First time at a Michelin restaurant! Food was good but not great. Big servings. Very casual atmosphere. Parking lot is a little small. Service was great!

Nam Phuong is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in all of Atlanta. You just can not find better. The food is always delicious and the service is friendly and fast. Your food will come fast and hot. My favorite to get is the family dinner for 4. As for the soup, get the shrimp: my opinion it's better than the fist. The shaking beef, catfish casserole are solid choices. The chicken wings are fabulous, the sweet and tangy sauce is perfect. I was in Atlanta for 3 days and ate here 2 times. Just can get enough of the food here, simply the best.

I love Nam Phuong...but I tried something new that was just okay. I had the bahn xao and was not that impressed. Happier with the make your own spring roles, shaking beef, and pho. Service was good. I'll go back to my good ol' standard dishes next visit!

We came here for some delicious food la on our tour along Beaufort Highway. This was stop number one. I got some spring rolls, rice cubes, crepes and some noodles. Everything we got was fantastic. I never knew places like this could be affiliated with Michelin star, but they were! I'd love to go back to try the Pho!

Absolutely delicious! I had family in town for work so we wanted to find something close to his hotel and this place came highly recommended. We decided on spring rolls, shaking beef, and vermicelli noodles. The spring rolls were so fresh with just the perfect amount of herbs to really bring out the flavors. The shaking beef was a recommendation from our server and it did not disappoint. The vermicelli noodles were really good, but we didn't realize it was a cold dish. Watching everyone around us getting pho gave us a bit of fomo, but decided we'll have to come back for it another time. Service is so great. The food comes out quick, everyone is so friendly, the restaurant has such a warm atmosphere and all the guests were visibly enjoying as well. If you're in the area and looking for pho, go give this place a try!

The best dishes were the shaking beef and papaya salad. The rest of the food was fresh but lacking in flavor. The service was attentive. Ambience was decent and clean. The place was filled the entire time.

I've been here a couple of times and always get the chicken pho (which is sooo good); but today I decided to try their vermicelli noodles and I'm so glad I did! I got the BBQ pork and it was delicious, the meet was well seasoned, the portion works great and the whole dish was pretty good. Even when the place was busy, our food came in time. The staff here is always very welcoming and they answer questions about the menu. The restaurant is comfortable, casual and relaxed. If you're in Buford Highway, visit this place for lunch

Came by on a Saturday around 11 and there was no wait. Service is attentive and quick. We ordered the special pho and special vermicelli. The food was fine but we both thought they were too salty - the soup for the pho and the meat toppings with my noodles. After adding fish sauce it helped the noodles be less dry but there wasn't much additional flavor. It could be that they are catering more towards western palates with their Michelin Guide distinction.

First time getting Vietnamese food and it was great. Had the bot chien and the pho with moist brisket. The bot chien was unlike anything I've had before. It is fried rice patty that is cute into cubes. The texture reminded me of fish, very soft gelatinous inside with a fried crunchy outside. The pho was wonderful, very light broth and the brisket was tender. They give you plenty of cilantro, lime, bean sprouts along with some nice sauces to add, like some chili sauce. Service was a little slow along with getting one of our dishes served first for our party of two and the other coming out 5 minutes later. They are very busy so it is understandable that they lose track with everything going on. I would love to come back and try many other things as the menu is full of delicious looking options.

I'm surprised that it took me so long to try this place - it is so good! We came in for dinner and we were promptly seated. A server got us chilled water and handed us menus. Now, the menu is exhaustive - there are SO MANY options. We, eventually, got the summer rolls, shrimp in curry and coconut milk and chicken fried rice. The main courses are generous! The shrimp was so good - that curry tasted delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Normally, I love Nam Phuong as I go to for a nice bowl of pho. On this visit, I noticed they had new bowls that were very shallow and a lot less content. Very little noodles and meat to match. I can understand the price increase over the years to keep cost constant, but now with these new bowls I feel like a victim of shrink inflation. Not sure if I'll be back. I am truly sad.

Some of the best Vietnamese I've ever had (and I used to live in Asia)! Big big fan of the combo options - my vermicelli bowl came with an egg roll, some chicken, a couple shrimp, and sausage. All were delicious. Super filling, big portions. It seems like it's usually pretty busy, but there are plenty of tables and service is speedy. Def recommend and will be back to try more.

