This is just about their brunch since I have no other experience to go on. First, when I stepped into this restaurant, I didn't realize that there were two locations, this one and the one off Manor. I was immediately seated for a 12:30 p.m. brunch. While waiting for my girlfriend to arrive, I perused the menu to see if there was anything I'd like to order from the drink menu. While waiting for my friend to arrive, I settled on an iced latte. The latte was kind of lackluster, probably since I requested the drink to be less sweet. The server once came to check on me often, and once my friend arrived, I ordered the Benedict, and she ordered a Burger. The Benedict was your typical Benedict with Smoked Salmon and had a refreshing side salad. I don't even want to write a review because I don't want this hidden gem to get popularized. What an amazing experience. The sat on the patio and it is so cute, classy, and spacious. We had Isaiah as our waiter and he is one of the best waiters i've ever had. He was patient, friendly, and explained everything on the menu perfectly. Customer service was a 10/10. I got the mr huckleberry cocktail to start. It is a gin based drink and it is more sour than I expected, presentation is so cute though. My friend got a pineapple drink and it was delicious, i would get that next time because it taste like juice. For food, we got the goat cheese dip to start and it was more than enough for 5 of us to sure. The star of the show was the sourdough because wow, it was SO good. We kept getting more because we couldn't get enough of it! For my main course, I got the porkchop & it is more of the most unique and well made porkchops i've ever had. Portion size was also big! I like the decor and its air of sophistication without pretension. The cane chairs, checkered flooring, and cowboy boot pint glasses come together in a way that feels like the Old West meets modern times. Let's talk food: King Ranch Casserole (my boyfriend, a Texas native, would eat this daily if he could)-it's on the dinner menu as a side for only $10. It's listed as a side, but it is filling. It's probably the best King Ranch Casserole I've ever had, and the boyfriend, who is a connoisseur, puts it in his top five. The filet mignon is magnificent! Cooked exactly as it should be, bursting with juice and flavor. To make it even better, it comes with a side of onion rings that have a batter dip made with Shiner beer. OMG, gang, this is a plate made for a cowboy...or girl! Other favorites: Roasted chicken Jalapeno mac & cheese Chicken tenders from the kids' menu, yes, sometimes I order from it. Shared everything from their daily oyster special which was magic in the mouth, fresh Caesar salad (a few whole anchovies my husband devoured on top). Shared the prime rib, which was out of this world. One of the best we've ever had. My husband had the baked potato as a side, which was another highlight. It would make a meal on its own. I had to think about my review and what to say about Teddy's because I do not like leaving 3 star reviews. My husband and I stopped into Teddy's as we were avoiding mopac traffic so off to Teddy's we went. I had been wanting to try it since it opened. I didn't realize it's the old Wine for the People/Spead and Co. location. It was a Thursday night around 6 and the place was dead. There were maybe 3 tables seated. (Should have been 1st red flag). Our server was awesome so he gets 5 stars. The food however did not live up to my expectations. I had the schnitzel the dish was pretty but cold. The sauce was cold, when I lifted up the schnitzel the sauce was already hardened onto the breading. Cold. I guess when it came out within 5 mins of ordering it should have been second red flag. When I commented "wow thar was fast" the person who delivered our food said they were waiting because it was slow. I don't know if she meant that they were excited to have customers or that my food was pre-cooked and just waiting for the next customer. I couldn't tell what she meant by that. My husband has the French dip which was fine. The best thing I ate were the French fries that came with the French drip. I really wanted to love this cute place. It's decorated nicely and is small and cozy. I honestly think it will be hard for any place to survive this location. There have been multiple turnovers the last several years. I'll keep rooting for this place but sadly I don't know I'll be back. read more

First review! I came to Teddy's one weeknight when I was in the area and needed some food. This place has only been open around a month, and it is so cute. There is outdoor seating, but I opted for indoors where the lighting is dim and the drinks are flowing. It wasn't very busy, but I think once word gets out, it'll become a reservation-only type of place. I ordered a spicy margarita, and it was fantastic. They know what they're doing in the drink department. Then I got an appetizer and a "soup": the crab and sausage hush puppies and the Texas chili. The Texas chili was not chili; it was definitely more of a stew. It was good, though. The hush puppies were awesome, and judging by other tables, they're a hot ticket item. This place is great for birthdays, anniversaries, or any other occasion! I wish them all the success! read more

Went with my friends for a birthday dinner. The place is small but had a nice patio area. We had a fantastic waiter who was funny and delightful. I ordered the Caesar salad with shrimp but it was very flavorless. My friends ordered the salmon and burger. We also ordered the whipped love dip. I'm not a fan of goat cheese so I didn't like the dip very much but I LOVED the sourdough bread that came with the dip. I could eat that all night long. I would literally come back for the bread! Wonderful server, Catherine, was spot on! She was attentive and helpful. The Burger lettuce wrap was delicious along with a side of yummy Brussels sports. Dessert was an incredible chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. I finished my delicious meal with a lovely cup of cappuccino. read more

