First, 5 stars for the friendly, hard-working staff. I wasn't impressed by the caesar salad wrap. I had no idea there was eggs and croutons in it. That was a first...and last!! I couldn't figure out if the lettuce was wet or caesar dressing too thin. Whatever the case, the wrap got soft and began to tear and drip. The dressing may as well not have been in the wrap because it had NO flavor at all! I chose the lentil soup as my side. For the first try, it wasn't bad. Will I return? I highly doubt it.

Great selection of salads and generous portions. I had the High Energy Salad (lots of proteins and veggies). The homemade cilantro-jalapeno dressing had a slight kick to it - overall a pretty decent place and definitely a recommendation for a quick lunch in this area. Stay Cheerful ;)

**The ONLY review you need to read.** I was exploring the area around my school(CSUDH) for new, healthy foods to try. That's when I first stumbled upon the gem that is Salads2000. I wasn't expecting much from a salad bar, but when I walked in I was met with a seemingly never-ending variety of salads and very fresh looking (and smelling) toppings. Not only do they specialize in tasteful salads, they also rotate specials each day (tacos, ceviche, baked potatoes, etc). To accompany one of these delicious options, they also serve smoothies made from fresh fruits and vegetables that they purchase every morning. And I STRONGLY, STRONGLY recommend that you walk out with one of these! I guarantee after one of these smoothies, you will stop drinking at any commercial eatery. They also have samples available for the smoothies before you buy them. I cannot say enough great things about this place. So much that my only regret about transferring to my dream university in Long Beach is that I am far from this location and they close early. I truly you truly give this place a shot :)

If you are traditionally a big eater and are worried about your summer body, come on down! This place is perfect. Their portions are large and no matter what you order, you will be satisfied. I usually go for the Chinese Chicken Salad. The Chinese Chicken Salad is a staple at any good salad establishment and this one does not disappoint. Inexpensive, super fresh, generous potions and a lovely staff? What more can I ask for in a lunch location!

    "Build your own" salad

This is by far my favorite lunch spot. The food is so fresh and the place is very clean. I always build my own salad: Mixed greens, kale, and spinach, beets, mushrooms, chickpeas, tomatoes, olives, apples, strawberries, tangerine slices, quinoa, sunflower seeds, and I get a mix of jalapeño dressing And balsamic vinaigrette. And, a cup of lentil soup. They serve it with pita bread. It's a very healthy and ridiculously delicious lunch. Not to mention the incredibly friendly staff. I love this place!

Large ceviche, comes with avocado and tostadas (they only sell ceviche on Fridays).

Wow this place was easily five stars! Walked in thinking I was going to get a salad, ended up getting the ceviche! The best decision I've made all day. The ceviche it was delicious. I would recommend it (They only sell ceviche on Fridays). The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly I even tried the spinach cucumber water that was very refreshing and not too sweet. Can't wait to go back and try their salads.

OMG sooooo freaking good!!! I love that you can customize your salad ANYWAY you want. Awesome variety of choice greens (spinach, kale, romaine & spring mix), veggies and fruits! Dressing selection amazing as well!! No complaints at all. I killed my salad in about 10 minutes and my container was FULL!! It was soooo good!! I had the shrimp and avocado (they didnt hold out on either one) salad with all 4 greens, veggies of my choice and the house made jalapeño (spicy, just like I like it) dressing with the balsamic dressing. A must try spot, hands down!!

Went here last week and it was amazing. Sooooo many options, such a great healthy amount of greens added in the wraps too. The staff was great and friendly. Order took a few mins, hubby had his order first so snapped a beautiful pic while I waited for my smoothie. This place is a hidden gem, I've never seen so many healthy tasty options in one place. Will be going back for sure

Love their salad !! Awesome health protein salad..!!! Discovered this joint, thks for co-worker.. Cool place to have a heatlhy salad.. I usually get it w/ chicken added w/ my protein salad. It had lettuce, spinach, raisin, shredded cheese, protein thingy, some nuts w/ blue cheese.. yummy. Especially, on my workout day, I feel refreshed having a light, chicken salad. Close to work so, I do not need to take 1.5hr lunch break.. haha. I will do this place again in near future.

You walk in and you immediately are greeted by a warm person at the front desk. You walk in and the place is so chic and beautifully laid out! It is small so tables are limited. You need to make reservations in advance for a table. It overlooks the track so that was entertainment for the kids. I wouldn't say it is necessarily family friendly, especially small kids, but our kids were fine dining there. They don't have a kids menu but the chef was able to make the kids some simple things they loved - pasta and cheese!! The highlight though was the Porsche shaped butter. That was THE absolute coolest thing ever. It came in a little dish with the bread. My kids and I loved it!!! It was a really nice touch to our meal. The food was really exceptional. One of the best places I've dined in a long time - even including Michelin star restaurants!! The dishes were so beautifully and delicately prepared - we had the octopus appetizer, the homemade pasta dish, the heirloom salad and Ofocurse we couldn't pass dessert! Dessert: if you are a tiramisu lover like me you MUST try the tiramisu-choux. It's a whole different take on this Italian dessert! Overall this place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the ambiance, to the service, to the delicious noteworthy mouthwatering food you totally need to come here. I already want to come back next time we visit !!! If you want to have an amazing dining experience, you totally need to come here!

