Saturday Lunch with my mom at Pho House!! I got the bánh cuốn, and my mom got the phở bò. The food came out hot and the service was very fast. The bánh cuốn it's delicious, let meat tasted fresh and the dipping sauce was well seasoned. My mom said the Pho broth is delicious, and the meat was very tender. The egg roll was over fried, but if it wasn't it would've been a solid egg roll. The bun bo hue isn't quite authentic, but I still enjoyed it. It's got a kick, so ask for less spicy if you're not trying to get the sniffles. I also ordered the pork chop rice as takeout for my partner. It's called "com tam bi suon cha." My husband has been talking about this place forever so we decided to dine here for lunch a few weeks ago. It had been raining the entire week and the best meal to have when the weathers wet and cold is Pho. The pho here is good. You can taste all the spices used in the photo broth. I don't really know how to explain this restaurant. This was my first time here and I think the first time to a restaurant like this. A friend recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. I have had spring rolls but not sure about the "pho". It was quite when we entered and it was clean. The staff was nice. I did have a little trouble communicating with the greater/waiter. Our neighbors helped is in deciding what we should eat. Based off of the raive reviews they provided it was very helpful in making our decision. I still didn't try the pho but I ended up getting some spring rolls and some fried rice with chicken and some other dish that I don't remember the name of. The food was good and it came out hot and fresh thats always a plus. They had a nice atmosphere and I am sure I will be returning soon. I only wish the staff were more accommodating for first timers, I wasn't really sure what to order or what to expect. Today on Thanksgiving day on Thursday, November 27, 2025 I went to this Pho House restaurant in Duluth Georgia because I've been driving to three Vietnamese food restaurant where I normally go to in Georgia, but all three of those restaurants are closed for Thanksgiving so I don't live in Atlanta Georgia or any county or city in Georgia. I drove up from Knoxville Tennessee to drive down to the Asian Vietnamese community in Atlanta Georgia in the northeast Atlanta area so I've been driving to three Vietnamese restaurants to eat some fun but I'd drive to three places they are closed so I find this place on Apple Maps so I drive there. I thought it was closed cause I thought there was an employee walking in, but it was actually another customer going into eat as well and that's relieved me because I haven't eaten anything all day from driving down to Georgia. Is there to eat beef pho rice noodles soup. So I find the closest restaurant which is this restaurant the restaurant server he and she was very nice as soon a walk inside of their restaurant the restaurant greeter bring me to their available table and bring me to the table. Give me a picture of water in a silver metal cup and I took my time while I decided to to order our order myself some a large bowl of pho beef brisket, and meatball rice noodle soup and a cup of sweet tea. The server and a restaurant greeter was extremely nice to me. I haven't run any type of issues from this restaurant so this is my first time here and good service here and give them a 20% tip so I just wanna spend my brunch Thanksgiving at this Vietnamese pho restaurant in Duluth, Georgia a.k.a. pho house. And it's plenty of parking spaces. You can park anywhere up to your preference as long. Stopped by last Sunday beforw hitting 10-hour drive trip back home. We searched couple places and decided to come here despite their not-so-great review, my cousin recommended this place also. Got seated right away and decided to try their pho. We ordered 5 large, 1 small as we did not know how big the size was. When they brought out, we quite shocked but still eat it anyway. Later, we asked for dipping plates, they gave the to-go container. Seriously, what kind of pho place doesn't have the small plate/dipping bowl for siracha?? The entire meal, nobody came to ask how we were doing or refilled our water, but there were server standing chit-chat with their regulars or playing on the phone. It's fine, that's how most of pho service is. Time to pay, the guy asked my brother how the meal was. Finally. But they charge us 20% for service.. I got it since we have 6 tops plus 2 kids but they don't deserve 20% tips, even though we always tips extra as I have kids= messes. I worked/co-manange at pho place for 8 years and 3 years at belgian restanrant so I'm really confident to say how good service should be. Since my brother paid and told me about the service charge after we left, otherwise I would say something. When we ordered size large, we don't know how big as our fault for not asking, just looking around and assuming but as the server, they should use their instinct to inform us that the size is quite large. We are small frame, not big people so the large size is good enough for 2 of us. They did not care since more money, more tips for them. The pho was great, even the vè dòn is quite fatty that made me stop eating half way. If I visited GA again, I never come back here! read more