Came here two weekends in a row for different brunch celebrations and each time did not disappoint. Saturday service was stellar with a very nice and attentive waitress. Came the next weekend on a little busier Sunday with less stellar, but still wonderful service. They even were flexible with our reservation time, which we greatly appreciated. Everything we've had here is excellent. We loved the French dip, the eggs, the pancakes, chicken and waffles, and drinks. Parker house rolls were just okay, but everything else has been incredible. First time here and it was great. I was a little worried because it looked a little outdated and the bar area wasn't the most attractive spot but all of my worries were for nothing. Got the Prime Rib Sandwich and it was awesome. Wish the bun was a little sturdier considering you dunk it in Au Jus but it was really, really good. My GF got the Crab tostada and that was decent but her Filet was cooked absolutely perfectly and had a nice chargrilled taste. It was comparable to a filet at Perry's but about 10 dollars cheaper at $54. Bartender was very friendly, service overall was great, and I'd totally try it. We went there for brunch around 10AM last Sunday, January 18, 2026. I was disappointed with my dining experience at Teddy's. The service was very slow; we waited about 20 minutes for our appetizer and another 20 minutes for our coffee. My coffee had a spill, which wasn't a major issue, but my cappuccino tasted sour. I ordered the steak and eggs. The steak was very cold, and the texture felt off, as if it hadn't been prepared properly. I had requested sunny-side-up eggs, but also received scrambled eggs. The fries on the side were excellent, though. My husband ordered chicken and waffles. The waffle was fried, but the oil in the fryer seemed overused, which affected the taste of all the fried food we received. Overall, I will not be returning. I'm disappointed I have to submit this feedback online, but I hope it will be taken constructively to help improve the restaurant. By the way the server gave us a 10% off because of the steak was cold and they gave me a new one. read more

The room is small and cozy, nicely decorated, good music, good service. The drinks were great! The food was ok. We did not love the fish. It was small and thin, didn't have a ton of flavor. The Caesar salad was large and tasty, but very heavy with dressing--probably a thousand calories. We had a chicken flauta-type appetizer that was crisp and tasty. It's so loud that even the server had a hard time hearing our orders. It's so loud that even the foam under the tables don't do a whole lot. It's so loud that I gave up asking my friends to repeat what they said and just decided to nod the rest of dinner. Or maybe I'm just getting old - either way, it's loud. Just tried this place tonight for the first time and we loved it! Booked a reservation same day and were seated immediately. Inside was extremely loud due to a large party so we ended up moving to the patio and so glad we did. Very cute vibes and we loved our server. I wish I could remember her name. We split the tuna ceviche, love dip, Ceasar salad, prime rib sandwich and the side of king ranch casserole. We enjoyed all of the dishes especially the casserole as that was a dinner staple for both of us growing up. It was fun to have it again. Six of us had dinner here on Saturday night. Nice atmosphere, but the place was so loud that you couldn't hear the person across the table talking to you. They have a great outdoor patio, but it was a little too cool to eat outside that evening. Staff were very nice. We weren't too impressed with the food. Several of us had the steak salad, which, for the price consisted of not many greens and very little steak. Two others had the burger, which one person liked and the other one thought the burger was a little too salty. My friend and I were so excited to try this new brunch spot. Unfortunately, the service and food are below standards. The potato and eggs on the all American breakfast are super flavorless. We had to ask for salt and salsa to make them taste better. The pancakes should come with powder sugar as it states on their menu but they do not. We asked the waitress for powder sugar and she never brought it out. Our waitress was also was extremely inattentive. We asked her for things that were not brought out and she would not check on us. I understand this is a new restaurant and they are likely still working out kinks, but it was thing after thing that made it hard to like. To start, they sat a three person party at a round table for six. When I asked to be moved to a four top square they said no and it was already reserved. But when the other party showed up they ended up taking chairs from our table to accommodate what was a table of five. We had to convince the waiter to let us put an appetizer order in while we were waiting for another individual who was stuck in traffic to show up. He only let us place an order for rolls. It doesn't state anywhere that they prefer you order your appetizer and main all at once. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, but service was really slow, as other guests of my party had to waive the server down to place a drink order while he was staring off into the distance. The appetizers were all pretty good and the whipped dip was the most yummy. The burger was extremely messy and was cooked rare when it was supposed to be medium well. It wasn't worth asking for them to remake because we would have been there an extra 30 min. When it came time to box everything up, the waiter said he was going to grab boxes for us. No problem there. Someone else came over after awhile (because boxes had still not been delivered) and said they would box it for us. We informed what seemed like the manager that the server said he was bringing out boxes. She was visibly and audibly irritated and took our plates to be boxed. It was nice she took our food so we didn't have to box it ourselves, but she obviously was very irritated at her employee. The server returned a few minutes later with all of the boxes for our now missing food and was confused. All in all, I'm not sure it would be worth my time to go back. read more

Booked a reservation for 5:30 PM and was *told* we had to leave by 7 because they had another reservation--no flexibility, no courtesy. By the time our entrees were ordered, it was already 6:45. At 6:50, the hostess came over and bluntly told us we needed to leave in 10 minutes. For context, the three of us had been ordering drinks and appetizers, so it's not like we weren't spending money. When we explained we were waiting on entrees, her rude response was, "Well, we warned y'all," as if we weren't even allowed to eat the meals we had ordered. Then the manager, Kendall, came over, somehow even more disrespectful than the hostess. She told us we'd have to move to the bar to finish our food because they "have a business to run." Witnessed another table get up and leave after hearing them complain that they watched 3 other tables get served ahead of them even though those tables came in after. I have high hopes that you can get this figured out. Food is quite good. And what makes it even better is the vibe, the easy parking, and the fact that you're not located downtown.
