Casual location that offers quick service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The highlight of the service is having the food delivered by train! They offer a daily special and there is an option to pay by scanning a QR code which I find to be very convenient. Very sad experience yesterday. Ordered a Togo order at the bar because they never answered the phone for a call in order. I understand busy and dinner rush. This was 7:30pm There was one server managing every sat table and all up front orders. There were two people in the kitchen. That was it. It seemed chaotic and crazy but they were handling it. I ordered a two tacos loaded fries and a Philly roll. I thought this place was a well oiled machine until I got home and my food was a disappointment. Tacos were majority rice one small very well done fried shrimp on each and barely any krab. Zero sauce on those or my loaded fries. They were dry fries topped with krab and crawfish. They are usually amazing. I was lucky to have my own sauces at home. Philly roll wouldn't stick together and didn't have any wasabi or ginger. I could tell this food was made in a hurry. I am disappointed that the staffing this evening ruined a supper I had been looking forward to all day. Happy sushi is usually my favorite. Please consider more staff or more care in the food even if it takes more time. read more

Tried out this sushi spot bc I found both baked & fried special rolls; visited @ 1430 on Wednesday afternoon. Again, not a fan of dives whatsoever; do not misconstrue, this is not* a dive dining destination. It is however, in a strip mall type venue yes, on Airport Blvd.. Promptly greeted when I entered, I was thankfully seated in a booth; for me, unless dining with a few plus people, eating at a standard table does not offer the same privacy I enjoy. A very kind gentleman took my beverage order in no time. Of note: this venue offers soft drinks, yea, bobas, brief list of beer, and whatever the 'house' wine selection is ( also a short offering). After an appropriate amount of time to prepare them, my piping hot baked chef's special rolls arrived via quiet, swift, & accurate 'train' delivery. Smooth execution. ( Ordered the Auburn & Hurricane rolls) They were both huge at ten, thickly sliced pieces each, plus the kani & crayfish toppings. Very filing at a very fair price point mind you. Rolls are indeed customizable; let your server know your particulars. The only improvements I would make are the addition of fresh* wasabi; I emulsified all of my portion into approximately 2 tbls. of soy. There was no...spice, no tingle of sinuses being pleasantly breached which invariably creates a reason for those dining, to watch the effect unfold on one's' face. I believe that it would justify a price bump upward if the 'shredded kani & crayfish topping' were made in a traditional 'volcano roll topping'. This would be both elements, & finely chopped shrimp, combined with just enough baked cream cheese and sriracha spiced mayo, combined & then baked to a somewhat homogeneous mixture, topping any roll. Currently, HS 'spicy mayo' is actually more reminiscent of yum yum sauce; it is sadly sweet, sans any heat. ( I'm not a fan of hot spice; I gladly pass over even a jalapeño. ) Unless HS is already using Qewpie ( Japanese mayo), the alleged spicy mayo definitely needs some bit of sriracha added to all of it. Definitely worth exploration of a variety of dishes at a very reasonable price point, I encourage anyone to visit. Service was excellent, not rushed, & entirely polite. Came here for the first time after work and had a nice time at this casual spot. Service was a little slow (even though there were only 3 other tables with patrons --besides mine) but the waiters were very pleasant! Food arrived via a little electronic track next to your table which was so fun to watch. I ordered the salmon teriyaki bowl which was a nice large portion size! No yum yum sauce here but they did offer spicy Mayo (+ $0.50) which honestly tasted similar and wasn't spicy at all lol which I didn't mind. The medium level wasn't spicy to me, but it added to the broth, which was so flavorful. The crispy pork went well with it. I tried their pork belly once and didn't like it. When I had it, it was hard, but I've seen other people say it's good. I've had their sushi before, and it was good. I prefer the other stuff on their menu though. My friend loves their sushi tacos! We had the crab Rangoon (fresh out the fryer and the roof of my mouth is still recovering yet I have NO Regrets), Bulgogi Fries (my #1 pick- think checkers/Rally's fries covered in saucy Korean beef), the volcano sushi roll (the best roll I've had in Mob/Baldwin County and I've had Master Joes in Fhope), and Korean Beef Bowl (the meat was sooo smoky and good)! I have no complaints! Oh and the food comes out of the kitchen straight to your table on a cute little tram!