4.5 overall, very nice restaurant compared to other Vietnamese restaurants with solid pho, but I think it is their other dishes that make them stand out! We ordered the build your own pho, shaken beef, and pork and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls came first and were very fresh, I really enjoyed these. The pho itself was good but not much better compared to other pho I've had, the broth was decently flavorful and there was a generous portion of rice noodles. If anything, the noodle texture stood out as they remained chewy for a while before getting soggy, which was pleasant. The shaken beef however really stood out! The wok sear on the beef gave it a nice flavor, and surprisingly the fried rice it came with was light but also had an addictive flavor. I really enjoyed this dish! The interior is very spacious and much nicer compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, and the service was good. Overall solid food with their other dishes, like the shaken beef, that really stand out!!!

No, they do not have gift cards

    Vegan fish sauce?

Nam Phuong doesn’t have vegan/vegetarian options for fish sauce but they do have sweet soy sauce that pairs with crispy rice cubes, and goes really well with vegetarian dishes, especially rice vermicelli or crepe

The portions are generous, the quality is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the pho is as authentic as I've had anywhere. The depth of flavor in the broth, the freshness of the ingredients, and the balance of aromatics all hit exactly the right notes. My Vietnamese friends who eat here regularly have confirmed the same: this is the real deal. If you're looking for a place where the food speaks for itself--and speaks loudly--Pho Dai Loi 2 is it. When it comes to…read moreVietnamese food in metro Atlanta, I think this restaurant is among the better options and my Asian/Vietnamese foodie friends generally agree. Where this place lacks - at least in our experience today - is in service and ambiance (even by casual Vietnamese restaurant standards). Hu Tieu My Tho opened in October 2019 and is located in the popular Hong Kong Supermarket shopping center on Jimmy Carter Blvd, near I-85 exit 99. Locals know this as the hub for the Vietnamese community in Atlanta. On weekends and holidays, it can get crowded. The restaurant name comes from the Vietnamese dish "hu tieu," which is a clear rice noodle dish, and "My Tho," which is the specific southern city in Vietnam where this style of cuisine was perfected. This is not a pho restaurant. Instead, this place specializes in both hu tieu and "mi" (egg noodles) as well as other dishes like Vietnamese steak and eggs. It's fairly unique, which is a big part of the draw and appeal. Here's what three of us had: A1. Goi Cuon (2 for $5.50) x2 - spring rolls with shrimp and pork A3. Cha Gio (2 for $5.25) - fried egg rolls D15. Ca Phe Sua Da ($5.99) - Vietnamese coffee H3. Hu Tieu My Tho Dac Biet ($15.50) - House Special Rice Noodle Soup - char siu, crab, fish ball, pork liver, pork heart, ground pork, quail eggs, bone-on pork shank H6. Hu Tieu Nam Vang ($14.50) - Phnom Penh-style Rice Noodle Soup - char siu, shrimp, pork liver, pork heart, ground pork, quail egg, squid H10. Hu Tieu Bo Kho ($14.99) - Beef Stew Rice Noodle Soup - round and flank beef, carrots M5. Mi Hoanh Thanh ($14.50) - Wonton with Egg Noodle Soup - char siu, wontons Everything was fresh and tasty. When it comes to the hu tieu, the restaurant gives you the option of soft or firm noodle texture. In addition, you can get dishes "dry" (no soup) or with soup. If it's your first time, you should try the traditional way with soup. I really like the variety of hu tieu and mi offered here; for example, my friend likes the Phnom Penh-style noodle soup, which is Cambodian. Overall, I found the food to be solid all around. After we were initially seated and served, the staff never checked on us again. I think this was partly because they were busy. I noticed at least two other tables having the same problem we did -- having to flag down a server. As for ambiance, seating was tight. I actually refrained from ordering an extra dish because of the lack of table space. And, while not uncommon for Vietnamese restaurants, multiple tables weren't immediately cleaned. Also, the men's restroom was dirty. I'd like to return and try one of the steak and egg dishes; for example S1. Chao Xiu Mai ($15.99), S2. Banh Mi Chao Dac Biet ($18.99), or S3. Chao Bo Steak / Bo Xao ($16.75).

She recommended that I try - Hu Tieu Nam Vang or the Hu Tieu My Tho - I got the dark chicken rice noodle. I did a to go order. If you online there is no translation for the menu so I went there for translation. The menus in the store have English description and the guy at the register was helpful in answering my questions. I ended up trying dark chicken noodle soup because I wasn't brave enough yet for intestines etc. I shared my order with my 9 year old and were very pleased. The broth was well seasoned. It had lots of flavor and it wasn't salty. I asked for some sauces and they gave it to me with my order. It was so good and filling. I will definitely be back to try more soups and other dishes. This place is located in the plaza of the Hong Kong supermarket. Parking was pretty simple but it was full. Inside was quiet and there were very nice Christmas decorations. It's a very casual place.
