Bread Museum, once again is amazing! Never disappoint, and their pastries are always so cute and delicious. This time I got their Strawberry Latte on-top of some more pastries and the drink is so good. As someone thats lactose intolerant, this is so worth tbh. Ambiance is always nice, but this time I came in the evening (7:00 PM) and it's soooo moody. If theres less people, I would definitely study here too! Chefs kisses to the kind gentleman in the front and the amazing bakers here.

My new favorite cafe for pastries un Duluth! Love the European & Asian fusion. From croissants, financiers, basque cheesecakes to eclairs, there is something for everyone! Can't wait to come back and try more things. The service was kind and quick. You bus your own table. Decent amount of seating and cute "musuem" decor. We got the black sesame financier, cheesecake fig financier, an earl grey thing (forgot the name), yuzu mango eclair, and caramel macchiato. The financiers were nice and moist. The black sesame flavor could be stronger but I didn't mind. The standouts were the eclair and earl grey item. Beautiful and refreshing flavors and so pretty too!

Reasonably priced, esthetic and personable service. The owner goes out of their way to provide high quality ingredients and service. Things you should know: I. PARKING The parking is free and shares a lot with the various adjacent businesses in the plaza. II. SERVICE Timely and kind. They provide a point-card, where if you buy 10 drinks/pastries, you get one free. They serve tea, coffee, cakes, canelé and a variety of bread. III. QUALITY Their iced lattes have been consistently delicious and dense! IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of seating during the weekday, afternoon. I'd say that's the best time to peacefully knock out work.

This unassuming little bakery is tucked inside a strip mall in Duluth. I was not prepared to be blown away by the exquisite taste of their pastries and desserts. I tried the basque cheesecake, financier and the flan. The flan had a nice crackly crust from the brulee topping and the financier had a nice texture. I really appreciated that the pastries were not too sweet. I also picked up a financier and croissant with chocolate and hazelnut topping. They had some savory pastries that I will have to try next time. The owner was lovely and very hospitable.

I really enjoyed coming by here the other day to get coffee with my friends!! There is plenty of parking in the lot in front and good bit of seating inside. I also really liked the decor and how they made it seem like a museum. I went with a caramel macchiato and the salt bread. I recommend getting the bread heated so then the butter melts on the inside. The bread was quite heavenly and melted in my mouth and liked how soft yet hard the texture was on the outside. My coffee also tasted pretty good! The owner was a really nice gentleman and loved the array of food and drink options available. I can't wait to come back again!

Bread Museum stays true to it's name, showcasing art and providing a gallery of flavors. FOOD: I've tried here twice and ordered a variety of breads/pastries. I recommend asking them to toast the salt bread if you are dining in or heating it up at home before you eat it. It tastes much better when hot. You can tell a lot of attention and detail went into the bread/pastries. Everything I tried was decent to great. I would recommend the green tea canelé and the tigres. The canelé is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside with the perfect amount of green tea flavor. The tigre tasted like a mix between a pound cake, mochi, and madeleine and was scrumptious. SERVICE: The owners are super sweet and are excited to help out with any questions customers have. Will definitely be back!

The inside of Bread Museum is beautiful as seen in the pictures! They have a large selection of sweet and savory items to choose from. We got the brownie and paid almost $5 for it. The cone on top was inedible- it was super hard and impossible to bite in to. The brownie itself was good but not amazing.

Came here to try some of their bread and pastries. Honestly the cafe is pretty small compared to others in the plaza. Like a few other bakeries, they do 30% off day old bread. They also do a loyalty punch cards for drinks. Free parking jn the lot. Not your typical bread selection so that's nice (like I've never heard of a fig crossaint ?).

We got the lemon salt bread and the cheesecake! The lemon salt bread was soo good! The lemon filling was sweet, sour and tart at the same time. It was a perfect contrast with the salt bread. The cheesecake was flavorful and dense. The service was so friendly and they were so nice! Overall, really loved the service and atmosphere here! Will be back!

