I love getting my salads from this store! The customer service is always great, and the salads are the best. Highly recommend!

Who doesn't love a fresh salad? Salata is like the perfect healthy go to food item when you're on the go. I love the variety of options that you can put on it and you are not limited as well. There are some things that I would question if they tasted good on a salad, such as watermelon, however, everything is fresh and prepared with love. I will say that if you order for pick up, you might not get that specialized treatment and they may not make your salad with as much love. So I would highly recommend going in person. Although, if you ever have issues, I do like that the manager does try to address them. Which makes me feel good knowing that companies to try to retain customers. To bypass any issues just go inside! Plus, it only takes a few minutes. Then you can get exactly what you want. Always switch on my order, but I start off with the Salata mix and I get the marinated chicken. The inside is always quite calm and chill. It's never truly busy so that is also why I said it's best to just go inside. It's not like you would be waiting for a really long time. read more

Been seeing this Salata restaurant for a long while. But never set foot here because I thought it was just a salad bar. Ever since I had repeated bad experiences at their HBU location, I decided to try this one. The restaurant is cleaner than the other one. Staff is friendly and more helpful. Food is lined up by the wall, not behind the glass wall, unlike the other one. I don't mind it. But I think it can be distracting. Food was fresh. I ordered a large bowl no meats but with chopped eggs, chickpeas, black beans and edamame beans. I chose the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Nothing fancy. All natural. The employee who prepared my dish recommended me to download the Salata app to save money with rewards. So, I did it at home. Yeah. I'm coming back to this Salata on Westheimer near Lakeside Village. read more

Different location, same good healthy eating. Service and atmosphere: Very good service. All staff members were polite, friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, organised and played good music. Food and drinks: Great selection of fresh ingredients to build your favourite salad. All chosen ingredients are mixed in a medium or large stainless steel bowl. You can also add side of soup and crunchy bread to your order. The soups alternate. Everything tasted very good. You can accompany your salad with soda or tea of your choice. Pricing: $ - definitely worth visiting considering the amount of food and affordable prices. read more

First time ordering at Salata. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I definitely will be back. The only drawback is the pricing. $35 for 2 salads is steep (thanks for the BOGO coupon!). But you absolutely get what you pay for! read more

Since I am unable to get out to go get my salad I have mine delivered. I love the Westchase Salata. My salad is always delicious. Every time I finish eating my salad I sit there say "this salad was so good." The salad is fixed the way I want it and I am pleased with the salad and the service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. If you have a problem they will make sure you don't have that problem again. Diana is the best. She will make sure you are happy with your order every time. Not just the first time. Thank you Diana and the Westchase Salata. Keep up the good work! read more

I'm a huge fan of Salata, so it pangs me to write a review that's less than 5 stars, especially since I usually visit their Richmond or Katy locations twice or three times a week. However, the Westchase location left me quite disappointed. I was in the area and decided to grab a bowl to-go for dinner. Unfortunately, I was met with unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service. The person making my bowl was pretty light handed with the servings. This was completely different from the experience I had at the Richmond and Katy locations. The worst part of the experience this evening was with the person who rang me up. She had absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. She looked so bothered when I asked her to enter my account number because I have a Salata account. It seemed like more work than she wanted to do so she had such an annoyed face. Despite her lack of customer service, after I paid, I said thank you but her response was "uh huh." If you're not going to say thank you first, at least say "my pleasure" or "you're welcome" when I, the customer, said thank you to you. If this was my first time experiencing Salata, it would absolutely be my last time having Salata. read more

The food is always good. But the service today was awesome. Jojo was friendly and everyone was efficient.

My favorite place to stop in for a bite to eat. everything is so fresh and delicious. Staff is so friendly.

