Everything is good about Saigon Blossoms except the parking situation. We had to circle the block three times before we finally snagged a spot. I definitely recommend parking at the Centro garage and just walking, it's about a 6 minute walk. As far as I can tell, you can't make reservations. But, it was easy enough to get a table for four here on a Sunday evening. The decor in here was delightful, the cherry blossom tree made the space feel so vibrant. We ordered the chicken skewers to share and these were just okay. They were a little small for a sharing portion. For my main, I got the chicken pho. This was flavorful but didn't blow me away and the chicken was actually a little dry. Overall, Saigon Blossoms was a good not great for me. I'm not sure it totally satisfied my pho hankering but it was a cute spot.

This was our second visit to Saigon Blossom. The food was amazing again (I dream of their orange chicken), but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our first visit was 5s at the bar. After being seated at a table underneath the epic blossoms, we ordered two appetizers, but only one arrived. When we asked about the dumplings, our server then informed us they were out. We also had to ask whenever we needed water and later had to request our bill. When we asked for to-go boxes, he did package our leftovers nicely. I'm not sure whether the restaurant was understaffed or our server was new, but the service was not as attentive as we are used to receiving when visiting downtown Tucson. I also tried to make a reservation online, but the system showed no available times. When we arrived around 6:00 p.m., however, hoping to be able to at least sit at the bar since they appeared to be so busy online, the restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday. A better-functioning reservation system might help bring in more patrons. The food is definitely worth returning for, and I hope the service and reservation experience improve. I can only give 3 s this time unfortunately.

A beautiful restaurant atmosphere! Very gorgeous restaurant store design with their signature blossoms tree in the middle of the restaurant and beautiful bar makes for a romantic, classy vibe. I was craving Vietnamese food while out here, and am very glad I found Saigon Blossoms. I had the Bun Bo Hue (BBH) and it was absolutely delicious. It was a big bowl of perfectly chewy noodles with tons of meats. They do not serve it with the blood or pork feet, but this is exactly how I would've ordered it. The soup was a bit spicy from the chili oil but it was so good! It also doesn't come with its original variety of banana leaves on the side but they do give you some veggies and sauces (meant for pho) along with your dish. One thing I might add is, it is a very, VERY big bowl of soup/noodles. I really wish they had a bigger spoon because it felt like it took me forever to eat; I usually love to do a spoon full of noodles, soup, and a bit of the meat in every bite, but with the spoon here, it was quite an impossible feat. I asked for a different spoon, but it was just as small. I did end up taking most of it home to finish. My server was very nice! And was quite attentive. I would like to come again if I'm ever in the area.

Glad to see something I haven't seen in Tucson, the short rib pho. When eating pho with family, I love adding a short rib or oxtail to my pho. This is a nice addition to their menu. The pho was pretty good as usual. The service was OK today. I'm guessing the bar tender had a lot going on? Saigon Blossoms is a cool spot downtown. Glad to see the new menu.

Fabulous Dining Room with cherry blossoms to escape to from the heat outside, only to heat up again on large soup cauldrons. Well one of us did that, only I ordered wrong thinking the shrimp pork dumplings in chicken broth with egg noodles was a new one on me, Mi Hoanh Thanh Dao Biet $19. SO WRONG, that would be Wonton Noodle Soup, duh?! Dang it, while perfectly good enough, did not fix my Viet hankering for 'Pho'. Easily made 2 meals, about 10 tasty wontons, in mild broth that seem to taste better as it aged a day in the fridge. The Hubs was even less adventurous with his Salmon with curry sauce rice, Salmon Xa Ca Ri $26. Again good enough, healthy portion salmon 6-7oz guessing farm raised, asparagus and squash with a coconut curry sauce that could be doubled for a rounded bowl of rice..blah blah blah. Bia Saigon $6 for a 12 oz was bright, a light lager with medium body...the best thing we ordered haha but that was entirely on us. Food is fresh and tasty on busy First Art Saturday, and will have another go at ordering the real deal Viet next visit and check out Weekday Happy Hour 4-6P :D

THE BEST happy hour deal I've ever seen. Thursday thru Sunday 4-7, most apps are half off. It was dead tonight, Sunday evening, and the entire bar was empty. I ordered spring rolls and my dining companion had the egg rolls and chicken skewers. The food came out right after ordering and was super good. Even though the menu has shrunk with the change in ownership, the inside is the same, still gorgeous. I'll be returning sooner rather than later.

