If you need your laptop repaired, this is the place to do it. Seriously-- go here. Stop looking. You found the place. Backstory: I just moved to Pasadena, accepted a wonderful remote job opportunity, and managed to effectively destroy (in my mind) my Mac laptop by spilling a whole bottle of water in my purse. With only a few days before my first day of work, I was distraught and thought I would need to buy a new laptop. Fast forward to two days ago, when Sam SAVED THE DAY! He picked up my laptop from my apartment, ran diagnostics, and got it working in perfect shape in no time. He even found problems I had no idea about, and when he delivered it back, he charged me less than the original quote. Fixing something as personal as a laptop can be super stressful, but there is no stress if you use this service. He was great at answering all of my questions, and was so kind, respectful, and FAST! We'll be referring all of our friends and coworkers here. Thank you again for your awesome work!! I hope I don't break my laptop again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm happy to have an amazing professional to go to. read more

I think Sam's IT Solutions is a new business - if so, here's to their continued success! They did an excellent job identifying the issue with my son's Chromebook, sourcing the needed parts, and quickly and effectively making it as good as new! Their willingness to pick up and drop off the Chromebook was an added bonus, especially during this time, when leaving the house can feel like a lot. Great customer service, great work, and at a great price - you can't ask for more out of a business. read more

By far the best costumer service I have ever seen around here. Wanted to find a professional to assemble my first ever gaming pc. Was looking through yelp, and found Sam's IT Solutions. Wissam responded to my inquiry very soon after my message was sent. After confirmation of the parts needed to assemble, Wissam says he could build it up the second day. However when actually assembling the parts he found out the cooler doesn't actually fit in the case. We had to look for one that does, and the only one that was available was 42 miles away in Micro center. So he actually drove 84 miles just to get the cooler for me so I could get my pc done by the end of the day. That's insane! He offered the service based on my budget, and never complained nor belittle a pc noob like me, answering my question patiently and offer solutions based on my budget. Never been so satisfied with the result. It's good to know that there are still people that is kind and passionate like himself exists in the world. Will absolutely come back! read more