I absolutely love this place! It is so fresh and so clean inside. The customer service is great as well. I absolutely love their tomato soup and it was yummy to have on a cold day. I usually get the wraps here for something different and ai highly recommend. There are so many options to choose from! You can customize your wrap to have any ingredient you want in it. This time I got chicken, spinach, corn, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, egg, and mandarin oranges. It sounds kind of a like a weird combination, but trust me when I say it is delicious! Parking is great too as there are nice, big parking lot. read more

The Westchase Salata has recently stopped offering metal utensils. Only plastic. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CUT UP A SALAD WITH JUST PLASTIC UTENSILS. What a short-sighted, ridiculous move. They said it was a "corporate decision." I used to go here once a week. The people are lovely. The food was good. No more. Too bad. read more

by far my favorite location because of my good friend who's always there she gives the store life not to discredit the other employees but I come here for her!!!! and the salads of course!!! read more

Ordered customized salads online and picked up shortly. Absolutely loved the multigrain croissant. Completely amazed by the texture and flavor. As for the salad, it's $9 for a regular side salad, $3 for chicken and $1 for avocado. Not too shabby. Downside was the chicken was so salty. Granted it could've been all the other side toppings with the chicken that made the salt flavor enhanced. I didn't use dressing bc I rarely do. I ended up adding more greens to dilute the salty aspect of it. Besides the salt, I'll probably be back again due to limited salad places nearby. read more

The service was even better because the ladies who made the salad were on point and Menuer who works in the dining room was amazing! Absolutely love salata. They make paying for a salad actually worth it! The staff is great.

I like to sing fast songs but my fans love the BALLAD I like to log in but my password's INVALID I'm walking in the air with a Snowman like ALED And I like to go to Salata when I want SALAD Fresh greens are something for which we RALLIED And I like to worship Barbie if you'll let me be CANDID Anything she wants especially a tossed SALAD But she would never want me if I looked like DJ KHALED I wonder if my parking pass is still VALID I wonder if my voice could ever sound like KHALID I wonder why my d*** just got rock SOLID But I love Salata when it comes to SALAD Some Salata locations are brilliant, whereas others are just a "Shell-ata" of the better ones. This is one of the locations I'm not crazy about. It's not a bad little salad shop but it's also not our favourite out of the many Salata locations in Houston, which is Salata's hometown. We've been here twice now and both times we got an average salad, which wasn't great, and there are a couple of locations that just make it bigger and better and fresher and we will always go to those before we come here, and having said that it's still pretty good and we like it. The better locations are Weslayan (#1 fave, the best employees and biggest salads!), Gray (some great employees) and I-10 next to Energy Corridor/Hwy 6 (great ingredients, #2 fav!). Salata is a Houston chain that is all over Texas now, and even outside Texas a little bit, and this one is way out in the middle of Katy and brand new. The problem with a lot of them is that the portions are small. Other issues include bad service or ingredients not being fresh. This location didn't really have any of those issues, but it also didn't blow me away, and the salad could have been even bigger (like Weslayan) maybe. Salata is still one of the best Salad Bars you'll ever eat at, unless you get a bad location or a bad crew or a bad day, because consistency definitely can be questionable at some locations more than others. Their croissant is amazing too, not healthy but omg, that whole wheat croissant is worth the price of admission alone, and you get one free with your salad. Oh, and the best dressing is the Lemon one, but a lot of people like Fresh Herb. Since they sell salads, perhaps they should be called "Sell-ata" instead? I'm not sure, but $8 for a leafy bowl of green goodness is a good deal, especially considering how large these salads are, with unlimited toppings and all the goodies. read more

Fantastic! Love this place. You walk in and see fresh salad and toppings. It's healthy and delicious. What more do you want. I like the phone app and rewards program too. It's great. This place is a little far from me, but I would rather eat fresh, healthy and nutritious food than fried foods. Wish this place was closer to me. Love Salata! read more

