smile. Then, Tom guided us with his knowledge of pruning our trees healthily. Tom wrote us a reasonable price estimate and we decided to schedule on the spot. Work was done in a timely manner , when we were away and we couldn't of been more happier with the results and how clean they left my yard. If your done with the rest ,go with the best! Tom and his crew were worth every penny. Thanks a million Hardin's Tree Service! !! read more

Great customer service and a fast response. I tried reaching two other tree service companies before I contacted Hardin's. Neither of the previous two returned my phone call(s). The receptionist I spoke with was lovely and informed me she would send someone out during the weekend to take a look at our tree stump and provide an estimate. The gentleman (I believe it was the owner) came by earlier in the week while he was in the area. After an inspection he let me know there was no need for him to remove the stump with his equipment. He instructed us on how to correctly and effectively use round up for the small stump and roots. I appreciated his honesty very much and was glad to know he did not feel right taking money on a job that it is so simple. Thank you HardinTree Service! read more

I cannot tell you how grateful I am to work with Hardin Tree Service. I have used them for multiple clients and they are always prompt in arriving to do bids and straightforward about their schedule. Once scheduled, you're good - you know they will be there on time and ready to work. They always do excellent work and clean up thoroughly afterward. Going above and beyond the call of duty, they answer their phone on the weekend in response to "tree emergency calls" and have provided honest and caring advice with next steps going forward on jobs that they can't get to fast enough or that are more appropriately handled by a crew with bigger equipment. I appreciate their honesty and their kindness so much. Thank you!!!! So nice to work with a company with integrity and commitment to quality. read more

I had a pecan tree in our backyard that was causing us issues and just had to go. I contacted several tree services and Hardin's Tree Service was the lowest estimate given. Now usually lowest price doesn't always mean the best...but Tom and his crew did a great job on my tree. Tom was very professional and made sure to get the job done and then some. I asked him to prune some other surrounding trees that wasn't part of the original contract. Tom and his crew obliged and didn't even charge me extra. I also asked him to grind down the stump. He couldn't do that due to the location of the tree but him and his crew did all they can to cut down into the roots....no stump. And didn't charge me for that either!! Simply Amazing customer service!!!! Great company! Great crew! And great prices!!! read more

This company is thorough. The tree died in my front yard they came and cut the tree down ground down the stump and got rid of the roots. They cleaned up all the little branches. Tom came out for the estimate back in November 2020, and he was booked until the beginning of February 2021. He was not only the best estimate but also the easiest of 3 arborists to deal with. He arrived on time and did the job as specified on the estimate on 2/06/21. Tom and his crew are professional, courteous, and are experienced tree experts. They did an excellent job of trimming 5 trees, and removing one. I overpaid him by $30, and 2 hours after he left, Wendy from his office called me to tell me I overpaid and wanted to arrange to return my overpayment--Extremely honest company. Tom is a tree expert, left my yard looking better than before his arrival, and not only is he affordable, but he communicates and is easy to deal with. My yard looks great because of him. I will use him again. read more
