We got our food in under 10 minutes, the salad she ordered and the italian sandwich I ordered were tasty, fresh, and plentiful for a lunch portion. When we left, it still appeared food was being delivered quickly, including delivery services. By the way, if you do not have the time or are just too lazy to go and get your own food, that is too many peoples hands in the service portion to place ALL the blame, maybe cut panera bread some slack in this case. There are simply not enough reviews in Mobile for a restaurant to recover from a 1 star, one time visit rant, on a take out / delivery order. Me, I always try to give a restaurant 2, if not 3 chances, but, we eat out 3 to 4 times per week. I only have one exception to this practice and if you read my review, it was warranted. The driver was very communicative, explained the error on the store's part, and even went back to pick up the remaining orders. However, their lunchtime was over upon correcting the delivery issue.
