Everything is top of the line. 2 start for attitude. I asked the staff about the ; cheese pastry. Usually a common sense answer would be an estimated time. This gentleman said " I don't know oven is broken and you will see what comes out when it comes out". Interestingly, all the other pastries shelves are now filled except the 4 cheese quiche Soup dispensers empty in the bathroom. I pointed that out to the same staff and he answered " yes. I know". It is sad that a place of such a high quality produces can have staff of such low quality professionalism. I'm also a big fan of their cookies - with my personal favorite, the earl grey. I'm unsure if they still have their brunch menu, but I also really loved their soufflé pancakes. I'm also impressed with their coffee options - much better than the average Korean bakery. Recently tried the matcha cream latte which was pretty much perfect. Creamy iced latte topped with unsweetened matcha cream - perfect pick-me-up. Overall a pretty quiet spot to grab a sweet treat and a coffee in a newly renovated cafe. Definitely recommend if you're in Suwanee!
