I have frequent this place. Many of times and never, nor once have I encountered such rude service. Whoever made Wilmer, I think that's his name, shiff lead. Needs to be questioned. The greens/base always seem to be old and dry and even yellow on some of the edges of all varieties with the exception of the spinach since it keeps its color nicely. The base is not much so you need to ask for extra and all the sides are a tablespoon and you also need to ask for extra on each. It's $10- for a small bowel of a veggie salad, no protein. This is high for the quality of the base. We came in and weren't greeted. We kind of just stood in front of her for a few minutes while she tried to figure out some online orders. The shift lead had to come tell her to help us first. We didn't mind the wait but it would have been nice to be acknowledged first. He went back over there and called me from the restaurant. They said they were "sure" there were 3 salads in the bag and accused him of lying to get another salad out of them. They asked if we dropped it, if we didn't like it, and told us to bring the remnants in and they'd remake it. Just one problem - we didn't have a salad to begin with! Without protein, you can get out for about $10, which is truly great value. Adding a protein is three dollars or four dollars. I ordered what I thought was the healthiest option, which was the salmon. Very disappointing; completely. tasteless. Friendly and prompt service behind the counter, although the young lady at the cash register needs better manners.