If that doesn't get you pumped, not sure what else will! Highly recommend you make reservations way in advance. Looks like they also have a room for a small party of meeting. Note they are only open for lunch. Parking lot is huge. As you walk in, you are greeted to check in. If you are booked for an experience, you get a fun lanyard to wear. Visitors, you get a sticker, lol. The restaurant is on the second floor, so you can take the stairs or there is an elevator. You're greeted again at the host's station. We got there early so started off with a cocktail. We both tried the 917 Old Fashioned which was delicious and they sear the 917 and Porsche logo which was super fun! They start off with pretzel breads with cute butters shaped like Porsche cars! They do have a couple chairs in front of the host table as well as a bar area. Bathrooms are back towards the host area. Huge and clean! There is a viewing station as well that you can walk outside from this area to watch the track from the top and that did not disappoint. You can get seats inside right at the window and watch the experiences. So fast and loud! We had a great time!

Thanks to an opportunity to try this out at a Yelp Elite Event, I had to come back to get some more…read morebecause I truly enjoyed the food - and I found out that Rabano and Chinollo are by the same owners! As Alison C. pointed out, "Chinollo is very unique because it's the owner is Cuban born, Peruvian raised and of Chinese heritage, so the menu is a mix of Latin American and Asian fusion." All credits to them for this because the menu makes so much sense in that light. There are 2 different and super convenient ways to order: If you want to talk to someone, you can go up to the cashiers; if you don't want to talk to anyone, there are 2 self-service kiosks. While there is seating indoors, I've always come after work hours and at that time, it seems to be primarily a to-go restaurant. I've been slowly working my way through their Wonder Bowls option - and what I've tried so far are: 0. Base options: Rice, ancient grains (mix of quinoa and other grains), raw greens, garlic noodle, or even a half-half combo of any two options. I agree with Belle C.'s comment about the garlic noodles in that it's "not garlicky enough for me, but maybe it's meant for the white American palate)". Go to any Asian restaurant, Chinese, Indo-Chinese, Viet, and the garlic noodles have tonnes of fragrant & noticeable garlic in it while this simply did not. I like getting rice or ancient grains (for extra fibre) as my base over the greens or garlic noodles. Overall, a great spot with fast & lovely service, healthy & delicious portions of food (enough for two meals for me), and delicious drinks that I recommend especially for to-go orders after work. Also lovely for workers nearby to sit down or get something quick, filing, and tasty! 1. Baja Bowl (GF, RV): Choice of base. Black beans, sweet corn, avocado, cashew-chipotle sauce, pico de gallo. Choice of free-range chicken, organic tofu or pulled pork. For steak add $1. Other choices of protein also available. I love getting this with tofu for an extra dose of fibre from veggies; that sweetness of sweet corn with the salty-creaminess of the black beans go so well with the creamy sauce. 2. Farm Veggie Bowl (V): Vegan. Choice of base. Best of season grilled vegetables, cashew-chipotle sauce, hydro watercress. Add black beans on request. Available: add protein of choice. One of my favourite veggie bowls; I do recommend adding the black beans for more fibre & protein. Such a delicious and filling bowl that's fresh. 3. Chico Cubano (GF, RV): Choice of base. Pulled pork Cuban style, mojo criollo sauce, black beans, red pickled onions, parsley, sweet plantains. other choices of proteins available. This is my absolute favourite dish specifically because of the black beans; I enjoy it so much that I've been asking for a side of them as well. It's a heft portion of pulled pork as well and 3 chunky plantains cooked to perfection. I do there was little bit more of the picked onions to cut through the fatty pork as well as the mojo criollo sauce, but other than that, if you get a bite of everything, it's delicious. 4. Saltado Peruano (GF, RV): Choice of base. Sauteed onion, tomatoes, huacatay sauce, aji panca, cilantro, potato fries. Choice of free-range chicken or tofu. For steak, add $1. Other choices of protein also available. The huacatay with the steak, onions, and tomatoes is so fresh and filling; I like to dip the potatoes in the aji panca after a few bites of everything else. The potatoes are a thick cut, so it can become a tough bite at times. Pro-tip: Eat this one right away as the potatoes can get soggy pretty quickly. I do wish they gave more aji, but other than that, a delicious dish, especially with steak (which I prefered over chicken or tofu). 5. El Koreano (GF, RV): Choice of base. Grilled certified angus steak, baby bok choy, cucumber, gochujang, house kimchi, sweet umami glaze. Other choices of protein also available. I've had this, but I can't say it's my favourite; I would personally go get banchan from a Korean restaurant and enjoy that as a "bowl" than this. There's something about the house kimchi that I don't enjoy as much as I do from Korean establishments. My real complaint isn't about the food, but the to-go container; since it's not plastic, it gets soggy very quickly and loses shape from all the food in the container, causing it to scrape into the food when I use a spoon or fork to eat. My go-to drink is the Zingy; the blend of tartiness from the lemon, the bright punch from the ginger, and Its ingredients are: Fresh ginger, lemon, mint, pineapple, cayenne pepper, raw organic sugar, sparkling water. My partner likes the honey lemonade, especially because you can adjust the sweetness, and actually taste the honey. Its got freshly squeezed lemon, raw organic honey, organic raw sugar.

