Great food, great service, hardworking & friendly staff! 10/10 My favorite is the Bun Rieu Soup, i've introduced many of my friends & coworkers to Quang Ông Mập & they all have said great things. The food is true to Vietnamese flavors & has a perfect portion filled with much broth, meats & veggies for $15 considering other places charge $20+ for a bowl. It's also good to note that when you're buying food from here, you're also supporting someone's dream to open a small business. You're able to eat in the cafeteria or call ahead to place a to-go order. The To-Go packaging has EVERYTHING you need & is greatly packaged to prevent spillage. I ordered 8 to go bowls & not a single one spilled. While the business is new, you can tell everyone is trying their best & putting their all into making improvements to make it a great one.

Bún Riêu($15.00, Rice Vermicelli, Crab, Spare Ribs, Pork Blood Pudding, Fish Cake)

Bottom Line: I would not recommend this place. While they are very hospitable, the quality of the food does not match the price and fall below expectations of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Atmosphere: This is a restaurant in the food court of City Farmers Market. Very good lighting and tables are spaced apart well. With a simple menu consisting of only five entrees(each $15.00), two appetizers, and seven drinks, you will have a very easy time deciding what you want to eat. Food: I got the Bún Riêu($15.00, Rice Vermicelli, Crab, Spare Ribs, Pork Blood Pudding, Fish Cake). The bowl came out hot and fresh, but it looked like a somewhat watered down Bún Riêu and oddly tasted more like Phó with lime juice. They had the tender "fall apart" crab meat, but I wish they had actual crab meatballs as well. Overall, this didn't taste the way I expected it to. Service: The cashier was very kind and considerate. He was patient with me when ordering as my friend wanted to eat from a different restaurant and I wanted time my order for them both to come out around the same time. When my meal was ready, he brought my bowl to my table along with garnishes while most restaurants here call you to the counter to get your meal yourself. Overall: I think that this place has potential. I don't see it getting much business, but the only real thing they lack in my opinion is their recipes. The atmosphere is nice for a food court and they are very hospitable compared to most food court restaurants you've probably experienced, but if they could explore different ways to prepare their dishes, I may return.

Finally I found my spot for canh bun - very flavorful. Good customer service. Will certainly come back to try other dish on menu

The menu is HUGE and has fusion from all countries so it's easy to find something for everyone. I got an ube coconut drink and then my fiance and I shared the popcorn chicken, steak lomo saltado, and their garlic noodles with salmon. It didn't take too long for everything to come out and portion sizes were HUGE! I would have never been able to finish a plate by myself lol I think even the app itself would have filled me up. Everything was super flavorful and I would definitely recommend all three plates I tried. If I had to pick for my fav it would be the garlic noodles though. The shopping center is kinda wack but I'll definitely be back at the BEP corner!

The food on the other hand was good, just slightly expensive but it's a decent portion. An entree is definitely shareable between two people. I ordered the ribeye fried rice which comes to about $24 and a salted coffee for $7. Coffee was nice and strong-- not too sweet, while the food was perfectly seasoned in my opinion. Meat was tender and the fried rice was very garlicky which I enjoyed. My only complaint is that my fried egg was slightly burnt and I did not like the cilantro sauce the rice came with but it didn't ruin the experience completely. Overall not bad place to try and I'd like to come back to try their other menu items

From the outside it is modest and easy to miss but inside it feels warm casual and full of life. It has that neighborhood energy where you can tell people have been coming for years. The service is quick and straightforward yet still friendly in a genuine way. The pho is the highlight. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful with a clean finish that shows it has been simmered for hours. It is the kind of broth you keep sipping even after everything else is gone. The noodles are cooked just right and the portions are generous. The meat is tender and fresh and pairs perfectly with the herbs lime and sauces on the side. It is not trying to be trendy or upscale and that is exactly why it works. If you want comforting authentic pho that hits every time this place delivers.

So far I have had the pho twice, the rice cubes, and the shaking beef. Everything tasted great. Big parking lot for free parking. It is amazing how similar my visits have been. Staff was not as attentive as I would have like. My table had everything I needed so my meal was not interrupted. Getting my bill took longer than expected. I think the servers do not want to interrupt your meal but I wish they would come by more often. This place looks a little rough on the outside but it is extremely clean and some what fancy on the inside. The combination Pho has all the different types of meat. Can't say the interior is that much better either, though it does remind me of Vietnam and family gatherings. Service is slow, and some things take longer to come out than others. If you care about starting your meal at the same time, I would recommend ordering things to share since it can take 15 minutes between the first dish and last to come out. The food here is good! I don't typically get Vietnamese because I eat enough of it at home, but there's a good variety here where it's worth coming for. What my family, and my cousin in particular, really like from here is the bò lúc lắc or shaking beef. The spring rolls that you make yourself is also quite nice.

We were sat right away when we walked in and were handed some menus. Half the menu was unreadable from being wiped so many times, but we were interested in their lunch special. We ordered the beef pho, combination black pepper sauce and pork banh mi. The service is no frills. They literally dropped a bottle of water off and you have to pour it yourself. They never check on you after dropping off the food. On to the food, the portions are a good size. The beef pho has a nice broth flavor with served slices of beef. The combination black pepper sauce comes in a pot and I like that it was piping hot and the flavor is good and the rice got crispy. I ordered the sandwich to bring home, but they don't provide to go boxes. So bring your own if you want to take leftovers. It took me a while to get the servers attention to pay. You are able to Apple Pay table side, which was convenient. Overall 3.5* for value but definitely not service.
