From the start, Sam is highly knowledgeable, kind and patient. He also saved me a lot of money through his trouble shooting suggestions versus spending $700 that the Apple Store recommended. I highly recommend Sam for your IT solutions. read more

Thank you, Sam! You're the best! Here's why you will definitely be my go-to Mac fix person from now on: 1) you responded to my request immediately! 2) you cared about me not spending money on a new battery if my battery still had life in it!! 3) you were incredibly flexible and accommodating in picking up, checking, fixing and delivering the computer back within hours in the same day!!! 4) you charge about 20% less than any local other repair service I could find!!!! read more

Made contact through Yelp and responded back in a timely matter. Asked a few questions in regards to my laptop issue and general information on the laptop. Got back to me in regards to parts and cost. Since they are a mobile business, came by my residence and picked up my laptop once the parts came in. Turn around time was a day and came back to to drop off my computer.... Price was fair especially since I didn't have to go anywhere.... read more

Ever since I had built my first PC several years ago, I thought I was a PC expert. That all changed when I started to experience BSOD on Windows and just couldn't figure out what to do! I looked online for nearby computer repair shops and found Sam's IT Solutions. He accommodated me on a weekend night... let me repeat... a weekend night! On short notice too! I am so grateful for his fast response time and quality level of service. There is no one else I would ever contact for any sort of PC repair work going forward. Wissam is the best and the best part about him is not just his skills (which are amazing) but also his personality and professionalism. He is easy to work with and won't try to upsell you on anything you don't actually need. He really tried to find the root of an issue and figures out the best way to resolve said issue. I highly recommend contacting Wissam at Sam's IT for any of your computer repair needs. Feel free to contact me for a referral or if you have questions. Thanks, Wissam! read more

Sam helped me diagnose a problem with my decade old laptop over the phone and gave me great advice. I'm grateful for his time and expertise. Will keep his contact saved for future tech issues. Thanks Sam! read more

Sam's IT is the most reliable, affordable, fast, helpful and honest company I've ever come across. I had a horrible experience with a tech company in downtown Monrovia the first round with my laptop but finding Sam's turned that around for me. They Picked up my computer from my home for no charge, let me use my computer by suggesting I hook it up to a monitor while the part was coming in, and literally fixed it in one night and dropped it off the next morning. They also charged me $180 LESS than what the other company was charging. Very satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend to family, friends, coworkers, classmates and even strangers. You'll be safe here and you can actually trust what they say. Here's the difference between the damage and the fix. Thank you so much Sam! read more

Copilot messed up many things on my lap top including being able to print anything at all. I spent so much time trying to fix the issues and gave up. I found SAM'S IT SOLUTIONS online and the reviews were exceptionally good. After days of frustration I didn't care what it cost, but you can take the claim of reasonable charges seriously and he was worth every penny. I sent an email to Sam in the late evening, and there was an answer early the next morning. He came to the house and not only fixed all the programming issues but also reorganized one of those horrible piles of wires, plugs and cables that i had but couldn't tackle. In addition, he went through my whole house measuring the Wi Fi strength so that I could move about the house to work and he cleared every room in the house. He was polite, understanding, efficient and very knowledgeable and most importantly, he did not make me feel that I was an idiot for not knowing various features of my laptop and gave me very clear instructions. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. By the way, I mentioned when we were setting up an appointment for him to come that I am a very early riser so I said "any time." Turns out he is too, and he came very early, and all was completed by 9:00 a.m.! read more

Sam is the man! I was having issues with my first pc build and when I called him he was very fast to schedule me for a same day appointment! This level of service is necessary for anyone who doesn't have much time off. Sam fixed the mistake I'd made with my fans and was very helpful explaining every step of the way. He even went above and beyond to ensure I had useful apps to monitor temps in addition to malware protection which is extremely valuable to me. I can't recommend him enough if you're having any issues with your computer. read more

Just got my laptop back and wanted to write a review immediately! I ended up having to move to a different state and needed some help replacing my laptop battery and with another issue as soon as possible. Sam was supposed to be booked for the rest of the week but was super kind and generous enough to squeeze me in as soon as he could. He was super communicative and even gave me some great recommendations and advice on sustaining my laptop battery. Also, I asked multiple businesses for quotes on my laptop issues and Sam was by far the most affordable and the quickest service I would have received. Highly recommend this business to anyone who needs IT solutions! read more

So I had a printer go out on me very unexpectedly and only after two years and very little use. The company was just telling me to go buy a new one. Easy for them to say, since it was over a $250.00 printer. I found Sam's IT and sent out a message he responded very fast asked a few questions and arranged a pick up for the printer- he did not charge to assess the situation. He arrived in a timely manner to pick up the printer and let me know he'd get back to me in a couple of days. Well he was faster! The next day he asked a few questions, tested the device was working on it and even offered to bring me a loaner printer so I could work. After only a few hours he did inform me that it was actually better and more cost efficient to purchase a new printer as parts and labor would be high to fix and there was no guarantee that something else wouldn't go wrong. He provided some recommendations and even provided the option to secure and deliver a new printer to me. He also arranged to bring back my broken printer. I told him he could keep it but actually said I could try selling it for parts online. Overall, felt my experience was great! They are 100% up front and honest. I'll be recommending them and using them for all my future computer and printer needs! read more

