I have also encouraged a number of my non-vegan friends to try their food, and they fell in love as well. Please do yourself a favor and visit them at the Marietta Square Farmer's Market, the Peachtree City Farmer's Market, or schedule a pick up from their kitchen facility. It seems like many Atlanta locals are confused about the cuisine differences between Tibet and Nepal, since both have their own versions of momos and thukpa. Tibetan food mostly focuses on warming and nourishing the body, rather than bold spices. While this restaurant doesn't have many of the barley, yak, and mutton based dishes that you would find in Tibet, the beef, veg, and chicken options are still hearty and handmade. While the momos here are wonderfully handmade, the flavors are not as bold as Nepali momos that many compare them to. And, that's okay because they are not meant to be bold. So before criticizing, you may want to check your facts. My favorite momo here are the leaf shape dumplings that even the most skilled dumpling makers have trouble folding. So they are difficult to find, yet shine here on the menu, hidden inside a momo soup dish.
