Visited on a quiet Sunday evening. There was only 1 server who was very busy with carry out orders and the 4-5 tables. Soft music was playing and the decor is cute. Food was tasty. We enjoyed it all. It was nicely presented. No liquor license- so no beer, wine, or cocktails. Slightly disappointing.

This gorgeous little hole in the wall is surprisingly upscale and perfect for a date night. That said I came in as a solo diner later in the evening so it was quiet and empty. They sat me quickly, kept my hot tea refilled and the curry was excellent. I highly recommend and if I were a local would definitely be back

This is my first review here but our third time eating at the Red Elephant. I really enjoy the all of their spring rolls but the basil are my favorite. My wife really enjoys the mango sticky rice and I have tried it and it is really tasty as well. The mangoes are fresh, sweet and cool which compliments with the rice and the coconut milk type topping which is warm over the rice. The ginger pad Thai was cooked perfectly and the veggies were done just right with a little crisp and pop to them. Not mushy at all. Our waitress was extremely accommodating and pleasant to have. She made sure our drinks were refilled and followed up to make sure we were good. The decor of the restaurant is very soothing and relaxing. Almost spa like. The music is smooth jazz like and goes well with the whole vibe of the Red Elephant. I will be returning to try more food options or just to have a late dessert here. You have that option of doing either.

I enjoyed my lunch here. The service was fast and the food was tasty. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I opted for some thai tea and a lunch portion of the red curry. Lunch comes with a side salad and the peanut dressing was tasty.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but a week later I can't stop thinking about how disappointed I was in my meal here. I definitely learned my lesson about trying a new restaurant on my birthday! We started with edamame and veggie spring rolls, which were fine. I ordered pad zee eu, which is not what I received. The waitress checked and said that they accidentally gave my dish to another table and they'd make me a new one. They obviously gave me the same tofu from the first plate, which was COLD, soggy, and so bland. Plus only 5 pieces for a dinner entree?? Even though the sauce looked right, the dish was not pad zee eu - there were a ton of vegetables in it that were not listed on the menu and honestly it looked like what they originally gave me with the right sauce poured on top. My friend ordered basil fried rice with medium spice. He said it had no flavor and no spice. He ended up pouring the sauce from the spring rolls on it (!!) and said Tin Drum's is better! Maybe it was an off night but I'm definitely not inclined to go back.

I frequent the orange theory next to this place and always see a good number of people coming in to eat or for takeout. I finally decided to come by and order some food for takeout. After putting in an order online, k was able to get my food in about 20min. I ordered the Masaman curry, panang curry and basil fried rice. It was enough for the four of us. The basil fried rice was delicious and it came with two slices of cucumbers and a tomato. The masaman curry was also really tasty and one of the best ones I have ever had. I liked that it was topped with avocado and cashews. The panang curry was also good but I think it had fish sauce in it which I didn't like. Overall, the food was really good and the quantity was super filling, and I understand why this place gets so much traffic!

Food was delicious! We ordered the panang and I believe the basil fried rice? The rice had a little spice to it but it was delicious.

I really don't know what happened here …read more.. Against our better judgement, a friend and I chose this place as a back-up option since our first choice was closing for lunch orders. Admittedly, I was skeptical when I saw the limited menu and some of the options (I LOVE Thai food and have had variations in many parts of the world). BUT I was encouraged to know there were at least two vegan entree options on the menu. No. Never again. Not at all. The spring rolls were the most minuscule versions I've ever had. The casing was weird, to say the least, and the flavor was barely there. We ordered a broccoli entree to share. Check out the photos for yourself. WHERE IS THE BROCCOLI?!? My friend's meal was BLAND. My meal was better but the peppers were almost raw. The BEST thing we had was the roti. ROTI. At a Thai restaurant. The absolute best thing on the menu was roti?! No meatless curry options with ample veggies. Not one rice dish, served with veggies. Lots of chicken ‍. Lots of fish oil ‍. Roti was the best thing we ate. And don't even bother with the purple rice. Absolutely disappointed. The server was kind although our 2nd order of roti went to the wrong table - they gladly accepted it with no questions asked - because she was conducting what looked like an interview in between checking on our table. If you've read my reviews you know anything less than 4-5 stars is RARE. I honestly don't understand what happened during my experience at this restaurant but definitely will not be returning.

5/5 stars I was in town for a whole week on a work trip and…read morehonestly, I had already tried about two other Thai restaurants earlier in the week that were just... okay. You know the type -- pretty basic, nothing above average, real safe and generic. That's usually why I end up sticking to my regular Thai spot when I'm out of town, but I figured I'd give Tubtim Siam a try before my trip wrapped up. I actually saw the place a couple days earlier but they close kinda early, so I missed it the first time. Luckily I was able to catch them right in time this night, and let me tell you -- they did not disappoint at all. It sits in one of those strip mall locations that looks a little sketchy from the outside, but once you're in, it feels safe enough. The actual restaurant is real modest -- nothing too fancy, just a chill vibe with a couple families and other people sitting in eating and enjoying their meals while we placed our order. I went with takeout: chicken fried rice and some chicken wings to take back to the room. Baby, when that fried rice came out... the portion was huge, like they weren't playing around at all. And the flavor? Whew -- it was immaculate. Not only the best Thai fried rice in this city, but easily one of the best I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned, loaded with all the right stuff, and it actually tasted like real homemade Thai food. The chicken wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with good flavor too. For the price, both items gave way more than what I was expecting. Everything was on point. This spot really came through and saved my whole week of eating out. No cap -- I'm giving them a solid 5 stars. If I'm ever back in the area, I'm definitely making my way back to Tubtim Siam again.

The server took her time, and then asked us to sit wherever, which we did appreciate by the time she was helping us, and took her time with us too. We ordered the chicken pad Thai, the basil chili fried rice, cheese rolls (crab rangoon), and the spring rolls. The chicken pad Thai was absolutely perfectly made, sweet with a bit of tang (you need that) and well portioned. The basil chili fried rice according to my wife was equally as good. The spring rolls were great, and the cheese rolls were also fantastic. I will say I'm going to have to remove one star for price (could have been less, especially as there were really no frills) and the tip was added in (I almost tipped twice). Also, for the cheese rolls they could have added one more (there were three, four would have been a perfect number).
