While the Mother Earth bowl was delicious with a variety of vegetables nicely arranged the steak meat was a bit over done and the pieces were a bit too fatty and tough for me liking. We choose from the diverse ice teas. The mango sencha green tea was great and also the rose lemonade. The drinks are unsweetened and can be sweetened as you like perfect for people who have to watch their sugar intake. The restaurant is spacious and open with a modern down to earth flare. Even if the restaurant would be full because of the high ceilings the place doesn't feel crowded. It's in the center of the Domain with walking distance to many shops and other places. It was so easy to order online and 15 minutes later my order was sitting on the To-Go shelf by the front door of the restaurant. It turns out they do have a few parking spaces in front with 15 minute To-Go parking and even a sign with a number for curbside pickup apparently. But going inside was much easier, and since it was a Friday night I actually had parked in the garage. It's been so long since I've been to Flower Child. My cousin was visiting from out of town. She is Gluten Free. When I suggested a bunch of places in The Domain, Flower Child was one of the ones I mentioned. After she did some research on the suggestions, she thought Flower Child would have a larger selection of possibilities. We placed our orders, got a number for our table, which we sat outside because it was just a gorgeous Sunday. The outside patio is covered and we were in the shade. But still very comfortable. Server came out with our dishes. Everything was beautiful, clean ingredients and fresh looking. I did get a Brussels sprouts and kale salad. I also added chicken to it. I love the combination of textures and flavors...an explosion of goodness in your mouth. Today, I was living on the jagged edge of life and also ordered the kale salad (say it isn't so!). Both menu items were excellent. My cashier rang me up lightning fast! Another server came over to me to see if I needed anything. I said I could use some more avocado. She brought over more avocado pretty quickly without charging me an additional fee. This was much appreciated. I also order a tea. Flower Child serves Passion Fruit black tea, Rose Petal lemonade and Mango Sencha green tea. My first selection of tea was the black tea. I went to Flower Child for lunch today at the Domaine . As usual, it was fabulous. The people who work there are also so kind. The food is so scrumptious and tasty and healthy. They have flavored teas that have no sugar in them and they are so so good. With this restaurant, you placed your order at the front and you sit down with a number and then they serve your food. When you place your order, the people you give your order to know the answers to what's in the food. That is so helpful. I got a chicken breast with vegetables cooked in olive oil and fresh fruit and hummus with fresh vegetables. It was so good. The prices are a little high, the chicken breast with vegetables and fruit was $15.95 and the serving size was small. I'm a small person so it was perfect for me but definitely not enough for a man. My husband got shrimp and two servings of fruit. Again tasty but small portions and it was $16.95. I feel that the hummus was adequate in size and it was really good. But they charge you $3.25 extra if you get it with vegetables instead of hummus, so the hummus plate was $10. The lunch for two people was just under $60 so that's a little bit expensive for lunch. The restaurant was beautiful and clean and the mood was so upbeat and positive. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to be back! read more

It is one of those places where you order first, get a number, and they bring it to your seat. Both sangrias tasted great so it was hard to choose between them but I ultimately picked the one that had apples and red wine. For food, I ordered an entree with 2 sides: salmon with chile sweet potato and Brussels sprouts. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the food was well seasoned and flavorful, unlike some other "healthy" food concepts. My one note would be that the chile of the sweet potato was very strong and tangy - fortunately it's not very spicy at all but the taste seemed to permeate throughout my bowl as I ate. The seating, decor, and lighting gave the place an open and welcoming vibe to the place, with the restrooms being especially cute. Service was fine we can about 20 minutes after it opened and there didn't seem to be many people however they were already out of chicken. I ordered the avocado Cesar which was absolutely fanatic.
