The short rib bolognese had a rich but not heavy flavor with fresh pasta and a delightful velvety spiciness - not heat though. The sea bass was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked with a carrot ginger puree that was sublime with the spinach and fish. We loved both of these entrees.