They let you customize the bowl base with rice, raw greens, garlic noodle, or even 1/2 and 1/2. I tried 1/2 raw greens (10/10) and 1/2 garlic noodle (5/10, not garlicky enough for me, but maybe it's meant for the white American palate). There's a water jug with lemons if you would like to drink water but their drink menu is extensive from lemonades to teas (milk tea, fruit tea, hot tea), crafted pops, and lattes. With 6 tables of 4 inside and 2 tables of 8 as well as 4 tables of 2 outside, there's plenty of seating. Parking: shared lot for the strip mall Got the: 1. Honey lemonade: 9/10, even though they let you adjust the sweetness, it was the perfect level of sweetness at regular 2. VIP Poke bowl: 9/10, it came with a decent amount of tuna, although there were 2 pieces with so much tendon that I had to spit those out. You could tell seaweed salad was frozen as it was still icy in the bowl, but the day was so hot (they didn't have AC on inside) that by the time I was halfway through my meal it had warmed to the perfect temperature. Overall a great place that seems well loved by customers!

For starters, we got the Parker House Rolls, which comes with truffle butter, local citrus honey, and grana padano cheese. These rolls were so fluffy and flavorful. We also ordered the hummus, which was so rich and creamy, and the oysters from the raw bar. For the main, we ordered the Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop, Fish & Chips, and the Wedge salad to share. And let me tell you, that everything was so good. The Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop came with a whole show, where staff would bring out the dish in a smoke-infused glass dome and open the dome when presented on the table so we can smell and see all the smoke. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it tasted just as beautifully. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rainbow swiss chard, cheddar grits, candied pecans, and avocado honey helped balance out all the juiciness from the meat. They use haddock fillet for the Fish & Chips, which was fried to perfection. The Wedge Salad is what actually knocked my socks off! This was one of the best wedge salads that I've ever had. It had your key ingredients: iceberg, buttermilk dressing, red onion, crumbled egg, tomato, bacon gastrique, blue cheese, dill, chives - but something about this salad was different! It did look quite busy on the patio when we checked in with the hostess. We were informed that it would prob be about 20 minutes or so for a table and if we wanted to wait at the bar. Exactly what we did. Bar area had maybe 5/6 hi top chairs that look onto the bar. Gabriel and Francisco who were working was knocking the drinks out one by one. Sitting there and just watching them create magic for everyone, it was quite amusing. Seeing how it's made and presented with precise detail, it was an art. While waiting for the table we started off with the raspberry lychee martini and the spicy margaritas. Both were great. The right amount of kick with each sip. Gabriel was knocking them out one by one and man was he busy. Fransisco took are of us while we were eating which we ended up just having our dinner at the bar instead. The last time I remembered the chicken Parmesan which was excellent. So we started off with the grilled prawns as a starters. Five prawns in a skewers and grilled with a delicious sauce accompanied. It was tasty and quite delicious. Decent size and meaty for each bite. Entrees was a little mishap as our meal was mistakenly given to the party next to us which they enjoyed. Honesty mistake but we laughed it off. Kitchen was informed and a rushed was put on our order. We weren't in a rush so it was fine with us. They apologized and graciously offered us a dessert after dinner. Something simple but very graceful for the honest mistake. Entrees, the wild mushrooms pasta which was quite tasty and pretty decent in size. The cream sauce which wasn't too over powering the meal was great. Each bite was very tasty. Then there was the chicken Parmesan which why we were here and expecting. The last visit it was excellent with grilled broccolini, slices of tomatoes on top and mozzarella cheese and onto spaghetti pasta. It was great. Thinking it would be the same this time which it wasn't. This visit, it was just served with squash pasta and buffalo mozzarella on top. Honestly it wasn't what I expected, somewhat of a little disappointed. Chicken was good don't get me wrong. But the hot meat with sauce and then you have literally COLD squash pasta paired with it. It was a little underwhelming. Overall, we still had a nice experience. The place was pretty full and of course the lakers were on so it was fun seeing everyone cheering them on. Bar seating for a meal was great as we had fun conversations with both Gabriel and Francisco. Plus they were cranking them drinks out one by one. Excellent in what they do. The drinks were great, grilled prawns and wild mushrooms pastas were excellent. Chicken parm, this time was a miss. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and cocktails. Also the dessert, highly recommend the Cinnabon with vanilla ice cream. Wow, it went down very well. Hoping next time will outdo this.
