I ran across a urgent desktop issue and called Sam at 9pm. He came the very next day and was really nice and sincere during the service, quickly fixed the problem and ran a test to ensure all the parts function well. Every step was transparent so you can see clearly what went wrong and how it was fixed. It was a great experience to have Sam to work on the issue. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Sam is super nice and helpful! I called his shop looking for an old Mac box to ship my computer and he offered to deliver one free of charge. I tried to offer cash when he arrived but he wouldn't accept it. If I have any computer problems, I'll definitely remember Sam! read more

sam is a very responsible and punctual person. He helped me a lot on replacing my cpu cooler. He gave me a list of cooler brand he recommended, those all with the best value for money. He also good at conversation，there is a little problem during the fixing, he kept trying to find out the reason, and fixed it for me. Thanks a lot for Sam's IT Solutions. They did such a fantastic job! The anti-glare coating on my MacbookPro was wearing off. Every other business I talked to wanted to completely replace the screen which was going to be super expensive. Sam's IT were the only ones willing to take off the anti-glare coating and they did a phenomenal job and saved me so much! Also, they are very friendly and communicative about everything. Would highly recommend! read more

I am so very appreciative and impressed with Sam's professionalism, kindness, and skill. After enduring almost two weeks of terrible customer service and a severe lack of communication from another company in Pasadena, I found Sam. My laptop gave an error message that the fan was not working properly and needed to be shut down and repaired. To make a long story short, not only did Sam very quickly discover that there was nothing wrong with the fan itself, and was able to provide the service needed that was producing the false read. He picked up my laptop, repaired it, and returned it all within the same day. He also went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the bill. Which I was. Sam is a true gift. Thank you Sam! read more

This is the second time I rely on Sam's service. The problem? I spilled champagne (!) on my open MacPro, sipping through all openings. MacPro is dead so I decided to buy a new MacBook Air (fantastic) and Sam recovered the hard drive from MacPro and transferred the full disk to the new MacBook. I was so grateful that I paid more than what Sam asking for. We still discovered one issue. Some NUMBERS files could not be found (NUMBERS is the competitor to Excel). Sam located the file (pretty well hidden on the original HD).For me to check other missing files from NUMBERS and PAGES (both from Apple Store). Sam lended me one of his MacBook Air loaded with my HD from MacPro. I am busy transferring and its works. Sam and I exchanged numerous messages day and night. I have never experience such dedication to achieve a perfect job. And the price is completely on line with the work delivered. Kudos to Sam read more

I'm writing this review as organically as I can possibly do so. It's 1:00 am and Sam just left my residence after building this AMAZING pc. Now, when I say this dude really loves his job, HE REALLY LOVES his job. Words to describe him and his work ethic: accommodating, respectful, considerate, passionate, dedicated, focused, determined, and the list just goes on. In all honesty I was so "sketched out" at how nice and accommodating he was at first, because it was just "too good to be true!" But he's the real definition of "there are still nice people in this world." What began as looking for someone who knew how to build PCs on Yelp, certainly turned into finding someone (Sam) who was not only passionate about his work, but also someone who was willing to make me part of the process. Sam willingly took me through the process of building my own PC, EVERY step of the way, literally! Not only that, but he explained every step and made sure that I was happy with EVERY detail that went into my PC. I didn't even have a monitor, keyboard, or mouse and this dude still made it happen! Sam, you're freaken awesome and you are truly appreciated, thank you for everything! read more

When I knocked a full cup of coffee onto my MacBook Pro, I was devastated. Luckily I found Sam on yelp. He picked up my computer on New Year's Eve from my home and was able to clean residue that had dried inside the device. His price was really reasonable and he dropped it off the next morning (a holiday!). I highly recommend Sam to anyone who needs computer help--he saved me the price of a new MacBook! read more

I dropped my laptop and contacted Sam to get a quote. He drove over to my house to pick up my laptop and take it back to look over it all for free. He then fixed it and said he could work around my budget. The very next day, he was able to drop it off again at my house with my laptop back in working condition. Service was exemplary, but the way he runs his business is something I've never experienced before. I wasn't given a quote after he took my laptop to diagnose it, he just fixed it without an estimate and I was given the freedom to choose my budget and price. When he came to my house to drop off my laptop, I was able to pick it up and he said I could just Venmo him later. He seemed like someone who cares more about the service than the money, which is a good thing. Odd experience aside, I would still recommend Sam and his team and will be coming to him for help in the future. He showed good character and went out of his way to help me fix my issue and even drove to my house to pick up and drop off my laptop. read more

I wish every business was like Sam's this world would be a better place. Sam is Honest. He tried even helping me over the phone. He knew exactly what was wrong and let me know that the price of the parts would be almost the same as a new printer. Sam also tried to help me find a new printer. Thank you so much Sam for your help, honesty, and kindness I really appreciate it. May God bless you. read more

I had a computer emergency late on a Saturday night, and I was panicking. Finally, I called Sam. He was apologetic about not being able to come out that night (I didn't even expect him to answer the phone!), but he came out the next morning and fixed the problem in about half an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and wore a mask inside (which I appreciated). Best of all, when he quoted me the price as "$75 an hour, or a fraction thereof," I assumed he meant what most people mean by that: The first hour is $75 no matter what, and if it's 61 minutes, then it's $150. But when he finished, he pulled out his calculator and decided that I owed him $35! For anything else that breaks down in the future, Sam will be the one I call. read more

