So pleasing the local palate is a must for this place. They definitely bring in a little fun with the sushi train that delivers sushi straight to your table. The molten lava rolls is a baked roll but didn't seem like it. It was cold for a baked roll. The alabama roll wasn't any better. It has shrimp tempura in it but all you taste is cream cheese because they put more cream cheese then shrimp in it. The sushi rice was also mushy. How is a place that serve sushi rice serve mushy rice. we didn't finish any of the rolls. We also got the beef gyudon bowl and the ramen tonkotau fried chicken.
