You can tell that this place is busy and popular because they close shop early in the day. And even if you show up before they close, many of the items are sold out. So stop by early! Note that it's situated in a strip mall and has a no-frills takeout vibe...it's not really meant to be a sit down venue Had a few items. The vegan curry turnover was awesome. Really enjoyed the texture and healthy contents. Also had the Samoa brownie, which was really good, particularly the chocolate portion, though I thought the coconut glaze on top was too sugary. The vegan biscuit and egg & cheese sandwich were filling but nothing special in my view. Will be happy to go back and try other items. I want to get their chocolate donut.

OMFG!! There are not enough adjectives or verbs to convey my feelings about this place. Their savory and sweet items are so delicious and taste freshly made. I am always stalking gluten-free bakeries around the globe so I am ecstatic that this is a 30 minute drive from my house. You have my undying love and devotion. I can't wait for my partner to order my birthday cake from here. This place reminds me so much of the vegan bakery in LA called Just What I Kneaded.

I got a strawberry pop tart and a buttermilk biscuit. I enjoyed both and saw a lot of US back in the kitchen. I feel the spirit of the ancestors with this spot. My biscuit had a great texture and flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the donuts, cinnamon roll and a sandwich on one of them biscuits.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would, the pastries are just that dynamic. The vegan chocolate coffee donut was so moist, it really tastes more like cake but I'm not complaining. The apple pie pop tarts were also very tasty, but the best thing I tried were the lentil curry pies. Soooo flavorful, they definitely caught me by surprise. It's a quaint little shop and when I went, i believe they only let 3 people in at a time so a line can build up pretty quickly, just something to be mindful of

I am in love with the place! We got the vegan breakfast biscuit and the sausage cheese and egg biscuit. They were both amazing. I haven't had a biscuit in over a decade, and this one was so amazing I went back get another to take back to Boston. The vegan meat was good and my boyfriend enjoyed the sausage egg and cheese biscuit although he wasn't a huge fan of the egg. The funfetti donut and the double chocolate donuts were both really good, moist and tasted fresh. The spot isn't far from downtown, so I plan to come each time I visit Atlanta. The staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend for the gluten free crowd!

Gluten agrees with me but Hell Yea is just a really f*cking good bakery. All their stuff is gluten free and they also have some stuff that's dairy free and others that are vegan. They're clearly labeled. I definitely recommend going early because they do run out of stuff and the line can be pretty long. However, it is worth it! I got the following: 1.) vegan curry turnover Delicious. Tastes kinda like a samosa. 10/10 would get again 2.) blueberry cream cheese Danish Good sh*t 3.) earl grey scone The consistency is spot on for the scone and the earl grey taste is in the icing. Very yummy

If you get a chance to check this place out, it is worth it. The food is worth the hype in my opinion. The treats are a pretty decent size and you'll forget that they're gluten free. I had a variety of treats like the oatmeal cream pie and curry turnover. Each one delivered! The place is pretty small and is an in and out situation. Quick tips that'll help: Go as early as possible. There will be a line so be prepared to wait (even before opening). I wouldn't come on a busy day if I'm in a rush. Things sell out fast. Very fast. Have a few things in mind just case what you wanted sold out after you waited in line. Check out their IG before you go. Most of the time they'll post closings, time changes, menu info, etc. ahead of time. Parking will get crowded. The earlier the better! Overall the staff is really kind, and I plan on revisiting to try more things.

My son is celiac and he was so happy that we have a a gluten free bakery and try all the treats here. it's a bit pricey but it's totally worth it in our family bc of the risk of C.C too , so basically celiac safe. We've came twice but will be going back soon for another desert run :) Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!!!