First time at Saigon Blossoms and we had a wonderful experience. The outside plants and all the decor inside was very beautiful. The cherry blossom tree inside was my favorite. We had the lettuce wraps and steak. They were both amazing but we weren't a fan of the peanut sauce. Our waitress got our order right away and brought our food and waters very fast.

I love Miss Saigon and this on is super nice and fancy! I think one of the best things about here is the happy hour and the prices that go along with it. The pho ga was really tasty and full of meat. I really enjoyed the broth that it came with and definitely not the same that I usually get when I order the same dish at other Vietnamese restaurants. Still very good! Did you get a bit crowded so we sat at the bar which we don't mind because the bartenders are very attentive to us. If you're downtown and looking for a good Asian/Vietnamese dish and this is your spot.

We went here for an early dinner on a Saturday night after Tour de Tucson. Luckily this beautiful restaurant is right in downtown, a short walk from AC hotel. It was pouring right when we got inside so we got lucky! I was actually surprised to find such a big and beautiful Vietnamese restaurant right smack in the middle of downtown Tucson. So far, Tucson is very impressive to me with its food and coffee scene, and of course, arts! Saigon Blossoms reminds me of few places in SoCal, where the restaurant is super classy but it turns into a lounge with live DJs and dancing at night. There is a huge cherry blossom tree in the middle of the place and the place is beautiful and super clean. We were starving so we ordered a few hearty dishes. Pho combo, spring rolls, gyoza, salmon plate, and orange chicken plate. Everything was so good and I was very impressed with their spring rolls and Pho!! The spring rolls have delicious pork belly and shrimp. The pork bellies were in thick cut, which is something rare nowadays even in Westminster, CA. The Pho has such a great flavor and the meat were good. The broth was good and I have to say, pretty authentic for being in the middle of Tucson!! Overall, we were all so happy with our dinner. Service was excellent and prompt. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation and was seated immediately upon arrival. Staff was nice and all helping each other out. I love the Wings tossed in jalapeño sauce, so had to get those. And we tried the potstickers too. We had a Paloma to drink and got the sizzling beef (it was not sizzling like last time), we also got the shaken beef ... all yummy

I had an impossible mission to find a cute and trendy restaurant in Tucson on a Monday that had reservations after eight and Saigon blossoms answered my prayers. Their lobby and main restaurant wasso adorable with all of the blossom trees. We each grabbed a cocktail and an entrée and safe to say this was an awesome find downtown.

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

We'd heard good things about this place and have been trying to support local downtown bars this summer, so we stopped in around 11 on a Friday night before heading home. As we sat down, we watched the bartender be pretty dismissive toward another group at the bar, so we were already a little unsure. We started talking about the decor because we liked the eclectic vibe. We jokingly pointed out that one of the pictures had a joint instead of a cigarette because someone in our group hadn't noticed. One of the bartender's first comments back, completely seriously, was, "I'm from San Diego. Have you never seen art before?" Honestly... what? It was such a weird, unnecessarily condescending response. I brushed it off at first as awkward banter, but it was a really strange first impression. The drinks were decent. The Loverlist was really good, and the Unicorn Fluff and Old Fashioned were fine. The bartender was quick to talk up their whiskey selection, but when we asked for a recommendation, she mostly gave reasons why she couldn't recommend anything and just kept saying they had "over 90 different options." Without a whiskey menu to look through, that wasn't especially helpful. We also asked for a shooter and were offered half of a cocktail instead. That would've been totally fine on its own, but combined with everything else, the service just never felt welcoming. We ended up leaving pretty quickly. I'd give the place another shot because the atmosphere is fun and has a lot of potential, but hopefully with a different bartender behind the bar.
