I had another great experience here. I enjoy the pickup ability although parking remains an issue. The restrooms are clean and the staff doesn't even have to interact with you (I know a lot of Gen Z and below are really into this!). I got the Chicken Avocado Ranch bowl this last visit and it was insanely good. I risked it for the dairy but I'm glad I did! I added umami seasoning and lime squeeze (they have great limes and avocados). Only gripe was the sourdough was soooo dry. Friendly service from the start! Serena was great! I was set on a salad but saw the new wraps. I wanted to try the chicken cesar and Serena confirmed it's her favorite. She also mentioned it being more filling. I'm glad I ordered it. They warm your "olive oil" tortilla and fill it with chicken, parmesan, croutons, lettuce, cesar dressing, and squeeze lemon before wrapping and cutting it for you. I really love Sweetgreen and my go to is always the Caramelized Garlic Steak Bowl. It comes with steak, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, wild rice , spicy broccoli, and a pesto vinaigrette. I have order take out of this same dish and it was always well balanced and delicious. Unfortunately this same dish was not the same. The steak was tough, dry, and overly cooked. The sweet potatoes were mushy and salty. There were only a few pieces of sweet potatoes. The wild rice was ok. The broccoli did not look fresh and was severally mushy. It tasted like when you microwave frozen broccoli and it's mushy and watery. The pesto vinaigrette was not well balanced and super acidic. For $20 meal it was quite disappointing. The Yelp picture I've taken when I first had this dish compare to now, you can clearly see the quality has declined. I also notice instead of the pesto vinaigrette being placed outside the bowl as it did before, the container is now put in the bowl to take up the food space in the bowl. Sadly as much as I used to love sweet green and its steak bowl. I can't recommend based on the quality of the food to justify the cost of the meal. read more

I love sweetgreen and I always order the same thing -- caramelized steak. The steak was soooo over cooked, I was so sad. and the quinoa and rice were super hard. My order was for pickup so I did not dine-in. Orders are always on time from what's estimated on the website. Greeted by friendly staff, dining room always clean and air conditioned. Usually a 5 star experience for me at this location, but this time for some reason the portions fell short. Sweet potatoes were roughly chopped, thin and a small portion. I paid extra to add blackened chicken and it was maybe 2-3oz (included in photo but hard to pinpoint where the chicken is), not sure how much I'm supposed to get but I would hope for a full portion 4-5 oz breast or thigh would be nice. The salad overall seemed smaller than what I usually get. I'll be back but may try a few other places for 15$ salad. read more

While I waited for my order to be completed, my son wanted a juice so I stood at the counter, waiting to purchase it. She handed it to me, but didn't double check that it was my order just took my word for it. I've the asked her if she could help me with purchasing the juice- she pointed at the group of women on the other side of the store and told me to ask them. I told her I had already said "excuse me" and received no response. With more attitude she shouted "hello!? She needs help..." to the other employees. I was quickly helped and left right after. The interaction with employees and between them was very disappointing. I can only assume the first employee was frustrated by the lack of work ethic in other employees but I didn't deserve the attitude. read more

Kind of more of a 3.5 star rating but I bumped it up to a 4 just cause I've enjoyed this place enough to come back here 3 different times. Food here is good, just wouldn't call it amazing. I feel like the topping portions are weird here, like sometimes they'll give you too much greens, not enough of the meat or other type of toppings. Later on the last few bites of the meal get kind of boring, and it's like that all 3 times I've went. There's some street parking available nearby or you can park at the McBee garage. The line was a little long at lunch time but service is helpful and friendly. I ordered the "Crispy Rice Bowl"--along with all of the fresh-tasting vegetables, the blackened chicken and spicy cashew dressing (medium-amount) gave my bowl so much flavor. I'm not usually a fan of salads, but I could eat these on a regular basis. It had the right balance of crunch and softer ingredients. I downed it all with their "Hibiscus Berry + Clover Tea"--not sweet at all, but tasty in its berry and clover essence. It was all so healthy! The service was great, I appreciated their offer to mix the salad for you. The location seems newer, has a modern-feel to it inside. This is the first time I've ever been to sweetgreen and it's not bad at all. I got the harvest bowl and it's a tasty kale salad with chicken and apples. It's relatively light but I can see it being pretty filling. The downside is $0.50 for any additional toppings so this can make it a pretty expensive bowl. The workers were nice and friendly, super patient with me as I went through. They have a green goddess chip which is so interesting and tasty but so expensive. Delicious and hearty warm bowls! We got a Harvest Bowl and a Crispy Rice Bowl. Each bowl started with a thick bed of salad, other toppings like wild rice, chopped pecans, carrots, cabbage, baked/grilled sweet potato slices, and topped with a piece of sourdough bread. Before coming, I thought I wouldn't be full from it because of the ingredient list - sounded like a super light meal. However, it was very filling. A good feeling of fullness without feeling heavy. The restaurant is very clean and bright with natural lighting from their glass windows. Amazing service - we cut very close and arrived on the last day to redeem a voucher. We got there at 9:30 (as their hour showed 10pm closing on their business page), but they were already closed. I met the manager - Jay, and he asked us to come back the next day and they would still be able to honor this. As I was walking in the next day, I was thinking what if it was a different staff or manager on duty and they wouldn't allow this because it was past the deadline. However, as soon as I mentioned that I came yesterday and talked to Jay, she immediately knew and said they were expecting us. That spoke a lot about the communication within their team to provide an excellent customer service. These bowls are healthy and refreshing. All of the ingredients in their bowls are available in most homes, so if you cook at home, you can easily make it yourself and save $15. My husband's dish had tofu, but not very much. We didnot call them back to report the issues, It was too far to drive to return the dishes. Maybe we should have.
