Pork belly

If you want to grab a quick bite to eat, stop in here for cozy and comforting Vietnamese classics. I grabbed a combination banh mi. The creamy garlic mayo spread was a pleasant surprise although the portion size was on the smaller side. I also picked up a brick of freshly made tofu. They also carry a nice selection of desserts, freshly made yogurt, and frozen beef balls.

great place for quick and easy grab to go items. was particularly looking for nam sausage and they had homemade ones, but vietnamese style has a sweetness to it. also got some random desserts and sesame balls. everything was good, packaged well. also bought some homemade chili oil.

Saigon Tofu is a Vietnamese grab and go store located in the Chamblee area, anything that your heart desires snack wise I think they've thought of here. They also sell sugarcane drinks which we tried during this visit. Service was quick and they only take cards (there were signs for that everywhere). Assortment of food they offer as pictured below, they also had hot food in packaging.

Vietnamese prepared foods at really great prices! I got a banh mi, iced coffee, and a bunch of random things all for $40. Most things are labeled in Vietnamese with English translations, including ingredient lists, which is incredibly gracious! It seemed authentic bc the customers were mostly speaking in Vietnamese, and I def saw all these food items when I was in Vietnam. I'm excited to dig into the rest of the food, but the banh mi, iced coffee, and tapioca dessert are all scrumptious! Went on a Sunday, and it was packed!

For out of towners like me whose hometown has no establishments with packaged warm meals and other foods (like rolls and rolls of banh tet or cha lua), this is the place to go. Unfortunately, we visited Saigon Tofu on our last day (in hopes of finding easy foods to bring home and share), so we weren't able to try more of the meals. We picked up banh mis, rolls of cha lua (they have it warmed out front; i asked for frozen to take home), Xoi, goi cuon and bun with heo quay (was so good... i wish i took home a pound or two of the meat). Would definitely visit Saigon Tofu again! Where else can you find this much variety of fresh Vietnamese foods to go?! (Nowhere else).

Love this place, for homey type food, I think this is the place to go. There's dishes here that you can't find at restaurants. There's a lot of variety also. My staples are the shrimp cha Gio, there banh uot type dish, and soy. Some other things I've enjoyed is their thit heo quay, and the fried fish cha. If you go early, the food will be super fresh and there would be a lot available. It can get busy but they work hard here to keep foods stocked so you wouldn't miss out on anything. The Bo vien at the register is also very good. I love this place and always try to drop by when im in the neighborhood

We have a variety of goodies to share. Enjoyed most, especially soft tofu. The only thing I didn't like was fried banana, which was too doughy. We also got sticky rice and some sandwiches for the flight... can't wait to break it out while we're on the air :)

The place to go for Vietnamese favorites including sugar cane drink, all things tofu, fried tofu, tofu pudding with ginger sugar, papaya salad with beef jerky, rice paper salad, chicken feet salad, sandwiches, cold cuts, egg rolls, assorted desserts, sticky rice, spring rolls, and many other food. It's hard to walk out of here without spending nearly $100 or even over! Definitely recommend eating most food on the same day. Fresh is still good.

Banh Cuon (4/5)

I like it. Despite the varying reviews, it has been able to help me get a taste of 'home cooking' while living in Atlanta and being away from family. It serves mainly fast food Vietnamese (think: banh mi, rice platters, egg rolls, etc.) at reasonable prices. Yes, some items can be pricey but for the most part it is a good deal (e.g. ~2.5 for three fresh spring rolls). The people working there are nice and overall feels homey and warm. Ordered - Spring Rolls (5/5). These are yummy, inexpensive, and reminds me of home. I usually get the shrimp and xa xiu flavored rolls. The fish sauce that goes with it is next level - Banh Mi (3/5). Lee's sandwiches are offered here. Very tiny portions and the meat is served sparingly on the banh mis. It is good but look at maybe a Lee's Bakery if your intention is to get banh mi - Banh Cuon (4/5). Probably not the best (have not been searching) but for the convenience of it where I can grab it for take out, it still hits the spot - Com Tam Rice Platter (5/5). Wow! This is great. I got the rice platter with xa xiu and roasted pork and it exceeded my expectations. There is a lot of food and it is only $9 - a fast and delicious option for hungry grocery shoppers at the nearby City's Farmers Saigon Tofu is underrated and I look forward to trying many, more dishes

This hole in the wall shop is take out of Vietnamese food. There is a large selection of food from eggs rolls to full lunch plates. They have a good selection of sweet desserts. They made great subs. You can come in and shop ala cart and leave with enough food for two meals. I love their spring rolls, three to a plate and they are packed. The plates range from fish and noodles, pork chops, beef, chicken..... They have a good selection of tofu, from plain to spicy. you can buy a block or in individual cubes. soups too. lot of selections and hard to decide. I had a tofu bowl with spicy, tangy tomato base sauce. The salad was sweet and good.

