Cinnamon roll
Helen K.

This bakery serves a breakfast and lunch menu in addition to selling a wide range of pastries with a Korean flair. Of course they have a full coffee bar that also includes fruit ade drinks. The cafe itself is extremely large and has two spacious seating areas. There is plenty of parking outside. The cinnamon roll was spot on and I also enjoyed the egg tart which I put in the air fryer at home.

Our food was pretty good , they needed a bit bigger selection of pastries, but that could be the time of day we came in. Place was very clean and lots of different seating, options, booths , high top tables , coffee table seating . We had omelettes that Were made really nicely. Service was very pleasant, although The cashier server did not know English very well, so it made it hard to communicate like you wanted.

I have driven past this place and was wondering when it is going to open. I saw on Instagram they are having a soft opening and stopped by late afternoon. There's plenty of parking. It is at the end of the strip. Unfortunately, the selection of pastries is limited since it was late. But I got an almond croissant and a mocha bread. They also have nice selection of brunch items and drinks. The pastries were fresh, flakey and delicious. I thought they looked a bit overcooked (brown) but they were perfect. The have some promotions during the soft opening and there were plenty of space for inside seating and a few outside seating. There were actually quite busy when I stopped by. I'll be back to try their other items: egg tarts and brunch items. I can't wait for the grand opening. Also, they open until late unlike most brunch places.

Mango blended and Peach blended

Food is excellent here, very flavorful. My girlfriend had the avocado toast with fresh fruit, and the mango blended, and I had the chicken and waffle with fries, and the peach blended. The service was good. You just walk in, and they take your order at the counter and give you a restaurant pager. When the pager goes off, you return the pager and pick up your food. The ambiance is pretty cool. It's very chill and relaxed. We are definitely coming back here again. The restaurant was very clean and food was delish!

(Late post - visited in Oct 2024) We came in on a Friday afternoon for lunch. It was easy to find and plenty of parking. You order at the cashier and pick up your own desserts/pastries. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich with fries. It was good. Wouldn't say it was so delicious to reorder it or recommend it. But it was okay. The pastries are where they failed. I ended up throwing all of them away. They were dry!! Don't recommend. Service was great, but the desserts were mehhhh.

***FOOD: Pretty Good baked goods, certainly a great variety, buns and sandwiches were good. It's definitely a Korean bakery. ***COST (OUT OF 4$)$$ buns sandwiches & drinks on par with other bakeries. ***DÉCOR: very cute, bright, upscale, hip and cool. Very relaxing. Great for get togethers, studying, doing work. Lots of seating, sectioned off areas to do work or conversation. Lots of parking ***SERVICE: baristas and servers were slow. ***RECOMMEND: Yes would RECOMMEND. Definitely would go again if in the area

Come on a non Friday and the vibe is so different! The music is softer and jazzier. Good place to get work done.

The Bake just opened up in Duluth. Went to the soft opening (discounts btw) and had a few drinks and pastries. Really good for what they have so far. Not the full menu yet. The egg tart is my favorite by far and I can see why it sells out so fast. Definitely plan to go back once it's fully open to try out the rest of the menu.

Such a cozy vibe inside. Amazing flavors on desserts. Lots of unique options and decent prices!

Their space is nice and spacious! There was lot of parking in this complex. We came on a weekend afternoon and there weren't too many bread selections. We ordered a blueberry cheesecake instead and the cheesecake was good but kind of small for the price. The matcha latte was mid. The mitsugaru smoothie did not taste like much either, very watered down tasting. The coffee was pretty good though. Overall, since it their soft opening they are probably still in training mode. The service was friendly but you could definitely they were newer. This is a nice place to hangout with friends and will probably be back and hopefully there will be more bread options.

