Glad to see something I haven't seen in Tucson, the short rib pho. When eating pho with family, I love adding a short rib or oxtail to my pho. This is a nice addition to their menu. The pho was pretty good as usual. The service was OK today. I'm guessing the bar tender had a lot going on? Saigon Blossoms is a cool spot downtown. Glad to see the new menu.

Made a reservation and was seated immediately upon arrival. Staff was nice and all helping each other out. I love the Wings tossed in jalapeño sauce, so had to get those. And we tried the potstickers too. We had a Paloma to drink and got the sizzling beef (it was not sizzling like last time), we also got the shaken beef ... all yummy

I had an impossible mission to find a cute and trendy restaurant in Tucson on a Monday that had reservations after eight and Saigon blossoms answered my prayers. Their lobby and main restaurant wasso adorable with all of the blossom trees. We each grabbed a cocktail and an entrée and safe to say this was an awesome find downtown.

We went here for an early dinner on a Saturday night after Tour de Tucson. Luckily this beautiful restaurant is right in downtown, a short walk from AC hotel. It was pouring right when we got inside so we got lucky! I was actually surprised to find such a big and beautiful Vietnamese restaurant right smack in the middle of downtown Tucson. So far, Tucson is very impressive to me with its food and coffee scene, and of course, arts! Saigon Blossoms reminds me of few places in SoCal, where the restaurant is super classy but it turns into a lounge with live DJs and dancing at night. There is a huge cherry blossom tree in the middle of the place and the place is beautiful and super clean. We were starving so we ordered a few hearty dishes. Pho combo, spring rolls, gyoza, salmon plate, and orange chicken plate. Everything was so good and I was very impressed with their spring rolls and Pho!! The spring rolls have delicious pork belly and shrimp. The pork bellies were in thick cut, which is something rare nowadays even in Westminster, CA. The Pho has such a great flavor and the meat were good. The broth was good and I have to say, pretty authentic for being in the middle of Tucson!! Overall, we were all so happy with our dinner. Service was excellent and prompt. Highly recommend!

My friend had a rare Tuesday off from clinical rotations and came downtown to meet me for lunch. We arrived at 12:30 only to discover all tables full and 7-8 other people (3 tables-worth) waiting ahead of us and the bar completely full too. After 10 minutes with only one group advancing (and me on a time crunch with a 1:15 meeting) we had to abandon ship. An hour later my friend messages that she has two complete Pho meals ($14) all boxed and waiting curbside. Needless to say I came a-running. Packaging (for such a complex, messy lunch) was brilliant. The broth comes in a large quart-sized tupperware (careful it is extremely hot). The shaved (raw) beef and veggies come in a separate container. Definitely try to combine these as soon as possible (which we did) so that the beef can immediately cook in that hot broth. I dunked the roughly 1/4 lb of meat first, followed 3 minutes later by the veggies and vermicelli (I merely wanted to ensure the meat got it's flash-cooking done first). We waited about 5 minutes for the veggie/noodles to be "done" and then dove in. Note: the to-go package comes with a plastic spoon... no bueno!... a large metal fork is ideal as the meat, veggies, noodles completely jam-packed the quart container and they are all large items. I was really impressed with both the quantity and quality of this lunch. My friend also got us an order of fried egg rolls (2) and a spring roll (1) to compare. Both were really freakin' good but the $4 spring roll - with its super chewy, delicate "skin" and the thin slab of tender beef along one side - was divine. FYI, parking can be a challenge with only about 10-12 meters within a block's walk. We will be back soon - (a) because I just plain owe her; (b) to take better pictures; and (c) because it was so impressively good.

This's the lunch specials on weekdays only for smaller bowl n appetizers... but it's still to make me full... Spicy noodles is good tasty n delicious.... Just the rice noodles were too soft... a little more Al Dente is the best!! Egg Rolls n Springs Roll were good tasty!! Overall it's very good in the area!! Services were excellent n grooming well!! The decorations of design is always good on elegant!!

Finally had the chance to check out Miss Saigon for the first time and brought along a visitor who was also visiting Tucson for the first time. As soon as we walked in, I was immediately impressed by the interior. The space is vibrant with colorful decor and neon lighting throughout. I'm not the biggest fan of pho, so I was really looking forward to trying the orange chicken. Unfortunately, our waiter told me that they were out of chicken that day, so I wasn't able to order it. We did manage to get an order of the chicken skewers for the table, which were tasty. I ended up ordering the stir fried lo mein. It was good but not quite what I had hoped for. I'm hoping we just caught them on an off day and I'd love to give them another try in the future.

