I love that they use jasmine rice as it enhances the flavor of the bowl! The black beans are seasoned well with garlic and other spices, the chicken and salsas are good, but what makes the bowl is the jalapeño goat cheese! It is a must! Seriously sooo creamy, and if you're a garlic lover you'll really like it! I also ordered the Grinder Sandwich (plain) on this visit and they definitely give you plenty of meat! It was a good sandwich but not my favorite. Overall, the staff showed great hospitality and I wish them the best at their new location! :)

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there for me. Here is a breakdown of my visit: Ordering & Kiosk System: Kiosk ordering is already not my favorite, and this one was a tad confusing. The options weren't highlighted well to notify you that you must choose two base options for your bowl (suggestion: make that notification bold or colored font!). To make matters worse, the kiosk generated an automatic tip that wasn't disclosed until after I finished paying--pretty sneaky. We fumbled for a bit until a friendly staff member came over to help, though. The Food: I ordered the teriyaki bowl with jasmine rice, plus added mushrooms (an extra $50 cents). Unfortunately, the veggies were mainly onions, which I can't stand, so I had to pick them out. While the chicken, avocado, and sesame seeds were okay, the food just didn't taste as fresh or vibrant as the outside decor implied--it simply didn't speak to me. I spent $41.10 on two bowls and two drinks, which feels a bit high for the serving sizes (though I managed to get two meals out of it since I don't eat much). Drinks & Service: My Arnold Palmer was decent, but not sweet enough, so I had to add more sweetener. When I asked the counter girl where to find it, she wasn't very helpful. The Silver Lining: Our group of six had mixed items, and outside of me, the five of them had positive things to say. A coworker's avocado toast looked great, and another coworker back at the office mentioned she liked it too. I also love the idea of all-day breakfast, so I might consider coming back to try that. I do like the healthier option, so maybe it will grow on me. Ultimately, it was the clunky kiosk ordering process right at the start that lost me, and nothing after that really wowed me enough to make up for it. Grabbed a free berry açaí which was available as a nice pick me up after work. Filled with açaí, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, honey and almond milk and topped with bananas, more berries and almond butter, it was such a clean, fresh and healthy treat. With plenty of parking and some cute seating inside, it is a nice place to stop for a midday or afternoon treat.

Cafe Natalie was professional, responsive, friendly and accommodating from the beginning of the process way back in 2019, to my wedding this past weekend in 2022. I received so many compliments not only on the food for my wedding, but also on the service that Cafe Natalie provided. We chose the braised short ribs, the Chilean sea bass, mushroom risotto, and asparagus. When we left the venue for the evening, they had packed us a to-go bag with two servings of each of our dinner items, utensils, napkins, plus a large piece each of our wedding cake and the grooms cake, which was awesome because we didn't even get to try the grooms cake during our wedding. Such a small detail, but it really meant a lot to us after a long day. If I had to plan my wedding over again, I would still choose Cafe Natalie as our caterer. Both times I sat there, a woman sat her things telling me she reserved "this table". Which is odd because there's no reserved seating.
