    Chicken Banh mi

Hard to miss the location on the pleasant hill rd. The prices are decent (match up to similar banh mi places in the area). Ideal for togo, there isnt seating inside (outside the waiting benches for pick up orders). The drive thru isnt operational as of writing the review. The service was super slow. The banh mi itself was alright (not bad but also not something that would want make you want to go back).

This is my 2nd times I came here. I am so disappointed with the sides very small portion for vegetables with 6 sandwiches. Besides the vegetables was not fresh at all and the meat very salty. I will leave the pictures and let the customers judge the rest.

Love how quaint this location is. The menu is pretty straight forward and easy to decipher. The ingrediants used were fresh and the people who work here are authentically Vietnamese which means the food will be authentic. Atmosphere definitely leans to quick service. There is no dining area and it's leaned for a grab and go type service. Drive through is not yet working but it's easy to find parking and go inside. Worth a look and I like supporting small local businesses. The other reviewer just seems very negative as a majority of their reviews are disparaging. I wouldn't give it too much weight as it allegedly appears that they just like to complain!

The menu is HUGE and has fusion from all countries so it's easy to find something for everyone. I got an ube coconut drink and then my fiance and I shared the popcorn chicken, steak lomo saltado, and their garlic noodles with salmon. It didn't take too long for everything to come out and portion sizes were HUGE! I would have never been able to finish a plate by myself lol I think even the app itself would have filled me up. Everything was super flavorful and I would definitely recommend all three plates I tried. If I had to pick for my fav it would be the garlic noodles though. The shopping center is kinda wack but I'll definitely be back at the BEP corner!

The food on the other hand was good, just slightly expensive but it's a decent portion. An entree is definitely shareable between two people. I ordered the ribeye fried rice which comes to about $24 and a salted coffee for $7. Coffee was nice and strong-- not too sweet, while the food was perfectly seasoned in my opinion. Meat was tender and the fried rice was very garlicky which I enjoyed. My only complaint is that my fried egg was slightly burnt and I did not like the cilantro sauce the rice came with but it didn't ruin the experience completely. Overall not bad place to try and I'd like to come back to try their other menu items

Definitely can see and taste the quality they put in in their dishes and careful touches for balancing the taste. Definitely will return to try all they got to offer. Friendly, accommodating staffs that are eager to engage with you. Wish they can set up better quality tables in and out to cater to larger groups. Less plastic packaging/wastes would be a thoughtful plus.

There's not a lot to say about the ambience as it's a small eating area inside. There were a few tables outside if you wanted to eat outside. The menu as of March 2026 is small and simple which I do prefer. It's more likely to have higher quality and better tasting food when the menu is small! I ordered their Bun Rieu to go and the banh cuon for dine in. They give a variety of meat for the Banh cuon which is cinnamon ham (Cha Que), viet ham (cha lua), and fermented ham (nem chua). It's garnished with fried shallots, and served with your typical bean sprouts and fish sauce. I thought there was a good ratio of Woodear mushrooms and ground pork inside the rice rolls. I noticed their Banh cuon is not as greasy as other places I've tried which I also really enjoyed. The fish sauce was a perfect level of sweet and salty. All it was missing was Thai chilis as I like my fish sauce spicy! I have not tried the bun rieu yet but will score them 10/10 on the to go packaging as the bowl has the broth separated from the noodles so it doesn't get soggy! I will definitely be back.

We were sat right away when we walked in and were handed some menus. Half the menu was unreadable from being wiped so many times, but we were interested in their lunch special. We ordered the beef pho, combination black pepper sauce and pork banh mi. The service is no frills. They literally dropped a bottle of water off and you have to pour it yourself. They never check on you after dropping off the food. On to the food, the portions are a good size. The beef pho has a nice broth flavor with served slices of beef. The combination black pepper sauce comes in a pot and I like that it was piping hot and the flavor is good and the rice got crispy. I ordered the sandwich to bring home, but they don't provide to go boxes. So bring your own if you want to take leftovers. It took me a while to get the servers attention to pay. You are able to Apple Pay table side, which was convenient. Overall 3.5* for value but definitely not service.
