This is an ok place and they seem to do a good bit of business. This was my first visit and I'm on the fence. On one hand the ingredients all looked and tasted fresh and there are lots of toppings to choose from. On the other hand, rice is pennie's cheap and most of your bowl consists of rice. I opted for spicy tuna for protein and they only place a small amount (but it was indeed very tasty), so it seems you're paying $10-11 for mostly rice. The gyoza was ok, not my fav.. I prefer the authentic dumpling wrappers to the egg roll type that they used. I did get a green tea boba and it was delish. I'll be going back for more of those for sure. So 4 stars for boba tea and fresh topping ingredients, docking one star for paying mostly for rice and meh gyoza. read more

So-- I'm loving our newest WeMo poke spot! Ohana has an amazing selection of menu items from bowls and teas to wings and desserts. The prices are on par for fresh, quality ingredients. So no complaints there. I'm partial to a yummy and colorful poke bowl, and they have plenty of options for me to fill my bowl with. A super plus for me is that Ohana offers cauliflower rice! (Yep, ! I love it!) The staff is friendly and helpful in assisting with narrowing down the choices. I'm a "decor and aesthetic" girl, when it comes to businesses as (in my mind) it adds to the overall experience. Ohana nailed it. Great place for poke! There are signature bowls but you can also build your own. Great variety of ingredients and they all taste fresh. The restaurant itself has a beautiful ambiance. It is very nicely decorated and everything looks clean and organized. I have only tried take out though. The price is fair. The only thing I would change is to make the protein portions bigger, but overall this is a good place for poke in the area. It will be really nice if the staff was more consistently attentive. read more

After trying a ton of restaurants in the area, I'd come to the disappointing conclusion that moving to Mobile meant settling for middling-to-disappointing sushi. I have never been more excited to be wrong! Ohana Poke is just as good, if not BETTER than the poke and sushi restaurants we used to frequent in DFW! The fish here melts in your mouth. All of the ingredients are fresh, and the portion sizes are satisfying. Ohana also offers a selection of sushi rolls; the Rainbow Roll in particular is delicious. Eat at this hidden gem! The quality of the food is good and you get a great quantity for the price, but, the service is on the slow side sometimes. However, I am keeping my review at 5 stars because Ohana brings great poke with multiple options. Some of my favorite toppings like seaweed salad and crab salad aren't charged extra, unlike other poke places I've been to. Also, there is enough dining room for larger groups. I went in with a group of 11 one time and there was still plenty of room for others without being crowded! Even though I mentioned that the service can be on the longer side, the food is worth it. However, I do recommend making a call in order if you are in a rush! They are also adding more to their menu, which I am excited to see. Also, I strongly recommend the avocado fries! read more

I ordered poke bowls, spam musubi, avocado fries, and dole whip. I primary visited for the dole whip. Unlike Disney's dole whip this is much more like a pineapple sorbet. I was a bit underwhelmed. The sashimi in the poke is fresh and the toppings are ok. There was too much rice, but enough toppings (very important). I recommend the spicy mayo for the poke bowl sauce. The avocado sauce tastes just like blended avocado, and house sauce is similar to soy sauce with a hint of vinegar. The spam musubi could be better and the avocado fries were a bit too greasy for my taste. Otherwise it's a decent poke establishment. read more

If you're in the mobile area, look no further. This Hawaiian-Asian inspired restaurant is in the heart of the city next to the Jeep dealership on Schillinger road. The food was amazing, customer service was top notch and best of all this place is a very safe, social distance-friendly spot. The decor is modern and so fitting for a family business. So, if ya wanna take a pic for the gram.. this is the place! My boyfriend and I visited while we were in town and I am so happy we did. We ordered the customizable poke bowl (all ingredients were super fresh which is very important to me when it comes to raw fish), the lava wings, avocado fries + Cajun seasoning (AVOCADO LOVERS MUST TRY). The drinks are organic and super refreshing. Have I mentioned that they have dole whip? Like.. the kind they have at Disney but without the long lines and Florida humidity. I love trying new places and I loved this one! I am not a fan of raw fish so I got chicken in my bowl instead on a bed of cauliflower rice. It was really good and flavorful! Also I tried their Dole whip and it was delicious!!! The staff is very friendly as well. If you're eating inside take some time to take some Instagram photos in front of their accent wall.