I liked this restaurant in Duluth, GA just outside of Atlanta and I appreciated many things besides the good vegetarian dishes. First, I liked the cleanliness of the place, especially where we ate. Pho House gets pretty busy and I'm not too sure why, maybe because it's closer than the rest of the choices in the area? I've tried a few dishes and I'm not too much of a fan. I had their egg rolls, pho tai, pho ga, shaking beef, and grilled pork rice dish. Their pho tai was okay, again, the meat still had an odd taste like when I tried it when they first opened. Their pho ga comes with almost no meat and was super bland. They don't provide you with the salt mixture to dip the chicken, just some fish sauce. The grilled pork is okay, not my favorite in terms of flavor. Shaking beef is probably their best dish that I've had so far and the only dish I will return for. Egg rolls are a bit pricey. They come with two and have been over fried and thin. Service isn't great as it gets busy and they're constantly running out of one of the pho dishes we try to order. Water doesn't get refilled when asked and you walk up to the counter to pay. They've often given the incorrect amount of change to us by giving us less. read more

I really enjoy Pho House. It's not very often that I get a hankering for pho but this is definitely my go-to. I always get the pho tai and I've always been happy with it. The service has been very polite and attentive and they have accommodated any request. I explained I couldn't have rare meat or raw bean sprouts and they steamed the sprouts for me and boiled the meat before putting it in my soup. Our table had all the usual fixings, sriracha, hoisin and fish sauce and we were also given the usual garnishes of lime, basil, jalapeños and even some culantro (which you don't see often)! I really like how spacious this restaurant is. Love the high ceiling in this spot. Pho prices seem to be a bit higher price here but haven't had a bad bowl of pho yet so far. They also have a couple of pho bowl sizes you can choose from for most of the options. They also other meal options outside of pho. The shrimp rolls taste pretty good but they were pretty small/skinny than some of the other places. Love how they have an oxtail pho available here. Also, I appreciate how quickly they try to seat you upon arrival. Mark this place down as a Duluth/Pleasant Hill light night option spot. read more

This is one of my favorite place to get pho in Atlanta. The broth is perfected with immense flavor that is not overwhelmed by strong cinnamon like several other pho restaurants in the area. They use a tenderloin cut for their rare steak, so it is very tender and not dry like restaurants that use a subpar eye round cut. The portion is much larger than other places. Their medium is a large at some places, and their large is XL, and their XL is enough to feed 2 people. read more

My new favorite place for pho in Duluth. I have tried almost all of the pho places within 10 miles radius. The service is quick when it is not crowded, can be a short wait if it is lunch hours. I normally ordered pho tai bo vien. The broth is rich enough in flavor, but the cinnamon is not as strong as my liking. The tai (steak) is tenderized. The bo vien (meatball) is fresh with elasticity. The large here is actually XL elsewhere. The portion is huge, but not just broth filled like most places. They actually gives a lot of noodle and tai and bo vien. My dad ordered the oxtail pho and he said the oxtail quality isn't great. My mom ordered bun bo hue, and the flavor is authentic and spicy as it is supposed to be. We were seated immediately. They were very accommodating. My first time eating pho. Everything was nice and fresh. I think I'm just super Americanized because I wasn't impressed. My best friend enjoyed it. I think bc she was getting over a cold. It was just ok to me. I wanted some crab Rangoon or some dumplings but I think I'm confusing this with a ramen spot. There are a myriad of Pho options in Duluth, however this place specializes in it. They have menu options that I've never seen at other pho restaurants. I ordered the Pho House Special with beef ribs and it was absolutely delicious! I only deducted one star because I asked for no onions, and they still included the onions. I came here after asking my Vietnamese hair stylist the best place for pho - he said Pho House, and b/c they're the most authentic too. He said the flavors are different for North vs. South Vietnam -- this place is South Vietnamese cuisine, whereas somewhere like Pho Dai Loi (another favorite of mine) is North. BUN CHA GIO THIT NUONG - $8.99 I tried their bun too -- chose this one b/c it had both the chargrilled pork and egg rolls ... entree & appetizer in one :) Loved my bun esp. b/c instead of the shredded lettuce that everyone else does (and I can't stand it when they use shredded iceberg) -- this place uses just the herbs for their greens, plus cucumbers, picked carrots and radish, chopped peanuts, bean sprouts and scallions. Everything was so fresh, yummy and satisfying. For my sauce I added all the accompanying fish sauce, and then some garlic chili sauce, hoisin and sriracha ... not too much, just enough to give it a kick. Portion was very good - somehow I managed to have enough leftovers for a 2nd meal at home, and added some spinach to make it even healthier, lol! I think this might be my new favorite place for bun. This is the first time in years since I have been back to pho house and I will not come back based on tonight's event. We, a party of four came in around 8pm and order the following: -Pho Ha Noi (2) -Pho Ga -Bun mam -Banh Cuong I first order bun mam but cancel and ask for Pho ha noi. The waiter gave us two orders of bun mam instead of two pho ha noi. My dinning companion took the bun mam anyways even tho we didn't order it but I told the waiter that they have mixed up my order. This is after a 15 minutes wait that our other companion already got his pho ga. The duration between each of us getting our orders were 15-20 minutes apart and this caused each of us to eat separately or risk our foods getting cold while waiting to dine together. After a good 45 minutes, my order still did not come out. I told my waiter that I want to cancel