Still none of my favorite salad places!! EXCELLENT customer service. Always fresh, great toppings. What more can I say? Chef's kiss.

GREAT portion for the price! You have to pay extra if you want protein but my partner and I split a salad and it was very fulfilling! They have a wide variety of veggie options. I think this might be my new favorite salad place!

Salata...first visit but will not be my last. Salata is located off lower Roswell Rd in the Providence Square Shopping Center. It is located in the far right end of the center near Sprouts and Chili's. The business is easily visible from the street. The staff was friendly and explained how it all worked. The salad ingredients are fresh and many options to choose from. There were many protein options such as chicken, steak, seafood, and vegetarian as well. I was able to sample the protein I wanted and salad dressing before adding to my salad. I didn't try one of the lemonades but will next time. Large salad $10.90 and small $9.90. Protein is extra. It comes with croutons or crossaint. It was a nice portion size, so I had half for lunch and half for dinner. Definitely worth it.

LOVED this salad spot! next time would definitely get a regular salad and not the large because it's HUGE but so so delicious. They have so many options for veggies, proteins, dressings and toppings that you can really go crazy. Wish I remembered the guy's name that made our salads because he was so nice and patient while we explored all the options. The teas and lemonades are so good too definitely try them out. The place is nice, clean and quiet

    I chose avocado ranch dressings.

Wow! That was a pleasant surprise. That was a salad bar on steroids! The customer service was excellent and I love the selection of non carbonated drinks.

My first time and the place is very nice. It looks clean and there are so many options. I looked it up before going (Yelp) and went over the menu. When I ordered the SouthWest salad the guy said what is in it? LOL I showed him the menu online and he said no just pick whatever you want. He was very nice - everyone was polite and quick to serve. Overall the place was clean and I would try again.

    Limitless toppings!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a salad. I ask the girl "Ally" to mix the salad. She mix it with her hands not the tongs. Salad was half mixed. They were out of pretty much everything. The place appears to be ran by kids. I told her the salad looked a mess, she basically ignored me. So now I'm leaving a review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They clearly are under new management since the last review. Do better! I will post this review EVERYWHERE. If customer service is not your thing you shouldn't be working with the public! My opinion!

Definitely my go to spot when I'm craving something healthy to eat. My go to is the cucumber tortilla smoked Turkey wrap. You will get a hefty serving that gives you a healthy full. There's a lot of fresh & healthy options for loading that salad & wrap to the max. Also don't sleep in their delicious lemonades. I always grab the tasty peach lemonade.

Everyone should be excited about this!

My wife ordered the half House Turkey Club Panini along with the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Both were good, but the soup was very good. Rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Our 3-year-old had the mac and cheese with a fruit salad, and that might have been the biggest compliment of all. She ate most of it and was begging to take the rest home, which says everything. Fresh, well-made food that works for both adults and kids is hard to find, and Fresh To Order nails it. Plus the GM, John, couldn't have been better. Stopping by to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else.

Today, however, I'm still not sure what I received but it was inedible. I ordered a bison burger, which had good reviews here. No bun, with a side salad. I've had bison burgers at other restaurants and enjoyed them so thought this would be a good lunch bet. I know I got my order because it had my name on it. The salad was great, fresh with good toppings and a tasty balsamic. The burger was separate in its own container and looked great until I cut into it. For starters, it was red raw in the center, not a nice rare burger. It was raw. The meat looked odd, too, but I thought I'd eat around the edges and make the best of it. Except it was really weird. It felt like a Frankenburger - bison mixed up with something else (quinoa?) AND as I got into it further what looked like cherries or cranberries. I ended up dissecting this disgusting mush because I couldn't even eat the edges. Honestly I think someone messed up the order, but I can't imagine anything like this being on the menu or allowed out of the kitchen. I took pictures of the dissection - it was after our meeting so doesn't look as raw as it arrived. Not something I would try again and the kitchen needs some quality control.

The pancakes themselves were light and fluffy and not weighted down like so many other places. The chicken, maple syrup and sliced/sauted jalapeño slices was great if you crave mostly savory with a little sweet. A good portion of fried/breaded chicken that was seasoned well. The green matcha was more decadent with a layer of whipped cream in between the cakes and shavings of white chocolate to garnish with. The mango and kiwi pancake is nice if you want a lighter fruity version and the two pair quite well. Underneath is a mango purée perfect to sop up with your pancake fork in hand! The Nutella and banana came with the chocolate separate that you could drizzle on top. So much fun! I don't think you can go wrong with the food choices here. I'll certainly be back to try their drinks and others.

We started the day a little late so we were looking for a brunch place. I came across Fluffy Fluffy on Yelp and since they serve Japanese-inspired pancakes, we decided to give it a try. It was Mother's Day so the restaurant was completely full when we arrived. We took a while deciding what to order and luckily a table opened up at just the right time. We ordered both a savory and a sweet dish, the Eggs Benedict with Salmon and the Mini Soufflé Pancakes. One thing to note. Their website mentions that the combo set is available all day but this particular location doesn't offer it. We really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. You can choose either a croffle or sweet toast and we went with the sweet toast which was delicious. I also loved the dressing they used on the salad. (I was disappointed to later find out that they actually sell the dressing!) The soufflé pancakes, however, were a bit of a mixed experience for us. We chose the mini version so we could try four different flavors: blueberry cheese, tiramisu, matcha tiramisu, and strawberry cream. In the end, we were actually glad we ordered the minis instead of a full-size pancake with just one flavor. Out of the four, the blueberry cheese was our favorite. The tiramisu flavors didn't really taste much like tiramisu to us and the strawberry cream topping was fairly simple as well. The pancakes themselves were also a little drier than we expected. I also ordered a matcha latte but unfortunately, it wasn't my favorite. It tasted a bit watery and didn't have a good matcha flavor. Overall, it ended up being a hit-or-miss experience for us but we still thought it was a fun and unique concept to try.

Service was really great. Timing was good. Will have to point out the overall saltiness of the chowder and sandwich. I look forward to coming back, though, to try more of their menu. I have the rewards program, but if you're doing delivery and don't order here often its cheaper to go thru Uber Eats based on fees, at least in my experience. There's been a couple occasions where a few items are missing from the "create your own bowls" I've ordered but nothing major. Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places).
