It was my first time at CAVA and it's a no for me. I heard the hype, I read about the hype and I will not return. Stopped in around lunch time after a full morning of adulting, stomachs were empty. Upon entering I had to go to the restroom. You must get the access code from the staff. Near the start of the line near the drink fridge there was water spilled everywhere. Perhaps a leak or water from the fridge? I don't know. There was a towel out and a wet floor sign. Dangerous. I ordered the Falafel Crunch Bowl - while it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best. It was mid, like 5/10 and the damn pita crisp cut my gums. I've been in pain since. My lunch parter ordered the Spicy Lamb + Sweet Potato Bowl and she said it was average. All in all, trying Cava was something to do. The hype was not for me. The staff members were helpful. read more

I've been really curious about this place ever since it opened right down the street from us. We finally decided to give it a try today and I'm super happy we did. It was out first time at this place and we could not deicide on what to eat at first. The staff were very friendly and patient as they let us try different things before making a final choice. The place was clean, inviting and only cold since we had just gotten rained out from the Halal festival and were still soaked but with the exceptional customer service from Alizeah who offered to turn the heat up for us before realizing we were getting our food to go. This is the type of customer service that will keep people coming back. She was great! The food was actually really good and very well portioned, one bowl can feed two. The flavors were great however the only down side was the rice. It may have been sitting out too long and should have been changed, it was a bit hard but other than that the food was really really good. We will be coming back and trying other things for sure, thank you Cava for good food and Alizeah putting such a huge smile on our faces. read more

I'm a fan of Cava's food but this location's service is the absolute worst. I ordered multiple items and one being a pita wrap. The pita was so drenched with sauce that it went through all the wrappings, including the takeout bag. Barely a few minutes after getting the order, we went back to ask them to kindly rewrap the pita. Not only did they refuse to rewrap the item, but they also rolled their eyes at us, making us feel terrible and as if we were asking the impossible. The treatment we received was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I do not recommend this location as the staff here clearly need better training. read more

Please do not these going to this cava location. I had order food for my husband for dinner one night and upon my husband eating the food there was a metal wire in the dish and they had used to clean the grill! I could believe it when I had had to pull it from his mouth through his teeth! I had tried to call the store and asked for a refund and they had gave me a hard time! I even went to the store! There was no apology what so ever! They told me they couldn't refund me because they could find the receipt or transaction!!! I left it as is and went home. The next day I tried to contact corporate and still they didn't respond back! Finally stopped in to Cava's for the first time. It smelled sooo good stepping inside! Since it was our first visit, we spent some time analyzing the menu and Alizeah was super informative and helpful in making our decision. She provided exceptional service, even offering to turn down the AC as I was visibly cold. We took our meals to go but these are the gestures that make good service great. Digging into our food, the flavors and aromas were just delicious. The falafel was very flavorful and all the veggies were fresh and crisp. We'll be back for sure! read more

Love the fact they did a community day! Last weekend they were giving away a free bowl or pita to those who rsvpd online. I went to the first timeslot (10:45-2pm?) And we were the first ones in actually. Greeted right away by everyone. We were also allowed to get a can/bottle/cup of any drink we wanted. I ended up getting a bowl, and since it was all free I took advantage of it and got the lamb and honey chicken. The employees were really nice and put our orders together quickly. Very delicious food. I sent eh link to rsvp to a bunch of family members incase they wanted to pass by as well, so about 10 did the rsvp for the 2 different timeslots and they all loved the food. The place is set up well, this was my first time dining in and it was clean of course seeing as they had just opened. Love that they're in the corner so its plenty of natural lighting coming in. I had ordered cava online 3 times from another location but it was further out, so I'm glad to have a location that's a bit more convenient. It's on the way to places I go to more often vs the other location. read more

This is my second time experiencing with Cava and my first time at this location. The service was horrible! No acknowledgement when I was waiting, the server that served was very stingy with the portions. I kept asking for more of stuff and she will only give me a lil serving every time. I had to ask another server to assist cause she wouldn't give me what I asked. I will never come back to this location again! read more