I called and got an immediate response, we arranged for pick early the next day, and I got my laptop back that same day. Most important, it worked perfectly and still does. Also, the repair cost was ultra reasonable. I highly recommend Sam's IT Solutions as a very satisfied customer. read more

Highly recommended. I have used Macs going back many years, and found that it is really hard to find a reliable tech. But Sam responded instantly to my cries for help to fix a MacBook. Came right over to my house and picked it up for repair. In fact, everything went so smoothly that I gave him a second Mac (a Mac Pro) for repairs. Although it was the weekend, he went right to work and had both humming like new by end of day. read more

Sam is a consummate professional. He showed up on time, took my ailing printer back to his shop and returned it in perfect working order the next day. I'm so glad to have found him! He will be my go-to tech repair guy from now on! read more

Found this small business on Yelp and looked at reviews they were all positive and decided to give them a try. My computer's fans stopped working and I wasn't sure why. Very happy with Sam's IT Solutions! We're so glad we found him. Working with Sam on our computers was a life saver, and he was a total joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, ethical, smart, fast paced, and also patient and flexible. He helped us fix a computer that crashed and also helped us remove files from old computers and drives. He was very knowledgeable and able to fix the computer and get everything we wanted done including saving a computer and saving old data I thought might have been lost. He came on time, did not make us wait for him at all (as some workers who come to your home do). He was super ethical, patient, kind, and explained everything to us about our computers and the options we had, so that we were empowered with info about our computers. He also worked with us to make everything as affordable as possible. Overall it was an absolute joy having him work on our computers and doing business with him. I cannot recommend Sam's IT Solutions enough! He really is passionate about his work, is trustworthy, and highly ethical. I let him know in advance that I have confidential client files on some computers and he taught me how to extract them and explained to me how to keep confidential files safe. Best IT service we've had. Thank you so much Sam's IT Solutions!! We will work with him again in a week and look forward to it! read more

Blown away by Sam's service. Kid spilled water in the laptop and it was dead. Instead of charging for a repair to a device that was too old - Sam advised that it wasn't worth it and helped with quickly and cheaply recovering the data. Service was super quick and device was picked up and dropped off. Couldn't recommend more. read more

Quick, responsive and top tier service. Service so good that I was slightly taken aback at first. 10/10 would do again.

I am happy with the Sam's service. The technician provided a quick diagnostic to my laptop and came out with several repairing solutions. In addition, he kept the repairing cost to a minimal. Sam really came to the rescue when my daughter's laptop monitor got sat on by her brother on the couch and completely broke. I called Sam and he immediately responded and was so honest and professional and courteous and was able to diagnose the problem and immediately had a plan. He even came to pick up the laptop at our house, ordered the parts for us, fixed it within 1 day of receiving the part and even delivered it right back to our door. Thanks to Sam, now my daughter has her computer back working perfectly now. We are SO grateful to Sam and his expertise and professionalism and service. His fees were extremely reasonable. We will use him again for any other computer trouble again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for someone who you can trust with your computer, this is him. Thank you again, Sam! read more

I had a malware attack and suffered from a browser hijack. Called Sam on Sunday. Over the phone, he offered a couple of possible solutions, including uninstalling the browser. I tried and the problem was solved. He was kind enough not to charge me. Great customer care attitude as well. read more

Sam was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, he at first tried to help me with my issue over the phone and via text, free of charge, which was great. That unfortunately didn't solve my issue, so he made a house call later that evening and did a complete system check. I'd built a new PC rig and it wasn't powering on and I couldn't figure out why, and he did a diagnostic on my whole system. We determined it was the power supply, at first thinking it was a bad PSU unit but it was the model that didn't wanna play nice with my rig for some reason. Got a new one, a different make and model, popped it in, and now all's working great. The house call was great because Sam was transparent with everything he was doing and explained as he went, and was able to check out all the components to pinpoint where the trouble was coming from. Charged a fair rate, too. Highly recommend his services. read more

I've had my MacBook since 2015 unable to upgrade the OS system, I let this carry on because I was still able to use the internet and Logic Pro X when needed. However after purchasing a graphics tablet for my daughter and her not being able to use it after waiting so long for it to arrive, I had to get this fixed. I called apple support and after a two hour phone call no luck. I search the internet for every possible solution still no luck. Finally I decided to contact an IT and the only business available was Sam's IT Solutions. Not only did personally come pick up my MacBook from my house he dropped it back off when he was finished solving my issue within the same day. Saved me about a couple hundred dollars in the process! Greatly appreciate this business would highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend Sam and his services! My son's computer stopped working and he suspected it was the mother board. We contacted Sam and he was very prompt to respond, pick up the computer and diagnose the problem. Not only was it NOT the mother board, but Sam was able to diagnose the issue, contact the manufacturer and found out the part was still under warranty. He mailed it back for repair/replacement. Sam only charged a small fee to diagnose the issue. Honest and reliable service. Our new go to guy! read more