This is such a swanky cute space to dine or grab drinks. Also one of the few places in the city with a happy hour on a Friday. Service was helpful in describing the menu. We had the wings (house spicy glaze), chicken Saigon skewers, Mekong sizzling beef, Saigon fried rice, and the Shaken Beef. The wings were flavorful but my favorite of everything I ate was the red rice that came with the shaken beef. The food was decent but a lot blander than I had anticipated... mind you I did not expect spicy burn food ... but I was expecting more aromatic food and this was not it entirely. I would not come back for the food... not because it was bad but because it wasn't anything unique. But I would come back for the pretty ambiance ... good place to bring out of town guests or for their happy hour downtown. And speaking of downtown... yes parking is a challenge and there some nearby pay- parking lots available.

The ambiance is so beautiful here. We came in for a fun date. I use to come to Miss Saigon and loved it. The menu here appears to be a condensed version of the original menu. It still has all the favorites. We got the spicy wings and our favorite Vietnamese rolls . The bar menu is big and drinks are good.

Pretty darn good restaurant. Fast service, friendly staff, great Pho. Worth a trip for a quick bite of Vietnamese food. Ambience was great right in downtown Tucson. Quick walk from hotels.

I don't know what's wrong with these buns but they hardened in less than 5 minutes!! The thin slices of beef were not fresh either! Yuck!
Mary H.

Nice ambiance but these hard buns with 3 thin slices of beef were just disappointing. Like why do I have to drive all the way to Phoenix to experience great Vietnamese food!! I mean you could at least offer pork belly or soft shell crab. Definitely work on the hard buns.

Decent pho, nice ambiance I finally stopped to try this place and it wasn't bad! This is a popular spot and I was surprised by the long wait. I was definitely quoted a much longer wait than my actual wait. Food was decent but not the best I've ever had. It definitely satisfied my pho craving. However I don't think I'll be returning frequently- the price is a bit steep for the quality. I wish the broth had more depth and the portion size was bigger For Tucson this place isn't bad.

JP P.

No wait . The menu was really limited but we stayed anyway and had a great time . Food was good , service was good . Personally I like more spice but I would come back here again. This location hosts many paint nights and other events . There's a good vibe here .

Maybe not even just…read moreTucson--this is the best of the best you can find through the entirety of Southern Arizona! These drinks are innovative, thoughtful, and aesthetically pleasing in a way that leaves you excited for more and expands one's idea of a well-made libation. Inspired by a medley of global flavors, Juniper started off as a side project from a local brewery and unexpectedly exploded into a swanky hangout with zero seats left open on weekend nights. Yes, virtually everything on the menu is gin-based. But that shouldn't scare you away! Gin is essentially a neutral spirit infused with botanicals and/or citrus, so if you had a bad experience with one brand, there will be another out there you'll fall in love with. Elliott, the General Manager of the bar, elevates the passionate curation of his menu to perfection. Here are some examples of what you might fall in love with: Balzy Maracuya: A 'maracuya' is a passion fruit beverage originating from South America. In this drink, fruity flavors are enhanced with popping boba filled with balsamic vinegar. Botanist: Upscale gin and tonic with thyme, rosemary, and star anise. Cronus Punch: Rum punch lovers will be blown away by the rare sighting of clarified gin On special ocassions, you'll find limited edition items like gin sorbet affogatos and horchata martinis. At the turn of each new year, there's a menu rotation that may sadly remove some of my faves. But here, at Juniper I can guarantee two things: Something uniquely enjoyable, and a gracious staff that will be happy to explain the intricacies of lesser-known spirits on the shelf. In 2026, I predict it will remain one of Tucson's hottest cocktail hangouts.

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

We were greeted by a giant statue of a unicorn zebra and of course took a selfie. We then went to the bar area and absolutely loved the dark speakeasy vibes. Burk, the handsome man with a shiny head, was at the bar. He handed us a drink menu that contained fun drink names like Death of a Unicorn. The drinks tasted good and had a lovely presentation. Mine even came in a zebra mug. We also learned that this bar has both an upstairs and downstairs area. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and headed home. This place left such an impression that we have been back two times since. On another occasion we had Nate the bartender. He had a lovely personality and accommodated all of the guests that came in near closing. We enjoyed Santa's Banana Hammock and Unicorn Ski Accident. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem. I look forward to seeing where this place goes. It has a ton of potential for special events with the basement area. P.s. It's also a boutique hotel. You could always book a room and enjoy dreams downstairs without having to drive