Love trying new things here. So many Vietnamese snacks and foods I've never had. The lemongrass stir fry tofu was so good. Also liked the rice paper snacks.

I highly suggest eating this in one sitting as the flavor isn't the same as leftovers. That's all I can really say lol. The food is cooked fresh to order and it is a large portion so this will probably be the only thing you eat that day. The location is a little hole in the wall and has like two seats on the inside but additional seating outdoors if you want to sit and enjoy your food on location. While we were waiting for our sandwiches a lady came and picked up a big order of fried chicken, obviously for a party or large gathering and I will say it smelled divine---maybe I should try that for my party contributions, lol. I mean, the chicken was fried to perfection, and the toppings, which included a fried egg, avocado, bacon, cheese, and a special sauce was divine! The only thing I didn't like were the fries. They had an interesting texture and flavor that I wasn't a fan of. Otherwise, I really enjoyed everything!

Portions are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. I also tried the Pastalaya with chicken, which were flavorful with great seasoning and cooked perfectly. The variety on the menu is excellent too, everything from Italian hoagies and pasta classics to salads and soups, so there's something for everyone. Service was very friendly and efficient, and prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a satisfying lunch or casual dinner. Plenty of free parking in and around the restaurant. The Mad Italian first opened in Atlanta way back in 1973 and they have been going strong in Chamblee, GA ever since 1981. Their original location in Chamblee closed within the past ten years or so and they have a pretty much brand new spot literally about two doors down on Savoy Drive. Fantastic, modern restaurant facility. Unbeatable location. Top notch service. Friendly ambience that feels like home. Excellent service. And the best food you can get for the price.

It's at a very busy intersection with oddly placed entrances. But patrons make it work, and the quality keeps people coming regardless of how crazy the parking gets. I learned recently that Henri's is quite an Atlanta institution, and has been around for a loooong time. But I understand why. The service is great, regardless of location. The baristas actually like to talk to you even during the morning hustle. They are well-staffed and you can tell their employees like working there. Sharon is awesome, and the guy who mans the sandwich station is REALLY good at his job. The inside is kept clean, and it's a really calming environment for a coffee shop. Whoever designed their cafes did a great job, as the theme is consistent in their sister locations. I really have no complaints about the food. The meat is fresh. The bread is fresh. They make many of their bakery items at an HQ and locally distribute them to their sister locations. The pastry section is well-appointed and the display makes them very tempting. The Reuben with pastrami is *CHEF'S KISS*. Just make sure you get it on a more durable bread, because the sauce can get a little messy and make the sandwich soggy. I'm sad to report that they do not serve matcha here yet. But the chai latte and standard latte was delicious with a nice, thick layer of foam on top. They even have sugar-free syrup options for people looking to curb the sugar. They do have high-chairs for the babies. Love this place. They just do it right.

Hate to say it but this is why many southerners are lowkey pissed with the massive migration of northerners down here... I got the Standard (Bacon, Egg, Cheddar) on a rosemary salt bagel. While the bagel was tasty, the inside of the sandwich was not. Limp, soggy bacon. Cheap, McDonald's style egg patty. This sandwich should be $6 at most. The bagel itself was delicious and very well done -- this is clearly where they are putting in the effort and I have no qualms with it. But next time I'd just get the bagel by itself and skip paying more for what felt like not-so-great ingredients. I also got a chai latte with oat milk. Well made, but surely nothing spectacular. Holy cow... $6+ for that, too. Oat milk is an extra $.70. I don't know whether to be disgruntled with the owner or the local/federal taxes that has places charging like this LOL. It honestly just feels excessive, especially for the area it's in (love you Chamblee but I love you especially because you're affordable and not built around pretentiousness). Service was nice and it was clean when I went in. Perhaps the lunch sandwiches are more worth it? I am all here for spending a pretty penny on food but I am lost on this one.
