I was in the area after eating Iron Guys and decided somewhere that sold some Bubble Tea and this place was listed on Yelp. I came inside Super H Mart and the Asian employee/owner was super friendly. They ran some daily bubble tea specials that was only $1.99. I ordered their red guava with popping bubbles and Thai tea. It was excellent and for the price, it amazing. If you check in with Yelp, they give you a free small Thai Tea. I recommend anybody who is in the area or inside Super H Marr to come and check this place out. I will definitely be back again!

Probably not the best idea to get Thai and Chinese noodle items off the menu-especially since their store name has Pho in it. pad Thai-super sweet. It definitely satiated my sweet tooth, but it was overbearing at times so I had to dip it in sriracha to finish it. Chow fun noodles-it felt like it needed to be stir fried longer because there was a lot of sauce on the plate-but the taste was spot on. I recommend mixing the noodles right away before the noodles stick together shrimp curry noodles-The only complaint would be the shrimp-Wish they'd clean out their shrimp better, but the overall taste was good Don't forget to check in here to collect your free small thai tea!

Ordered pad thai from here tonight and I essentially got a big container of insipid mush. The noodles were boiled for way too long, the seasoning was non-existent, and there were onions (onions!), mushy ones no less, mixed throughout. Proper pad Thai is supposed to have a signature sweet/sour taste, noodles with texture, and perhaps most importantly, the wok-fried, somewhat charred flavor. What I got would be perfectly suitable for geriatric people with no teeth- that's how soft everything was. Also ordered a Thai bubble tea that was equally disappointing.

Sometimes this place is a hit or miss. Some days the pho is amazing and some days it's just bland. It's always nice to grocery shop and then stop to get a quick bowl of pho. I ordered the combo pho without tripe. Tonight wasnt that great and we ordered taro boba and it was too icy and not enough boba mix. I'd still come back but maybe try something else

I went there today 09/25/18 for lunch and Thai Tom Yum Soup and it was AMAZING! It had the perfect blend of of spice and sourness. The cashier was patience with me and took the time to explain everything to me, I so looking forward to going back soon! I wish I had a pic to show put I wolfed that soup down so fast! lol

I drive across the county for a meal here. Best food, friendliest service, of any Vietnamese restaurant I've ever eaten in.

The portion here is hugeeeee. We couldn't finish it and had enough left over for dinner. The crispy pork was very crispy. We liked that the sauce was served separately. This dish is lightly battered fried shrimp with a soy sauce bases sauce with red pepper and black pepper spices. It also features other sautéed veggies like green peppers and onions. The shrimp were spiced nicely, but also had the flavor of black pepper coming through. A lot of places don't get that right. The perfect mix of that spice red pepper heat and hint of black pepper are exactly why I love about this dish. The shrimp were fried perfectly and the veggies deliciously sauted. The Haemul Jjampong was a flavor and spice bomb. The broth was so flavorful and had a great essence of the seafood in it (squid, mussels, abalone). This soup is also for people not afraid of the spice...it was SPICY, but no so much that it was unenjoyable. The spice complemented the flavor and I loved it. The take-home of the leftovers was just as good the next day! If I had to say anything that they might think of changing, would be the addition of kimchi to the banchan. The banchan was ddanmuji (pickled radish, raw white onions, marinated white onion slivers, and soy marinated peanuts). A little plate mat kimchi to wrap around the Jjampong noodles would be perfection.

I do feel we could have just done it all at home but they have these special bowls and machines that cook it all right there. I was looking more forward to making it ourselves but the ladies in there handled almost everything. The prices were a little higher in my opinion and she definitely had a lot of suggestions to add to your bowl ( a la carte.) We let the kids get the Squid Games cookies which were $6 each (ouch) but wanted to have the whole experience. I don't have the desire to go back as the ramen in there could be found anywhere. Parking was easy, it's in a plaza and the ambience was cool for a kid while the ramen was only as good as the combination you created. The prices need to be lowered and a bowl should at least include some of the items such as an egg and you shouldn't be charged separately. I would also suggest the cookies come down to at least $3. I wish for the kids to be able to do their own bowl and not be hovered around. Cute place but one and done.

Service: 5/5 Food: 3.5-4/5…read moreAmbiance: 4 We were seated very quickly. The menu was short and simple with lunch menus that were pretty well priced. The store itself was not clean. Some of the furniture were stained/coming apart, the restroom was littered with trash/did not have paper towels. We opted for the SESAME CHICKEN + KUNG PAO CHICKEN + PAN FRIED PAO PORK. The sesame chicken was not crispy fried and the sauce was very sweet. The kung pao chicken was a taste that I've never had in this dish ... sweet with a little bit of spice. The pan fried dumplings were okay as well- not the best I've had but okay. In general, this was an okay food stop but I do not see myself driving purposely over here to eat.

We tried the soup dumplings, which didn't have as much broth as expected, and a chicken and shrimp dish that was supposed to be spicy but came out tasting pretty sweet instead. When we mentioned it to our server, they offered chili oil, which was nice, but I would've preferred to experience the dish as it was intended. The interior is simple and it works fine as a spot for a quick bite. That said, I was specifically craving solid Szechuan flavors, and there are definitely better options nearby if that's what you're looking for. But worth a try if you're in the area or as takeout food too!

I loved Kari House and will definitely return--maybe weekly. :) The host was extremely friendly and hospitable, and continued to help us with water, napkins, and whatever we needed while we ate. The food was excellent! Teh Tarik was delicious and sweet, reminded me of Milk tea but of a greater concentration of tea. I loved the roti canai and will order extra roti next time, it was crunchy, hot, and chewy, definitely fresh. The Laksa noodles were delicious but the standout to me was the Chicken Rice, which was cooked perfectly tender and the accompanying rice was flavorful and moist. If you don't like skin on chicken, be aware that this dish authentically leaves the skin on. The sauces were a great addition to an already delicious meal. They have a lunch special on weekdays that I highly recommend, great value at $18 and comes with three items! Can't wait to go back!

The chicken rice was somewhat questionable - not sure why they chose to use grainy rice (or with rice bran?), and it kinda gave a smell that it went bad, if so, probably wasn't kept well after cooking. Threw it away after a few attempts. Should've called the business to let them know, but the day was busy.. Roti was, okay, probably would've been better if eaten right away, would not recommend for a take-out but eat in. Curry sauce was good, with bits of potato to entertain the palette. Cute little space with patronage in and out. Having a Malay close by for an option, definitely a blessing tho.