I had a Canon color inkjet printer that was no longer printing, and after calling Canon IT support, and their over the phone troubleshooting failed, I tried searching for a repair option. Slim pickings, as everyone is pushed to just buy a new one, tossing the old one into the trash - still stuck in a lazy, throwaway culture. We don't consider that our resources are not infinite, and we're filling our earth and oceans with trash, and a lot of it is toxic too. So I was thrilled to find Sam's IT solutions! Knowledgeable, very professional and responsive. Sam came and picked up my printer from my home, and left me one to use while he assessed mine! At no charge! And when his assessment was done, he gave me an honest opinion. And was charged me nothing to return my printer and pick up his loaned one for free. I'll definitely reach out to them for printer or IT help in the future! read more

I was having issues with my HP all in one printer/scanner and Wissam picked it up, kept me informed on a daily basis on progress, and came through with flying colors! Sam was great! He was very knowledgeable, very communicative & efficient. He made sure my PC was built properly & up and running within less than 2 hours and gave me some great pointers on new software to help me keep track of my computer's efficiency, etc. Would definitely recommend him for any of your computer needs. read more

Sam was great from the moment I contacted him. He answered all of my questions and helped me figure out what my computer needed to get the results I wanted. Then he came to the house cleaned up the computer and installed what I asked for. He explained what he was doing and answered questions along the way. And the best part is that his prices are very fair. I much prefer having someone come to my house. That way I can see what is being done. I can't always trust computer companies to be honest on what is needed when I drop off a computer and then hear from that all of the things they say are needed. I always wonder if they're being honest, and so having Sam here showing me what he was doing and why I may need something was a much better way of doing business. I was very pleased and will continue to use Sam for all of my computer needs. read more

I put an email in with a microphone issue with my Dell laptop/Windows 11 and got what I thought was a bot auto-response. It wasn't. Sam was available on a Sunday morning by phone. Was very patient with my crappy computer/windows issues, and had multiple inexpensive product fixes. He was constantly following up and providing feedback. He seemed more concerned about avoiding expense/major overhaul than I was. Can't recommend enough. Once problem was solved, left the price up to me. Exceptional experience. read more

You need not look further for any IT companies. This is it. I don't even know where to begin! Sam is fantastic. I came to him with an issue I could not figure out, and he had it solved within a day. I brought up my problem. He CAME to my house to pick it up, disassembled my whole computer, tested every component, pinpointed the issue, figured it out the next day, ordered parts, and DELIVERED it back to my house. He is honest and straightforward. No games. No overpricing. He was flexible with everything--an excellent person to use. read more

Sam’s IT Solutions - He replaced my cooler and power source. - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Pasadena, California

Sam was great. He was on time, reliable, and fixed a complex laser printer jam in minutes. In my attempt to clear the paper jam, I left tiny pieces of paper inside the printer. As a result of his efforts, we do not have to buy a new printer! The price of a new color laser printer/fax was not really the issue, as I was more concerned with the purchase, transport, and setup of a new printer/fax and wifi connections to a work tablet and personal computer. Thanks again. read more

Very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Made sure the issue was resolved. Would def. Go back for my PC concerns.

i got a free extender from AtT awhile back. no more free ones....and don't want to pay an extra $10 a month...i'd rater buy one! i called this company and spoke with Sam and he gave me a suggestion as far as what he would buy on amazon. i really appreciate it...from an expert! read more

Top notch service from Sam's IT Solutions! We're constantly told our electronics "don't work" anymore and must be replaced whenever there's even a small glitch or problem... Well, my printer stopped working and the manufacturer claimed it was unfixable and recommended I buy a new one (of course they did). I reached out to Sam and he quickly detected the problem and offered to fix it. Sam was very fast and communicative thoughout the whole process and really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I ended up paying less than the cost of a new machine, plus I had the satisfaction of not generating more e-waste! read more

Highly recommend Sam's IT Solutions if you have any IT related issues! They're super nice and responsive. Truly wanted to helped me out on my printer issue and patiently worked with me to do trouble shootings before they came to pick up and did the evaluation. In the end, my printer was fixed by the remote consulting. So I saved the potential fee and didn't have a chance to pay them back. Lol I was so happy it got fixed, so we didn't have to create a junk right now and extended its life while most of the functions of the printer still looked fine (just changed its toner once). Truly appreciate it! If unfortunately you got any IT related issues (at least I'm sure for printers) and you want to fix it instead of just buy something new, I believe Sam's could be an awesome choice for you! read more

I was having issue with my computer, Wissam get in touch with me on phone call immediately to diagnose the problem. Our old copy machine in the office needs service. We contacted Sam's IT Solutions based on the five-star rating on Yelp. Wissam (Sam) came out to our office so quickly. He is very professional and courteous. He found the drum in the copier is faulty and needs to be replaced; however, he said it may not be cost effective to replace it because the machine is too old. He cleaned the drum as much as he could and made the quality of copies better. Since the issue can't be ultimately fixed without replacing the drum, Sam did not charge us at all for his service and time. We are so impressed by his professionalism, honesty and willingness to help customers. He will certainly be our go-to guy if we need any more IT repairs in the future. Thank you, Sam!! read more

Sam helped me save my computer after spilling an entire glass of Tepache all over the keyboard. After going to the Apple store-where they told me all hope was lost for my data-I reached out to Sam. He came over to help me at 9:30 at night. Got me set up to let my computer dry out for a few days and got on the phone with me to advise me when I turned it back on. My computer had serious damage, but with Sam's help he got my laptop to turn back on again and I was able to retrieve all the data before getting it replaced. Because he only "gave advice", he didn't even charge me. This guy rules. read more
