EXCELLENT!!! It was the most supportive, professional, knowledgeable and educational experience I've ever had with a service provider. Sam was on time, efficient and handled everything while educating me along the way. Not only this and more, by the time he left he'd save me at least $160. How? Some of the items I bought, I did not need. He showed me how to return the items for a refund. Would I utilize SAM'S IT SOLUTIONS again? ABSOULUTELY!!!I look forward to it. He took the time to listen to my tech woes and made me feel like my computer problems were his top priority. What sets Sam apart is his transparency and honesty. He provided a clear and detailed explanation of what he was doing and was extremely patient and pleasant at answering any of my questions. You can tell he really cares about you as a client and puts your needs at the forefront. NO HIDDEN FEES! Just straightforward and fair prices! PLEASE STOP, DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE - SAM IS THE BEST PC BUILDER/REPAIRMAN I HAVE EVER BEEN LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND! Sam built me a high-end NVIDIA 4090 build in which I bought an open box Cooler which gave me issues and I could never game properly. Sam was my savior by diagnosing my cooler issue (which led to the death of my Mobo - resulting in games crashing) Sam is super caring, knowledgeable & fair. He took time out of his jam-packed schedule to help me as I was a previous client and he didn't want to stop helping until I was 100% happy with my PC's performance. He's also super friendly, and normal, and doesn't act like a robot that wants your money and scams you dry. I've gone to multiple PC "experts" locally, all of which charged, lied, or gave me a hard time (most of the time never fixed the problem). Im so happy writing this because Sam actually fixed the issue after days of troubleshooting a difficult issue with my motherboard. Thankful to know the guy and will always be a client of Sam's for life!!! read more

My 5-year-old gaming laptop was starting to overheat and have issues with its cooling system (loud rattling/grinding from the fans on occasion, etc.) When Sam personally answered the phone, listened to my concerns and gave me plenty of advice for what to try before anything else had even been decided, I could already tell he was patient, knowledgeable and cared about helping me get to the root of the problem. After I tried other solutions and determined the best bet was to replace the fans and apply new thermal paste, I let Sam know and he was able to service the laptop fully in a single workday, at a very reasonable price, and performance and temperatures are now better on my laptop than they've been in years. You can absolutely trust Sam with your tech troubles, including any hardware surgery your computer(s) may need. Highest recommendations! read more

My art studio (over 13,000 soft warehouse space) has desperately needed an upgrade for our Wifi. Some companies were quoting me to pay $600-$900 PER MONTH. Thankfully I reached out to Sam who is incredibly knowledgeable and promised we could get better WiFi without needing to spend that much each month. He took his time during the consultation to really see what our needs were in our space and sent me links to directly purchase the equipment I needed (which is super cool of him and helped us save $) When installation day came, he was extremely thorough and made sure everything was working properly - he even took the time to walk through my entire building making sure there was no dead spots. He was kind, patient, and communicative throughout the process. Thanks so much Sam, appreciate your hard work in helping us improve our community. read more

I had a great experience with Sam's IT Solutions. I needed the screen on my MacBook Pro replaced after it was damaged, and Sam did an excellent job. Originally, he was going to be out of town and I expected to wait a few days, but he went out of his way to accommodate me and was able to fit me in sooner. The repair itself was completed in about an hour, which was much faster than I expected. Throughout the process, communication was excellent, he kept me informed, answered my questions, and made everything easy. The pricing was fair and very reasonable as well. One thing I didn't realize until working with him is that he also offers mobile service, which is a huge convenience. I highly recommend Sam's IT Solutions to anyone needing computer repairs or tech support. Great service, great communication, and quality work. read more

I had such an amazing and smooth experience at Sam's IT for my Macbook Pro Apple repair. From the moment I called, the staff were incredibly helpful, caring, flexible, and personable. I brought in my MacBook because my screen was broken and I had purchased a replacement screen for the repair. Sam took the time to attempt the fix, but unfortunately, the screen I ordered ended up being defective. Despite this though, even though he spent time on the repair, Sam didn't charge me at all, which I was deeply appreciative of. I really admire his honesty and integrity. In addition, Sam kept me updated on the status of my laptop throughout the entire process, which made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend Sam's IT to anyone needing Apple repairs. Their commitment to excellent service truly stands out! read more

Sam was incredibly helpful and professional. He spent over two hours into the evening working on my wife's laptop, making sure everything was taken care of properly. Throughout the process, he took the time to explain how the machine works and offered helpful tips on how to maintain it and handle updates ourselves. He was also very honest and transparent, giving us a fair and reasonable price for the work he did. Before we decided to move forward, we spoke with him several times. He was generous with his time, offering advice and even walking us through possible self-repair steps. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated his knowledge and approach. Sam's IT Solutions provided amazing service! My issue was that my monitors were giving me no signal. I dropped off my PC on a Wednesday, and by Thursday it was already fixed and delivered back to me. Sam found that a pair of my RAM sticks and the RAM modules were damaged due to overheating, so he removed them and recommended installing a liquid cooler to help prevent future issues. He also fixed the USB 3.0 header pins to get my front USB ports working again. Everything was tested and runs perfectly now. Great communication, fast service, and convenient delivery. My Dell Laptop hinge broke and I was working on a project for class. I was lucky enough to find a local company that worked with laptops. I contacted Sam's IT and heard back within a few hours. Sam is an excellent professional to deal with. Polite and doesn't talk down to you as many in that profession are prone to do. We discussed my repair needs, I was quoted an approximate price, and was given an estimate of 24 hour turnaround. Check, check, and check. Repairs were made exactly as promised, the price did not go up when the laptop was returned, and I had it back on my desk in under 24 hours. The follow up was excellent as well! I highly recommend Sam and will use him anytime I have computer issues I cannot fix myself in the future! read more

Sam was awesome to work with. Had a same day appointment very last minute, and Sam was still able to come out to help. Even though the problem couldn't be fixed on the day, but Sam was extremely diligent and helpful on pinpointing the exact issues at present, and offered a few work around options to end the day. What was shocking was he didn't even ask for the pay because the issue wasn't resolved. the professionalism is unmatched in the neighborhood. Very kind and genuine, will definitely reach back out again in the future, if needed. read more
