Was searching for something healthy to eat and Aloha Poke came up. I was excited to try it out because I haven't had many poke bowl in my life. The restaurant was very clean and nice. I'm assuming they recently opened because everything looked so new. The staff wasn't the greatest, and the customer service can definitely be improved. I ordered a chicken poke bowl which was decent, but the only issue I had with it was that the chicken was cold, like it came out of a refrigerator. It really through me off. Thought we would try this place again. Thought we would sit down inside and eat, but the chairs are so low to the ground and hard, we ended up getting it to go. Workers are friendly. The food is always great. I am a part of gen z so I know how we can be tired of rude customers. I walked in polite, smile on my face, and even asked how the workers day was and I got no response. I was not greeted. the girl just walked up to me and waited for me to speak. No "hi" no "how are you" not even "what could I get you today". She just nodded as I spoke. There was no respect so I gladly didn't tip. I work a hard job but in no way do I make the people I serve feel like an inconvenience. The food is great! The portions are crazy!!!!!!! The little actually means sample size, the big actually means normal portion, and the kahuna is big, but not extra large like you might think. Came in to grab a couple bowls to go on a late Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and the entire process is pretty simple like many other poke shops. We opted for the largest size (so $15/bowl) and it came with a pretty decent portion. All the ingredients tasted fresh and they were made in 5-10 min. Place was def not crowded at the time, looked to be pretty minimal in terms of the layout and # of tables available. Fresh veggies and fish. Was worry that fish might not be fresh due to the location but surprisingly good. I got fresh salmon w greens quite refreshing only downside was onion being overpowering. The spicy mayo was kinda bland. I will try a different sauce or a mixture of sauces next time. The crunch gives a nice touch. I didn't get rice with mine due to the reviews about rice being uncooked. 3 Stars I'll list pros and cons. Pros - Easy to make a selection, service desk help very nice, poke bowl was delicious, place was clean. Con's - Don't take cash (odd) said main office has no cash as their business model. Good for them but inconvenient for the customer. You order yourself, pay with machine, pickup your food, drop off yourself. yet checkout asks Would you like to tip? For what? No not tipping for nothing I did it all myself. The cost is high. Small bowl $8.85 it's the size of a scoop of ice cream (really) medium $13.00 with the rice yes it was filling but didn't WOW me. Large is $15.00 geez and it's probably mostly rice. It's over priced. I had the Aloha which was a small handful of chicken cubes, pineapple, cucumber slices and raw jalapeños, raw onion. Very little important product which is the chicken. Seats are dangerous. They are stools and have no backs. One adult slipped off his chair and fell on the floor. 15 minutes later a child fell off hers and was crying. I mentioned it to the service folks they didn't know what to say. Aloha poke needs to rethink those stools or they possibly could have a lawsuit on their hands. I wouldn't be happy if I fell. Just saying. Probably better to order to go. Not in a hurry to go back. read more

The food is absolutely incredible and the workers are so sweet, but I do have to say I'm really disappointed in the management at this establishment. The manager is constantly on his phone watching videos and just standing over the sink or with his back to the front in the back corner, and rarely takes orders even when the restaurant is packed. He has headphones in every time that I've been there and is just plain unprofessional and unproductive. I think it's safe to say that he almost never comes out of the back unless he has to. I don't want to be mean because the rest of the employees I've interacted with are amazing and the food is incredible but the manager is just awful. read more

My husband and I just tried this new spot in Acworth and we were both super impressed!!! The guy who waited on us was very professional and friendly and the Poke Bowls were delicious!!! We both had the marinated Ahi Tuna as our protein and Loved it!!! The other ingredients were all extremely fresh and the presentation was very appealing!!! It's so nice having a healthier option for fast casual food in Acowrth. There is enough menu options that my whole family (even 3 of the pickiest kids) loves eating here. I've ordered delivery from here several times, and have picked up orders to go. The food is delicious and fresh, plus I just love poke! I'd give them 5 stars, BUT, I'm giving 3 because I think the portions are small for the price paid, the service is not superb (not rude, but not even friendly), and the service is slow (slower that the other poke restaurants around). I think with some "customer service training" and additional help, they could be great! There are usually 2 employees working whenever I have been inside, and you will have to wait about 20-30 minutes when there is a line of 2-3 customers. So, 3 stars for now.