Delicious intricate and unique pastries here. Lots of variety and flavors you can't find elsewhere. I love the green tea pastry I got the best! Would come again.

NEW Asian Inspired Bakery Grand opening This is the newest bakery in Duluth, in the Duluth plaza with Honey Pig kbbq , called McDaniel Square plaza. This locally owned must-try hidden gem bakery and coffee shop takes inspired French and Korean bakery culture using French, Japanese, and Korean techniques. The house pastry chef trained at Tsuji Culinary institute Osaka and French International Bakery Institute INBP ( Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie à Rouen ). Through strict discipline and training, Metro Atlanta now has a boulangerie with some of the best bakery talent, paired with creativity, honest hard work, and principles. I tried their: 1 Salt Bread : Classic , Egg Salad , Mentaiko 2 Croissants 3 Canelé 4 Quiche 5 Illy coffee 6 Gourmet Teas 7 Cakes Musyu 8 Focaccia bread and fresh sandwiches Cozy French cafe vibes.

The most BEAUTIFUL and scrumptious little bread I have eaten!! The salt bread stood out the most from the menu and I went with one sweet, one savory (lemon & mentaiko) definitely recommend trying both, so good! I also got the coffee mojito which was full of fresh mint and very good in my opinion! I did try some of the other pastries togo and I can't say any of them stuck out to me as much as the salt bread did.

Incredibly pleasant Café bakery in Gwinnett. Everything here has been delicious and people are super friendly. The salt bread by itself is great and goes well with the unique fillings offered. Be sure to try the sweets as well, different options appear frequently.

I like the interior of the cafe as it reminds me a bit of Stylenanda in Korea (pink!). I can't speak on the drinks, only the pastries and cakes, and yeah, they're good! Probably shouldn't leave any pastries with fruit longer than a few hours since it'll get soggy though. We had a few birthdays to celebrate, and Confections was the go-to choice to for a lot of people this year. Not too sweet cream with fruit and fluffy cake, it was perfect for many in our group. The only cake I would not recommend that I've tried would be the Dubai chocolate cake. Not only is it more expensive, it's smaller than the other offered cakes. As a cake, it doesn't quite match up to Dubai chocolate strawberry cups that you can get elsewhere. The kunafa loses its crispiness being sandwiched between cake, and there isn't much pistachio flavor. I would've expected pistachio cream, but there really wasn't any on this cake. There are more strawberries on the strawberry cream cake, which fair, makes sense, but the Dubai cake wasn't as amazing as it sounded. Just tall. Good thing we had another cake from Confections that day since it was a joint birthday.

We walked into a small, straightforward space where what stood out immediately was the variety of pastries and baked goods lined up throughout the counter. The setup felt more like a grab-and-go spot, but there were enough interesting items that it made sense to slow down and actually look through what they offered. The main draw here is the bread selection. We spotted items like milk bread, pineapple buns, mochi-based pastries, and savory breads such as pork floss buns, all of which felt freshly made and rotated quickly depending on the day. The milk bread in particular stood out for its soft texture and rich flavor, while the sweeter items leaned more subtle rather than overly sugary. It was the kind of place where we ended up picking a few different things because it was hard to settle on just one. There were also a few refrigerated and specialty items like tarts and filled pastries, which added a bit more variety beyond the standard bakery selection. Some items felt more premium than others, and pricing varied depending on what we picked, but the overall focus was clearly on soft breads and Asian-style baked goods rather than desserts or café-style sweets. The atmosphere was simple and functional since it was inside a supermarket food court area. It was not really designed for sitting and lingering, but the space was clean and organized enough to quickly browse and make a selection. Service was straightforward, and in some cases we were able to sample items before buying, which helped when deciding between different breads. Overall, Shokku Bakery is a solid stop if you are already in the area and want fresh Japanese-style baked goods. It is not a destination bakery in terms of ambiance, but the quality of the breads and variety of options make it worth visiting for a quick pick-up, especially if you enjoy soft milk bread and classic Asian bakery items.

The bingsu can get very sweet if the syrup is added by default, and having it on the side gives you full control over the sweetness.
