Checked out Pho Tai located inside City Farmer Market's food court. I've tried the following: * Banh Canh Cua | Vietnamese Seafood Udon Noodle Soup ($15) * Com Bo Luc Lac | Shaking Beef with Rice ($17) * Pho Dac Biet | Special Pho ($13) Veggies are fresh. The Banh Canh Cua has tons of crab meat and shrimp cake. The broth is super flavorful. The beef in the Com Bo Luc Lac is tender and well seasoned. Service is excellent. Orders are taken at the register, food is brought out to you. Water and utensils are self-serve. Cash preferred, but will accept credit cards with a 3% processing fee. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area looking for a quick good meal.

I had spotted this food court adjacent to the grocery store while in town for an event and wanted to come back and actually try another spot. They were closed so I came heat for a quick, hot meal. I know they have pho but wanted to try something else, so I got the bun bo hue. Paid at the counter and they brought my meal out to me. I like a little spice and kept adding condiments until I got to chili oil. A little goes a long way, and after that the meal got sinus-clearing. Glad I stopped by, and my meal hit the spot.

My new favorite Vietnamese spot is in a foodcourt. Yes this place beats so many other official restaurants for Pho and BBH. The pho is the OG saigon style IYKYK. A must try if you are in the area.

I had bun rieu ot and dried noodles with broth on the side . Very delicious and flavorful, definitely recommend ; it's located inside the market .

Currently my favorite pho spot. Nothing fancy. Just a little family own shop in a food court. The menu is limited as well as the language barrier though it's never been a problem with ordering. Just point and be respectful. The grandma and grandpa always do their best. Special pho all the way everyday. There's only one size and it really is a perfect portion. Broth is flavorful on its own. Definitely getting your msg fix. I like to have Hoisen and Sriracha on the side to add as I eat to change it up. Herbs are guaranteed always fresh especially being in the City Market food court, there's no excuse. I have noticed though that there have been some inconsistencies when I order the special pho. It usually comes with all the fixings as well as pickled onions and green onion but recently it hasn't.. as well as the broth seems to have changed the last time I've been.. Attached pictures are from different days.

Found out this place through friend, she recommended us to try Pho & Bun Bo Hue. Both good & friendly customer service. It's inside City Farmer food court.

This is located in the food court in City's Farmers Market on Pleasant Hill road. The entire seating area isn't too impressive honestly, but you can ignore all that because of how legit the food is here. Now I've only tried one thing here and it's the Bun Bo Hue. Probably the best I've had in a long time maybe even the best in the state. It's not too heavy, but still packed with lots of flavor. It's not as sweet as some other places and the saltiness level is just right. It's spicy without being too hot that the flavor gets masked in it. Definitely coming back just for the Bun Bo Hue. It's amazing!

This gem is located in the food court inside City Farmers Market. The pho broth is on POINT! So good, I didn't even have to add any extra condiments. Seems like they only have one size or I would of upgraded. My kids got their own bowls and they both finished theirs and even asked for more. Nothing was wasted, broth, noodles, and proteins were gone by the time we left. Yes, the service lacks a bit but the pho here is good asf! After this experience, this is my permanent go to for Pho.

Loved the food and I loved the affordability! I got the bún bò hue and it was perfect in terms of spice for me. I was sad to see that they had downsized a lot from the menu. They no longer serve bánh khốt or bánh xèo, but I recommend for a nice casual lunch.

Great pho! Being Vietnamese we are pretty picky with our food but this spot is our go-to. My gf and I are always greeted by the owner and she is extremely nice! It's family operated. They put a lot of love into the food. Definitely support this small family business if you're ever in Duluth and craving pho.

Overall We love this…read morebakery and would absolutely return. It feels like a thoughtful, quality driven spot that's doing something a little different: French style pastries with a Korean bakery influence, especially the lower sweetness level. Food and Menu This is a French bakery vibe with Korean style sensibilities (aka not a sugar bomb). Many items are intentionally less sweet, which we really appreciated. Their most popular item seemed to be the flan, and they also had other classic French style treats like financiers (pronounced "fee non syay" - or close enough to not embarrass yourself ). Everything we tried felt carefully made. Ingredients and Quality They emphasize organic ingredients and low sugar baking, and it shows. The baked goods taste clean, balanced, and not overly heavy. You can tell the focus is on ingredient quality and proper technique rather than just sweetness. Service and Experience Exceptional service. The woman at the front was genuinely kind and welcoming and took time to explain ingredients, quality, and even when certain desserts are at their best. That level of care made the experience feel personal and elevated. Price and Value Pricing felt pretty average for a specialty bakery, and the value is strong considering the organic, low sugar focus and overall quality. Deals and Discounts Good perk: after 4:30, they offer discounts. Items made yesterday or the day before were about 30% off, which is great if you want to try more items or stock up without paying full price. Would we return? Yes, 100%. If you like French pastries but prefer a less sweet, more balanced Korean bakery style, this place is a winner.

Along with that blessing, I find myself being addicted to everything that makes me sick. Life hands you lemons, ya eat it anyway. So imagine my surprise when I dig into a box of fried chicken and don't see grease collecting around the entire box. It can't taste good if it's not greasy, right? I was delightfully proven wrong. The chicken was juicy af. Yes, so juicy I actually said wtf. The meat was tender, the skin was crunchy. And it was like an ASMR session kind of crunchy. I would've recorded the sound but unfortunately I'm allergic to ASMR. I'll be honest, when I first saw 98k Chicken I didn't have high expectations. I thought it would be another Zaxby's, Popeyes, KFC, etc. But they've really set themselves apart! The price is far more reasonable than other chain fried chicken restaurants, the portions are bigger, and the quality of the food is consistently superior. If they're able to keep up with what they're doing, I think this will be a community favorite. Good food speaks for itself, and so do the kind owners that pour their hearts and souls into their businesses. When I go to a fast food restaurant, I barely expect people to look at me in the eye, let alone carry on a conversation with me. But the woman at the counter is actually quite chatty! She makes you feel like you're talking to a friend, and if you stop by a few times, she even shares tea. IYKYK. The interior space is big and quiet enough if you wanna grab a meal and get some work done. There's a little room that's sectioned off, and it's a bit of a gem. I don't remember if they have WiFi, next time I go I'll check and come back to update my review.

Well, what a disappointment, the seats are are torn up and the foam is exposed, the table is super wobbly, so to get any writing done... it's not ideal. After a few minutes, we decided it's time to move to the benches. One of the table is still a bit wobbly, but not as bad as the one in the booth. The seats are in good condition with pillows to support your back, a plus! What really ruined our work time is this lady coming in soliciting for people to give her money.