I'm starting to come here a lot because I will crave their salads with that juicy pesto chicken and light lemon vinaigrette. Covid: staff and customers wear masks. Staff wears gloves as well. You stand 3-6 feet behind the customer in front of you. It's not quite 6 feet. The 6 feet is strictly enforced when eating in. That's pretty cool. The The Bad: So, I told myself not to get the prickly pear lemonade but did I listen, no! I was pretty dubious that it would taste good. I was right. The lemonade tasted artificial and was way too sweet. Way too sweet. It was missing the tartness I expect from a lemonade. The Good: The salad is bomb! I get mine w/ mixed greens and arugula. Then I get thin sliced carrots, cucumber, celery, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, mixed cheese, pesto chicken, and lemon vinaigrette. Yum! The Very Good: assortment of toppings, meats, breads, produce, fruits, soups, desserts, beverages, and salad dressings. Carrot, broccoli, peppers, onions, tomatoes, sprouts, cauliflower, cheese, nuts, pineapple, orange, cranberry, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, chicken, avocado, pasta, broccoli cheese soup, salmon, shrimp, bread sticks, croissants, lemonade, soda, water, cookies. Beans, greens, tomato, potato........you name it, lol. The Excellent: Staff is very clean, friendly, and quick! read more

What a wonderful successfully clean fresh salad with delicious dressing and fresh fruit, scrumptious dressing and great service. The salad dressing I chose was an avocado, jalapeño ranch, spicy tasty yumminess!!!!!! Cost was fair an enormous salad for $9, turkey smoked $4, and so much more. The service was fantastic... superbly engaged with good, no great recommendations. Ashley walked me through and was kind about explaining the process. Danny the manager was well organized and ran a tight ship. read more

It had been awhile since I'd craved Salata & I've visited this location only once before. I arrived at opening 11am & opted for a cucumber wrap. Although I was saddened to hear they were out of my fav (Mango Dressing) the server preparing was very patient with me. She asked questions & suggested a few taste options. I tried them out but just went along with a light drizzle of ranch. Everyone wore masks/gloves & kept distance for the most part. I enjoyed my meal as well as the service. I'll definitely return. read more

For my three or four trips here I thought they were very prompt and courteous and competent. Obviously a really well-run establishment. They also have a drive-thru which is handy. Order ahead online, drive through and there you are. Salata has been an incredibly well-run franchise, IMHO. read more

We placed a mobile order via the Salata website on Sunday 3/1/20 at the Westchase location (10898 Westheimer Rd) for pickup. We were able to pick up our salad order and took it home to enjoy for dinner. As we ate the salad, we found a sharp piece of plastic in one of the salads, and then again found a second piece. Not sure where it came from and how it got into the salad but it was uncomfortable to continue to eat. We inspected the salad packaging/box to see if there were damages to it but no, the two pieces of plastic were not from the box itself. I've attached photos of what I found before throwing the whole dinner away. No response from the customer service contact listed on their website I emailed earlier last week either. read more

This is my favorite place. Freshness always. And I've always had a pleasant experience. It's clean in here and the food is never all over the place, always neat. And the food is always good. Never had a bad salad. If you like spicy the buffalo chipotle is a great dressing. The avocado jalapeno adds just a bit of kick and the ginger lime is a nice light vinaigrette with a burst of flavor. I went with the avocado, .grapes, corn, mushrooms, shrimp, black beans, tomatoes, cranberries, chopped egg, apples, sun sun-dried tomatoes on a bed of arcadian, arugula and chopped spinach. Ms. Norma is so sweet and so are the other ladies and gents. You will not be disappointed. I promise read more

I would have given a great review! Nice, clean, but the manager Tammy was walking though coughing with her mouth uncovered. She coughed in her hands a few times, and touched the utensils as she was training someone. I ignored the first few times, but she seemed to have such a persistent snotty cough that she eventually grabbed a napkin to cough into. But not before walking back and forth, coughing. You could hear the phlegm in her throat. I understand that duty calls, but if you're that sick stay home! Not to mention, the salad items are uncovered. I wondered, if the workers picked up her bug and called in, would she be gracious to them, especially since she didn't mind sharing? Thanks, but no thanks! We politely asked for our refund, after this huge inconvenience!! At any rate, we pray Tammy feels better, but next time, sit this one out! Westheimer near Wilcrest. Houston, Texas read more