A pretty solid Korean bakery cafe that serves a variety of pastries (salted bread, garlic or almond croissant, mocha bread, bressane, chocolate scones, egg tart, etc). I tried the egg tart and garlic croissant - egg tart was average, garlic croissant was very flaky and light. Their beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies) are pretty classic to most cafes (fruit smoothies, black sugar latte, americano, etc). My husband usually gets strawberry banana smoothie wherever he goes and he said his was really good. I got the sweet latte, which is condensed milk, espresso, and milk. Tastes like a less intense version of a Vietnamese coffee or what Korean cafes would describe as "house iced coffee." They also serve bingsoo and food items (sandwiches and such). There shouldn't be a problem finding something for everyone. There's several food and drinks items that are still yet to be introduced to the cafe. I saw a poster for decaf cold brew, tomato basil bread, peach violet tea, and some other unique items that you wouldn't see around the local area. This place is also pretty spacious. There's another separate room at the far side of the cafe where you could have privacy meetings or intimate gatherings. The main area is large too, with booths and several tables, along with an outside patio. Parking is not a problem here. The cafe is tucked in the corner of a large plaza without much traffic.

Loved everything! I did not expect to get two avocado toast in one order. And the eggs!! It was all really good. Definitely will visit again.

The croffle was so good, the mango bingsu was refreshing and delicious, and I'm obsessed that the watermelon drink is back for the summer I also love the new upgrade -- the skewer area with the tent camping vibes is such a cute and cozy touch. The atmosphere feels super fun and unique now. Jasmine was amazing and so friendly, which made the experience even better. Great food, great vibes, and great service every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots to come back to!

When I came to ChuChat, they were offering this Melon Bread that caught my eye! Once I confirmed that it was filled with cream, I was completely sold and didn't hesitate to get it. It tasted really good and the melon flavor came through in the crust on the bun and a little bit in the cream. I've never had anything like it and I'm slightly addicted! I also got their blueberry almond bread and that was solid, not as good as the melon bread, but still a more unique offering. The inside is clean, modern, and has somewhat private seating on the sides in variously designed open cubbies. I love the "private" side rooms because it feels just a little more comfortable and quiet sitting with just your friends. While John's Creek is quite a bit away from me, I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area! Looking forward to trying other items here.

We got here on a chilly Friday afternoon but instantly felt warm once we stepped in. After going through the choices and checking the display shelf, I went with the Zaffron Latte and Baklava to share with a friend. The latte was absolutely amazing and loved the subtle sweetness and fragrance of the saffron. In fact, I think it's my favorite latte I have ever had in the area! The Baklava was also delicious and filled with pistachios but not overly sweet. The staff/owners are also super welcoming and very nice! Seating is limited, but there is a huge parking lot in the front. I can't wait to come back for another latte and to try more of their baked goodies!

Upon our visit, the interior was quaint and very much looked like a coffee shop straight out of a movie setting. Food items (apart from bakery) are made to order which is always nice. Parking is plenty, however it is shared with the neighboring businesses. The barista was extremely nice and was beyond willing to give her opinion on items. My husband and I each ordered a drink (mine was the super yummy Honey Milk Safron) and shared a small selection of banana nut muffin bites. The drinks were great and we'd love to come back to try their food items as well!

You can check them out here https://hanselgretelbakerycafe.com/our-bakeries/ I would list them for you but I'm too busy munching on the baked goods. The location is small but cozy. Sometimes big isn't always better...don't you dare...this is a family friendly website. The only other one I've been to is the one in Suwanee or Duluth...I can't remember. I go there whenever I go to my hairdresser. They don't have as much baked good as the other locations but there is a Hmart down a few walks down so maybe they have an agreement that they won't sell as much baked goods...I don't know I'm just making it up as I go. The boba tea is pretty bad. But to be fair no body but me comes here for boba tea. They do use whole milk and there is not option for other stuff like lactose free. Their basic coffee which is Americano is pretty good. It's mild, light and not too bitter. It's typical Asian coffee where it's more tea like than bitter. The baked good are good and always fresh.
