Came in here on a Saturday night. I don't eat seafood, but met some friends here. I Got the quesadilla with chicken. It Comes with guacamole and a salad. And I did the flight of margaritas (cucumber, mangoes, strawberry, guava). I Sit at the bar and there was only one bartender and she was super busy, but friendly.

Vibe: Casa Valencia's a sneaky gem. Feels a little bougie, but in a good way -- like you're winning at life without spending half your paycheck. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 This place kinda caught me off guard. Drove here expecting your standard Tucson taco joint, and boom -- suddenly I'm in this sleek, upscale spot that feels like you should be wearing a blazer or something. Not in a bad way though. Just... nicer than I was ready for. Started with the margarita flight -- smart move. The cucumber one was Unreal. Tasted like someone took a spa day, bottled it, and hit it with a tequila shot. Little sweet, but the tajin on the rim balanced it out. Plus, they hit you with free chips and salsa, which is honestly the way to my heart. Food was solid. The Seared Tuna Coquetas were crispy, tasty, and just fancy enough to make me feel like I know what I'm doing with my life. Two large piece of sliced tuna on a crispy chip thing with a pile of guac and a creamy sauce. Seared. The Ribeye Aguachile was bold, spicy, and way better than I expected. Honestly, I'd go back just for that. We also had pulpo which was cooked just right so that it is not chewy. The bartender was chill -- super attentive without hovering, which is a tough balance to strike. Prices weren't bad either, especially for how swanky the place feels.

What I love about this restaurant is their service!!! Every time I go there, service is top notch. My favorite dish here definitely is shrimp culichi. I've tried shrimp culichi at 5 other places in Tucson but in my opinion Casa Valencia had the best one! Restaurant is very spacious and nicely decorated. Oh, can't forget to mention their band on Friday!!! The singer is amazing and so are the guitarists!

A cool spot on the southside of Tucson. I buy coffee nearby pretty often, but didn't know such a gem was around. I got the Diablo Shrimp and it was tastey. The spice level wasn't an option, but it was perfect for me. The server was fast and polite. What was cool about the place was how so many large families got together to eat here. The place has reasonable prices. Definitely check this place out.

we got Lupita as our server and she was such a great server with us very attentive to our table and made my order to perfection after I told her I did not like tomatoes. it's such a fancy Mexican seafood restaurant.

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

Same charms, different bartender, and new summer (May) craft cocktails that have become quite substantial (see pic of double-sided menu). Though we arrived at 4:10 (right after their usual 4p opening) on a Saturday, no happy hour, but we were first patrons and grabbed the big bay window. We are both on a mezcal discovery kick and ordered the Black Cathedral ($16) and the Girl Dinner ($16). Each was as described (pic) and delicious. We had dinner plans and needed to leave at 5:15 - just as things were picking up. We'll definitely be back sooner.

It was a perfect place to meet someone who had just flown in to TIA. It's a short drive over from the airport with lots of comfortable booths, and plenty of free parking. Our server Justin, was awesome - super friendly, and understood from the get-go that we would be hanging out for a few hours, waiting for someone else's flight to arrive. The food and drink selections were plentiful, and the place went from being relatively quiet to hopping with customers of all ages, to quiet again. Justin handled all the tables, making sure to check on us, too. Before we left, we complimented his ability to multitask with such an upbeat attitude - always smiling - which added to how much we enjoyed our experience. We ordered the hummus plate, the salmon entree, and the apple pecan salad and all were delicious. Definitely a great place to consider for a meal when picking up hungry travelers, or for a satisfying meal when arriving to Tucson hungry with no idea where to find decent options. ¡Gracias, Justin, and SOL!

I thought it was good but my friend, not so much. She said the Guacamole was also spicy. The beef on the tacos was crunchy. That was a first. Interesting clientele... I suppose because we're by an airport, in a hotel, that all those things play a big part. Food - mediocre. Ambience - it's a bar/restaurant, not much more to say. Love the wall of chianti bottles that lead to the bar and love that the staff dress up in casual Prohibition garb. Came here for girl's night and it was everyone's first time even at the restaurant but mine. I'd had dinner a couple times in the restaurant for my birthday and had the cheese wheel fettuccine alfredo. I asked if anyone was interested in trying it and so 3 of us split it which ended up being pretty perfect. It is hands down THE BEST fettuccine alfredo. We had many drinks come to our table, the first round being the homemade limoncello. Made with local Meyer lemons, it is deliciously potent. A must try. The bartender, Ryan or Brian, he made cocktails from the heart. A couple of gals ordered "dealer's choice" drinks and they were inspired by the drinker's stories. It was really a unique experience for them and I could almost see his mind working out the chemistry of the libations. Another must try, although I didn't because I had to drive myself home. I did have a coffee with Bailey's, Amaretto, and freshly-made whipped cream. Last must try if not on a coffee drink maybe on a dessert. One person in our party thought that the drinks were on the spendy side. Many of the ingredients were house made and all top shelf. I'm from Los Angeles so an $18 drink was a normal night at the klerb. Worth mentioning if that would be a deal breaker. Worth a go. I thought it was better than the speakeasy at the Sonoran House which was too bright and not intimate. You really like feel more like you're not where you're supposed to be at The Still. There is a curio cabinet with cigars that I think are for sale. The speakeasy opens up to the patio for all the smoke suckers. Great for a small groups or date night, maybe not the first date.
