Sam's great! No need to look at other pages and just call him. He resolved the issue in a day and even delievered the device back to my house, and all at a really cheap price. Definitely going back if I break anything else lol. read more

Great service i would highly recommend Sam. His main priority is customer service and he actually listens to your issues and always is fair in pricing. He is also very responsive and fast to help or answer questions. Unmatched quality and helpfulness. read more

I had a broken screen on my laptop. Sam helped me find the right replacement part and then went far out of his way to work my repair into his schedule such that I could meet a tight travel deadline. Great service. Would recommend. read more

As someone who has used service from the IT "professionals" in the area, Sam beats everyone in terms of service and reliability. I spilled some tea on my macbook and needed to tear it down to dry, and while other technicians told me to contact them the following week, Sam came within the following hour, took everything apart in fifteen minutes and was on his way. Awesome service, would recommend to ANYONE without technical acumen. Just a chad. read more

Sam's IT Solutions came through! My laptop display was broken thanks to my wonderful kids. I was totally in a panic as my next class starts in a week. Not only was this company responsive, but they fixed my laptop in record time. They also didn't charge me my entire life savings, which is always a plus! I will definitely be using them for all my tech needs going forward. Highly recommended. read more

Sam brought an older but little-used laptop back to life by installing a SSD. Simple but effective. It was like getting a whole new laptop for 1/4 the price. Professional. Courteous. Quick. And, yes, I will have more projects for Sam-the-Man. read more

This guy is legit. I had a very complex issue with my motherboard and cooling system. Sam came by cleaned out my tower, ran a full diagnostic, helped me install parts and software, helped me order some new parts, came back and helped me install those parts. He was also available for trouble shooting calls and texts. And he only charged me for his initial visit. Such a pro, so fair, and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sam's IT Solutions! read more

Sam is truly incredible!! i was quoted $1800 to replace my Macbook Pro 16" keyboard due to liquid damage, so i decided to reach out to Sam. he started off by walking me through how i could try to fix the sticky keys on my own, and also sent me links to particular parts that i could purchase if i later decided to bring in the computer for repair. he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. the cost ended up being significantly less than i was previously quoted, and Sam allowed me to pay after checking the computer out! i felt like he trusted me and so i could also trust him. i will certainly be recommending him to anybody who needs computer repairs. thank you so much!!! read more

Sam is super responsive and professional. He picked up my desktop to fix and was able to diagnose why it was not running well, and moved unnecessary duplication in hard drive. I had a lot of problem for years and no one ever did such a good job. Overnight I was able to get almost a brand new running desktop. Sam is a godsend and I strongly recommend him! read more

Sam offer A++ and super fast service. Honest business and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

When I posted a Yelp project asking for PC help, Sam was not only quick to respond, but he asked several clarifying questions that presumably helped diagnose the issue. At that time, he also gave clear instructions as to what would be needed for the fix, and was upfront about the cost, which was better value than some quick other quotes I had received. When I did bring my laptop in, he answered any remaining questions I had and was able to efficiently fix my PC in an hour. He sent me texts and pictures of updates along the way, so that I knew how the progress was going. When I got the PC back, the issue was fixed and my old data was intact. If you need IT help in the area, I would fully recommend checking his services out. read more

Sam helped me replace my Lenovo laptop battery after I realized my battery had expanded. He answered all my questions and concerns, and even provided tips on what to do after the battery expanded + tips on making the new battery longer. I dropped off my laptop Friday and received it fixed and delivered just a day after. Really glad to know there's a reliable service near me that I can go to when any tech issues come up! Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend read more

Sam is the best! We went to him all the time when he was working for a company in El segundo. We reached out to him again to fix my father in law's HP. He initially said he was not available in our area anymore and referred us to a friend. He then later came by himself, picked up the computer, fixed it and returned it in an hour. There was a problem with the charging port and same was able to find the part, replace it , and make it work. It works fine now. He even wiped down the entire laptop before giving it back. It's always the little things that count, and we really appreciate Sam's help! Sad that he's not in our local area anymore! read more