because everyone else in our party already ate and I no longer want to keep waiting. He saids okay, then went into the kitchen and another waiter brought out my order. Can you believe it? Almost 45minutes +, everyone in my party already finished their meals and I finally got my food? The food is decent to mediocre but the service and the way they handle their customer makes me not want to come back ever. Also, we were charged for two bun mam and we paid it and left. I do not want to discourage people to come here but so keep in mind that you should make sure ur waiter understands what u are ordering and Tell them to make sure your party/dinning companion can eat together. This place is by far one of the best pho restaurants I've been to. I'm not vietnamese, so I'm not sure about other dishes, but their pho broth is on POINT. It's just as good as homemade pho to me. I've brought so many people here and they've all loved it. My fiance never usually finishes his pho + broth, but here he KILLED it. I love the different options that they have for pho (beef ribs & ox tail pho is so good) I live in Sugar Hill and yes, there are other places I could go to that are closer, but nothing beats this place. Food is amazing, service is not bad (I can tell they're trying, but also being rushed at the same time and look stressed). If you're ever in the area and craving for some amazing food, come here! After coming back multiple times, an update was due. The restaurant has a couple of solid dishes that make us come back. Location: It is located right off exit 104 in a shopping which offers plenty of parking. Service: They take our orders promptly and food comes out within 10 min majority of the time. Food: I love their chicken pho - the broth tastes clean and the dipping sauce is delicious. The chicken is very soft. My friends also get the com ga xoi mo and the banh cuon and enjoy it. This is my son's favorite Pho restaurant. He even asked to go here for his birthday dinner back in April. He is a huge fan of pho and spring rolls. We have enjoyed every visit, even take-out orders. During both visits, the bathroom was missing either paper towels or soap. That drives me nuts! It also makes me question the cleanliness of the entire business, although the dining area and tables seemed decent. In my last visit, I came in with my SO for a late lunch. We were in the area running errands. Parking is shared between the businesses in this massive shopping center. Never had an issue with finding a spot. The place was busy but no packed. We were seated immediately and given our water shortly after. We started with the shrimp spring rolls. They were fresh and the peanut sauce had the right sweetness. My SO ordered a large P14 vegetarian pho (tofu and veggies - $9.99) and I the chargrilled pork with vermicelli, vegetables, peanuts, and fish sauce on the side ($8.99). Big portions and they don't skimp on meats and vegetables. We had a hard time finishing our entrees due to the sizes. My pork was tender and seasoned well. My SO's broth was rich and was the right amount of flavor for him. It had room for sriracha and hoisin sauce, which we usually add to our soups. There's something about trial and error that has you coming to an educated opinion about a place or a dish that gives you the ability to know where something is at and a place worth going to. Atlanta has not been kind in terms of giving me good pho options. My last two experiences were mediocre at best and that's not say a whole lot. Pho is one of those dishes that you need to get right and conceptually it isn't hard to do but it is time consuming and tedious but worth it when you find yourself sitting in front of a bowl that has your name on it. That being said, Pho House is a great place. Can't say I can give it a full 5 stars since it's missing elements that'll complete it but it is worth going to if you find yourself in the Duluth area. Upon entry, Pho House has a very classic Vietnamese feel of your basic ambiance of Vietnamese music, the smell of broth and basil, and the attempt to create a Hanoi street vibe. It looked clean but then again, I went around a little after 10 am. I decided to go with the P1 x-large. THIS DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL!!! The XL is a huge bowl filled to the brim with brisket, tendon, meatballs, and fillet beef. The downside is that it's missing the tripe which is a pho necessity so I was a little disappointed at that. The broth was hot. Not quite so much flavor and laced with copious amounts of MSG so it was lacking in terms of actual flavor but more than what my past experiences were and all your basic pho condiments. I looked down to discover at least half a meal of "something" on the floor along with soiled napkins. It was my First time dine-in at Viet restaurant after a long time eating at home since Covid 19 and since I moved here. The restaurant is nice and clean compared to those greasy looking Viet in Houston. We came with a group of 10 people around lunch time and shortly got seated. They surely follow the health codes by checking your temperature and providing hand sanitizer before you sit down. All the staff wear masks and gloves while serving. Bo tai Lan 4/5. Unlike the traditional Pho, They stir the beef with garlic outside so the Pho is so tasty and flavorful. Deep Fried chicken leg 4/5. Yummy yummy. Crunchy chicken skin outside, but not too oily, leaving the inside juicy...barely seasoned, served with fish sauce and fried rice or white rice. Bo luc lac-3.5/5.. portion and the beef cut is little small than I thought. Sometimes the servers missed here and there coz nothing was provided on the table ( no chopsticks, no spoon..), but in general service was great. Will definitely come back to try more dishes.