This place is super delicious!! Wasn't sure if it'd be different due to being gluten free but it's on par with other top tier bakeries. I certainly can't wait to go back for more. Let me stress that every item I had was fantastic. But I'll rank in order of favorites: 1. Blueberry cheesecake poptart - I don't remember the official name of this, but it was soooo wonderfully made. Flaky, dense, flavorful, and the perfect level of sweet 2. Scallion biscuit - I ordered this just because it looked nice and holy smokes, one of the best biscuits I've had in a whiiiile. It's super thick and buttery and all that good stuff 3. Funfetti doughnut- it tastes just like it sounds. Funfetti cake in doughnut form!

    The graduation cake!!

Ask the Community - Hell Yeah Gluten Free

I wanted to bring my friend here because she has gluten intolerance, but she also has a nut allergy. Are these products nut free as well? What kind of flour is used?

We are strictly peanut free 100%. We're not a strictly tree nut free bakery and sometimes use almonds or pecans in our baked goods, but currently, none of our products contain nuts. We use rice, tapioca, and potato starch for our items. We do have… Read more

Are the gluten free items also nut free?

While our facility is not nut-free, most of our items are nut free! We only have 1-2 seasonal items which may have nuts, but not currently.

They were decently busy with a few orders before and after me. I got there Notorious bowl w/ chorizo which came out in about 15 minutes. Perhaps it was the bowl I ordered, but I found it to be a bit too heavy. Many of the parts of the dish were heavily salted, fried, or pickled. So I found that it was missing something that could help balance the dish. Everything tasted pretty good individually but it's still seemed like something was missing as a whole. Overall, I was pretty satisfied for it being a vegan place. I would definitely need to try one of their other dishes to see if it's more to my liking. Staff were nice and it's always cool to be in one of these casual and busy cafeteria like environments to people watch while eating. Will try them again!

The chicken was seasoned and juicy. The mix of the kale and the coconut rice was perfection. I did add the picture of my order. Try it !

We recently moved out of state and on our first visit back we had to stop by for what felt like an obligatory pilgrimage with our group of Atl friends. I did know they had renovated. I do miss the old interior. The patio is expanded thankfully as you'll prbbaly be out there if you go. Dog friendly in and out. Prepare for a crowed most of the time. This time, I finally came through for their holiday bar pop-up, Ranger Station. While I didn't end up ordering any of the holiday cocktails, I will say the menu itself was festive and fun, very on-theme for the season and definitely intriguing if you're into themed pop-ups. My friends and I were hungry, so we decided to focus on food. We shared the wings, along with a burger and fries. The wings were pretty good, and the homemade ranch really stood out in a good way. You can tell it's not bottled, which always makes a difference. The burger was decent, nothing particularly memorable or disappointing, just solid and satisfying. Overall, Lady Bird Mess Hall shines most as a venue and experience. It's a great spot for indoor-outdoor exploration, hanging out with friends, grabbing food, and enjoying cocktails, especially along the East Side BeltLine. I can see why it stays busy. Even if the food isn't the main draw, the atmosphere and layout make it a place worth stopping into--especially if you're already in the area or entertaining guests.

My friend arrived and took a moment to get her drink order. I placed a paella bowl order along with my friend drink. The paella came out and it was not cooked right, it was cooked with too much water so I could not even find the individual rice grains, needless to say I did not try to eat it. It got returned. I explained what was wrong with it and was told they were cooking more so I waited on the second batch. My friend was also finally able to order, she got the guacamole and she liked it. I got paella from the "second" batch and it looked a little better ONLY, I tasted it and it tasted like water, I tried the shrimp and it was water logged too so I just put it to the side and did not complain anymore. The beef empanadas were good, so was the chicken empanadas according to my friend. I also got a shrimp taco and a bbq taco, they were good just too little. The disc was as big as a mayonnaise jar lid not a good value for $4 each. I will not complaint about the drinks, those were good. That affected me the most was the wait. We had to try and make some type of contact with the bartender to order. I was getting upset so I asked for the check which took FOREVER to get. That was something else, I only looked that the items were correct and nothing else. I was not warned that 20% tip was added already so I double tipped. MY FAULT, I WILL NEVER go back.
