That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception. The service is very friendly but they can get very busy with pickup orders. So walking up and ordering is not always the quickest as they get a ton of phone orders that will take priority. The ambiance is nice, but there is no indoor seating. They do have a very nice patio with table and benches which is great for most of the beautiful sunny days we get in Yucaipa. It is a little pricey but I think the quality and quantity of the food is well worth the price.
