I have been to this location several times prior to having a closer JM's and a few since. The place is always very clean, tidy but casual and welcoming. They are always right on point with the food, too. I love the #17 when it's time for a Philly and it is absolutely the best one around this side of Angelo's. That really is a great CheeseSteak but I have a really hard time not eating a Giant #13, every time I walk in the door. What can you say? Excellent east coast sub sandwiches. My personal favorite is the #13 Italian sub. The meat is always fresh, as are the vegetables. The service is standardized and quick. They have long lines around lunch. So, order ahead, or DoorDash, UberEats, etc. if you don't want to wait long. I've been eating at Jersey Mikes for over 30 years (That dates me, doesn't it). We found their sandwiches to be lacking in flavor and any distinction. My cheese steak sandwich was cooked to order on the grill and it was good. The Original Italian is the way to go. There's just something about it that hits every spot. Oil, vinegar, oregano, and cherry pepper spread. Boom!! Just like home. I'm actually from New Jersey, but had never been to a Jersey Mike's, but it was pretty darn good. I would recommend it especially if you haven't tried it. There was plenty of parking which is always good. The facility was clean, and the service was very good. The person working also let us know the history of the franchise, which as a New Jerseyan I appreciated. You cannot go wrong getting your sub done Mike's way (lettuce, tomato, onion, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, and herbs). The hot subs are good, but in my opinion, the cold subs are so superior that I rarely mess with the hots. Generally, JMs gets 5 stars, but at this location parking can be an issue. read more

I ordered take out California "tub", and it is horrible. First, the "tubs" have been getting smaller. They used to me large and ample, but now we're getting small cardboard take-out boxes that don't hold much. Second, the boxes they give don't have any lettuce in them. Should have had enough lettuce to go at least half way up the side of the box. Finally, the guacamole was actually black/brown. Mix the bad part up before serving at least. Better yet, just use fresh guacamole. If ingredients of the salad are more expensive, please raise prices and provide quality food. It is not best practices for a restaurant to vend such mediocre products. read more

Well I love Jersey Mike's more than any other chain sandwich place and I've never had a complaint about the food quality but the service I received made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. I went in with my sister and daughter and was very rudely asked by a lady if I wanted a mask for my 6 year old (she does not wear one for a particular reason) even though my sister and myself had our masks on and secure the lady then decided to give me a disgusting look after saying no thanks. She made the rest of the experience awful by giving me ugly looks and choosing to be unfriendly the rest of the time there. I really wish I would have just left altogether. I hate the name lol, I just don't want to eat at a place called Jersey Mike's. It was honestly the reason why I stayed away for so long. It's pretty expensive, just over 25 for my husband and I's combo meals. BUT the sandwiches are really big, I got the regular sized Cali Club and I was only able to eat half of it. I ordered the sub "Mike's Way" (lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano) and was surprised when he dumped a huge layer of oregano on top of everything. But it didn't taste like I had eaten a spoonful of it, it added nice flavor. Their pickles are fantastic (Mt. Olive I think) and it's nice that they don't charge extra for avocado. It was super unprofessional and left me in a bad mood and I work in the same shopping center! This store is great! They are super professional and the staff is on point. I highly recommend coming here if you have the need for a sandwich fix! We went to the Jersey Mike's off parmer today and it made me appreciate this one 100x more! The other store was totally understaffed and it was mass chaos, the guys were trying hard to keep up with demand but was hard with just two of them. The classic McDonalds "the ice cream machine is down" Re: Mike Cullen - we called and spoke to a female (thursday 12/10) and she straight up said at first "we're all closed down" then when questioned on that, it was "we're out of food for the night." I am soooo disappointed right now. I just arrived home with our pick-up order to eat with my son, who is finishing his college break. He, being the smart one, ordered a "Cheese Steak Sub - Regular x 1." Being carb-conscious after the holidays, I tried the "California Chicken Cheese Steak Sub - Tub x 1, Chipotle Chicken." It's basically the same as a regular sandwich, but without the bread. It's a sad lunch ... really. First, it looks pathetic in the "tub" when compared to the sandwich. It fills perhaps, just perhaps, 1/3 of the "tub." Second, I figured they would add lettuce and any other veggies I selected on the take out menu. Then Jersey Mike's would tweak it up to look like a decent portion of food, served in a "tub" and I would enjoy my healthy lunch along with my son. But, nooooooo, I'm not eating my lunch. I'm disappointed and want to share my misfortune with others, right now. Please re-consider your order before paying $9.30 for a "mini-meal" at Jersey Mikes. When I say "as good as it gets," it's a relative term. And this Jersey Mike's is as good as it gets for a fast food sub. I stopped in here during the lunch rush and came away with my hunger satisfied. I tried the chicken parmesan sub for lunch. It came out quickly and piping hot. The chicken tasted the part -- it was a fried cutlet as opposed to some sort of chicken strips. There was plenty of sauce and melted cheese. The bread was hot and fresh too. If I had one complaint, it's that the sub dripped everywhere and a fork would've been nice. An extra shout-out for the iced tea and the condiments available for the tea, including a variety of sweeteners and fresh cut lemons. The service was friendly, speedy, and thanked me for coming back. A sub place that has a variety on its menu and can handle a lunch rush is definitely "as good as it gets" for me. read more

My experience was NOT VERY PLEASANT because of one of your employees. She said her name was Casey. For some reason she kept picking with me. I felt attacked and felt this was racially motivated as I was the only person of color in the building and the ONLY PERSON SHE WAS TARGETING. Everyone in the building began to look at me and it was quite embarrassing.
