I ended up getting the Green Smoothie with added Whey Protein and my husband got the Tropical Twist smoothies with added protein as well. The cashier seemed like the only one to be working the front and the phone was constantly ringing so he hadn't started on our smoothies until we came back up to the counter 10 minutes later. No worries though since he started on them right away and they came out fast and SO DELICIOUS! He also gave us Large(s) even though we had ordered medium which was nice because of the wait. This place is absolutely AMAZING! 5 star customer service! I tried the tumeric shot, salmon bowl, and a green smoothie.. everything was soooo dang good!!! Best part is, I got a chance to the meet the owner. She sooo sweet and delightful! She explained me to how they make their foods by baking or grilling only. No fried or boiled foods. Cute little store with a lot of character. Looks to be family owned. The menu items don't always come out what it says. For example, my friend ordered the Mediterranean Frittata that listed feta cheese. avocado, and quinoa but did not actually come with them. Love me a good local spot! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was just how clean the space is without giving that clinical/bleach smell. The gentleman working the counter was sweet, took the time to answer my questions and provided some insight into the different drinks. I popped in to kill time before doing some hot yoga upstairs and decided to try their Beet Man. Definitely made the right call- I felt light and satisfied throughout the flow. Word to the wise- this is serious beet business and it WILL stain your textbook a beautiful, almost fuchsia color if you're not careful. My juice came out in a decent time, I barely had a chance to unpack my bag. And it was definitely juice- none of that watered down stuff. Vibrant color, great sweetness from the orange juice and lemon. The ginger leaves a wonderful tingle in the back of your throat when you swallow. This place is AMAZING! I get food from here every time I'm in Houston visiting my parents. I would kill to have a restaurant like this in the Austin area. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious! They have such a wide variety of fresh vegetables including cauliflower mash which I will usually don't see at restaurants. I found out that I am diabetic and have completely changed my diet and it has been very challenging to find places that have diabetic friendly menus. This is probably the only restaurant I have found where I can order several different items off the menu and have it not impact my blood sugar. Most smoothie/acai places I've been to have a set menu and/or a build your own bowl menu. The one I used to frequent down Westheimer closed (Ms Green Acai Cafe) so I decided to give this place a try. They had a set menu with a few photos attached so I got the brain bowl and it came with no toppings. When I ordered this I didn't know that, thought it came like the photo described (had granola and some fruit). The cashier asked if I wanted to add any toppings (50 cents each no thanks...) and I said no bc I thought it'd come with what was on the photo. I was the only customer and it took 9 min for it to be ready. I was standing behind the counter while she was trying to mix it in the blender. She had to switch to another one bc it was so slow and inept...mine at home could've done the trick easily...while it came out tasty, I was disappointed in the wait, the price ($10.28!!!), and no toppings. They serve fresh and low carb sides like mashed cauliflower, green beans with almonds, and other well seasoned veggies. The chimmichuri beef is my favorite meal here. The roast beef chunks are fork tender and the chimmichuri that sits on top gives just the right kick of herbs and garlic. Me oh my, the food was tasty! My healthy conscience stumbled upon this place through Yelp and I'm pretty happy about it. It's like a one-stop shop for healthy meals, acai bowls, and juices. The girl working kindly assisted me through the menu when I told her it was my first time. I was ordering for two and my first order was the Grilled Salmon over quinoa-mixed rice with a side of mashed cauliflower and a side of broccoli. The second order was the Chuck Pot Roast chimichurri style with the same two sides as the Grilled Salmon. Both dishes were delicious, but the mashed cauliflower in particular gets a notable mention because that was my favorite part. It had this addicting creamy buttery and garlic taste that made me want to save this side for last on my palette. Couldn't even tell it was mashed cauliflower to be honest. My second favorite part was the quinoa-mixed rice. I'm not one to tout horns about rice, but it was next-level. In it was brown rice, quinoa, lentils, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. Random find after a yoga class upstairs at Yoga Pod (RIP). If I had to describe this place, I'd say its like an organic urban outfitters for food. Really hipstery, pretty cool and chill, slightly expensive. Food is excellent. I have door dashed their meat plates on a pretty consistent basis because I can't get over how great their ingredient quality is. Portion size is good. My tummy feels happy when I have Green Lane food. Their drinks are also pretty good, although pretty pricey and small in size. I've tried a couple of their juices and one of their smoothies and have been overall pleased. You can tell the ingredients are super fresh, but they really try to give you all the juice they can squeeze out, so there's usually not much ice involved. If you know juices and smoothies, if they're not cold, its not as enjoyable. Lukewarm kale juice is really unpleasant, trust me. Their juice/smoothie recipes are curated very well, and taste good. I love that they're not dosing everything with tons of sweetner. The taste is very natural and actually feels kinda fancy because they mix the right ingredients to stimulate your taste buds. Yes its expensive, but quality-wise, its well worth the price. Excellent spot for whole food diets. I recommend Green Lane. read more

Absolutely fabulous! I've been talking about the poke tuna bowl since Saturday. It was oooooh so good. They served sauce on the size, but the flow or if the food was so good it didn't need it. I'm already just dying to go back and have it again. The tuna was fresh and cut cube size then marinated in a ginger soy based marinade. It was served over a bed of quinoa brown rice blend and topped with seaweed salad that had incredible flavor, fresh red cabbage, sliced cucumbers and carrots and I added a handful of spinach. Yum! I was off from work and my sweet tooth was shouting out for attention. My mind started running down places I could get a bundt cake or cupcake or a pie bar. Then I remembered seeing pictures of acai fruit bowls at Green Lane before. Happily zipped to this nice spacious shopping strip. The acai bowl is so good and so pretty. It pleases both the mouth and the eyes. The method in which to choose your layers and items was kind of wonky but no matter, I ended up with a fruit, nut, and granola filled bowl that's delectably laid on top of a vibrant purplish pink soupy fruit. Acai has a taste all its own but it's almost like eating a yogurt with a less dense consistency. And without any dairy, it tastes light and fresh without any potential for an upset stomach. It was such a happy snack, if there is such a thing. The price is up there but you get a nice big bowl and it pretty much completes my afternoon snacking. Only complaint is they keep their place absolutely frigid. If you're the type to wear cardigans in the office then you'll likely be enjoying your food with your arms sporting goosebumps. Service is nice enough and my order came out in a reasonable time. The workers come off as a little shy or awkward to communicate though, but I have no complaints. Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl YUM! We checked this place out last week on our way home. I got a "make my own" salad with grilled Tuna steak and my fiancé had the pork loin. Both were absolutely wonderful. Great flavor, fresh ingredients... just fabulous. Back again today for round two. This time I got the ahi Tuna poke bowl and it's fabulous.