Sam's IT Solutions, is beyond good service. Pricing, communication, service, and professionalism. All there. My laptop's cooling fan was failing and making unpleasant noises for quite some time. But in recent weeks it became unbearably loud. I've searched around computer repair shops nearby and found this place. Called immediately and Sam's IT solutions picked it up right away. I explained what my situation was, and he was quick to explain everything and was very courteous and professional over the phone. I had called him multiple times prior to the actual service, he was very patient with all of my questions despite his busy schedule. He informed me of everything I had inquired about and set a date for the service. He assured me that the service would be done on the same day. I dropped my laptop off at his office in the morning before work, and he notified me that the service was done that afternoon. He explained what was performed for the service and stayed very transparent with cost and honest about it. Both CPU and GPU fans were replaced, which were bound to heat sinks, cleaned all the dust off, and a diagnostic was done to confirm that they were properly working. He also provided several photos of the result. Although, the service took him a fair bit of time, a bit more so than I expected. I told him of my concern about my expected budget, he was very generous to address that and fulfill my needs. When the service was done, I wasn't able to pick it up at his office due to my work schedule. So, he offered to deliver my laptop according to my availability in the evening! at no extra charge! My serviced laptop was very nicely packaged when handed over to me. When I finally checked my laptop I felt it quieter than when it was new! I was extremely satisfied with the service. Wholesome experience. Personally, this was my first time getting any sort of computer-related service (before, I tried doing everything myself). It was the unexpectedly superb quality of service in terms of both technical and customer support. From start to end, he provided very customer-centric service with a genuine willingness to help with the issues presented. Very professional, honest, and transparent through and through. Will I use Sam's IT Solutions again? Absolutely. If anyone is frustrated with computer-related issues and is feeling uncertain of where to look for IT support, Sam's IT solutions is the one I suggest. 6 stars out of 5. read more

We can attest that Sam from Sam's IT Solutions lives up to his 5 star rating. Sam had an open and helpful approach from our initial inquiry to his prompt, same-day on-site troubleshooting of my son's self-built windows gaming desktop. Sam's hourly rate is a bargain considering the house call to trouble shoot the system in place, and his expert help and advice. Thank you Sam! read more

Can't say enough about Sam, I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. My PC blue screened and lost all my files, I called Sam, he sent some suggestions, but still no luck. So he came out the next morning and installed a new hard drive, got it all working and helped start recovering my files from the cloud which took several hours. After that was done I still couldn't find my files, so I texted him and he responded right away, even though it was fairly late. Sam was so responsive to my texts and calls, he was very patient and his charge was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found him and will definitely call him again. read more

Sam was extremely transparent and responsive with my computer needs. I was having trouble with my computer and he picked it up on the same day I called. They were also upfront with costs, alongside my options. It really shows he has a lot of care into his service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their computer fixed. read more

Wow! I wasn't expecting much after thoroughly messing up my iMac, my new Apple notebook & iPad other than hours of labor & a big bill. Sam responded to my call immediately & we scheduled for him to come out next day (who does this!). In no time, he straightened each out, plus was informative & made recommendations. I'm thrilled to have made this connection & now have an immediate go-to to fix all things computer & at a very reasonable rate. Thank you, Sam. read more

Sam's IT Solutions replaced my MacBook Air's battery. Highly recommended especially if you need your laptop to be fixed as soon as possible. I went to Apple Store first, and they had to order parts, and battery replacement usually took 3-5 business days. I need my laptop to work daily, so services provide by Apple was unable to solve my problem. Sam ordered parts for me, and he picked up my laptop in the morning and dropped it off in the afternoon the same day! The whole process was within 24hrs, and the price is lot cheaper than what Apple offered. Highly recommended! read more

Sam's IT Solutions is an Excellent Service; he does very skilled, precise, efficient, and cost-effective work.. And in my case, all on the same day! Sam came out to my house to do the work! Not an easy task - removing, replacing my 2014 hard drive and installing it into a new drive enclosure (so I have files from the old drive still), reinstalling windows, and double checking all worked etc, all within an hour and absolutely inexpensive parts and labor. Sam is a very personable, nice, and respectful guy on top of it all, not perhaps a usual character one might find in IT. I'm delighted he was able to repair my 2014 Dell Precision M4800 10lb "brick" to last a few more years! Thank you Sam! read more

Very fast response. Communicates extremely well. I got to explain what was wrong and was talked through a couple things to see if it was anything I could fix. Sam was so great. He was very professional and always responded in a fast manner. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my laptop and found a solution right away. It took me by surprise where I dropped my laptop off. It was in Suite 300 at the front desk reception with 2 women in business suits. Way more professional and corporate than I was prepared for while in my sundress and flip flops. But Sam delivered my laptop to my residence as soon as it was all fixed. I highly recommend him and his services. Oh, and he was reasonably priced too! Thank you, Sam! read more

Sam was amazing. After Apple told me they wanted $1100 to fix my daughter's MacBook due to water damage and corrosion for a 9 month old laptop under warrantee, I was so discouraged. I found Sam on Yelp and sent him a message just to get a second opinion. Sam came over, picked up the MacBook on the same day, texted me 2 hours later to let me know there was no corrosion at all or signs of water damage. In fact the the only thing wrong was that the microphone chip was disconnected. He was so reasonable when asked what I owed, dropped the laptop off same day and told me not to pay him until my daughter got home from school and tested everything. I can't ask for a more honest person and business in a world where The apples of the world can take advantage of you at any given time...thank you Sam. I'll be calling you for all future tech issues... read more
