Perfect for this summer heat! I had the new watermelon smoothie and tried their new fruit bowls. What a power packed bowl of nutrition! $11.99 each and well worth it. Very tasty and actually big enough to make 2 "meals" out of one. The Berry Goji Getaway has strawberries, mango, goji berries and coconut flakes. I added granola to mine. It was very good and refreshing. They have 6 bowls. I will have to try the others. Service was great and the shop was clean. I got a bad of their veggie chops for a snack. Slow, absolutely slow. Both speed and intelligence. I wish they would stop hiring people on this side of town who barely understand English. Slow, don't listen and overall just bad. Take the extra 10 mins and go to the one on Westheimer. I'm not even sure these women in there have diplomas. Can't work a coupon to save their lives. Absolutely unacceptable. Training has to be fuckin terrible. I don't understand how one human being can be so stupid. How many people does it take to make ONE smoothie? I'll tell you, bare minimum of 2. I called because we ordered a smoothie bowl and there was a smaller than usually amount of açaí in it and a lot of granola. This caused the bowl to be dry so I called, explained this and asked politely if it could be remade. I spoke with Sheila, she asked multiple times what I had ordered extra on the bowl. I sensed she was trying to dismiss me by saying the bowl had less açaí because there were extra toppings, but we did not add extra toppings. She told me to drive back to the location with the bowl so she could 'see it' when I got there she was very short with me and asked me for the receipt. Once she saw the receipt she began remaking my bowl. She made it very difficult and uncomfortable to get my bowl remade and once it was it was the usual amount of açaí we receive. When I was leaving I asked for her name to thank her and she ignored me for a few seconds and asked "why" with a very annoyed face. I told her I was just going to say thank you and her demeanor changed. I have never received such poor, bitter attitude and service from a place the way I just did. We will not be returning to that location and I highly suggest she is coached or let go so because her bitter attitude is certainly going to drive customers away. read more

Off of Memorial and Dairy Ashford this store is clean and the staff is friendly. The Friday special is always another great reason to visit smoothie King and fill up with yumminess. A huge variety of refreshing offerings will sure have something for everyone. Servings are HUGE! read more

This location is usually ok overall. I found a piece of plastic in my drink this time. This has happened at other locations also. I do not understand how hard it is to not have sharp plastic in the smoothie. read more

Great looking location. The employees are quick and have a great attitude. I'm pleased with what I get but I am a health nut. With that being said, I'm a bigger fan of the all natural route but I'm in the process of trying to gain weight, so I'll stop complaining lol. The owner Tim, is a really nice guy and is very knowledgable when it comes to what you should get. Overall I'm really happy for these guys because the entire shopping center looks great and they deserve a nice location. I absolutely love coming here. I'm on a weight loss journey and am currently down almost 30 lbs since March. It's a slow process but it's consistent and any progress is good progress. The staff is always so nice to me and always answers any questions I ask. The store is always incredibly clean, organized and fully stocked. I had no clue about the rewards app and since they told me about it, I have earned tons of points. Kudos to management staff on their employees; every business should be so lucky to have such attentive and open employees. read more

I went in and the cashier employee was on her phone and didn't greet us. She looked at me like i was stupid when I asked if they had coconut milk. I then asked for almond milk and spinach added to my smoothie because I can't have dairy. When my boyfriend ordered his drink the employee said "What?" in a rude tone. Minimal manners. When I got my drink they forgot to add spinach and pretty sure it wasn't made with almond milk. The guy asked if I wanted him to remake it but I didn't wanna cause a hassle. I've been loyal to SK for over a decade and I've just had such a bad experience that I do not want to go back. I ordered a smoothie with sugar substitute and while I was waiting (a long while) I noticed I was charged an extra dollar! I finally went to ask what the wait was because everyone after me had gotten their orders and they had forgotten to make mine it turns out. So I asked for them to show me where on the menu it said the sugar sub was a dollar and they couldn't find it but still said that's what it cost. So I asked to refund and make it normal and charge me normal. The cashier a kid with glasses and a bad attitude complied but gave me endless dirty looks Then she tried to tell me they had called my order. No, my two little ones and I were sat right by the counter and paying attention to all the orders. It was outright disrespectful. Your employees offered no apologies for their mistakes and lacked basic manners. The young man was at least polite but again no apologies. I think I will just make my own smoothie next time. Maria is soo rude. My smoothie was extremely watery and taste digesting and instead of her throwing it away, she just poured it back in the dirty blender. I was shock that she done that, she wasn't supposed to do that. She's not professional and she was arguing with me as if I made the smoothie incorrectly . I love the location, it's just her that's bringing down the brand and not 100% satisfaction policy. I politely asked for a refund because she was soo rude and didn't remake it. read more
